Artistic Iron did a FANTISTIC job of designing, fabricating and installing a deck railing and stairs at our home. I recently worked with Artistic Iron to fabricate and install a front gate at my home. I came to them with an idea of what I wanted, Chetan came out to measure the space and talk about the project, and they were able to design and create exactly what I was imagining! The gate is great quality and they did a great job with installation. The only negative here is it took longer than expected to receive the gate (based on a labor shortage), but in the end, it was worth the wait! Thanks for making my gate dreams come true :).

Absolutely in love with the storm door that Artistic Iron created for us. We have a 9 door so finding an option that looked good and was affordable was a tough combination. For about the same price that we could have paid for a door at a big box home store, we got our beautiful door from Artistic Iron. I love that we could customize how we wanted it and they worked with us on all our options that would work best for our home. The install went smooth and the finished product looks great. I have an older Artistic Iron door which needed a new rubber sweep for the bottom. Called them and talked to Manesha and she explained to me over the phone how to remove the bottom part of the door. I went to their business to pick up the new sweep and she explained how to install it. When I got home I could not get it in the track properly so she had me bring the door piece with the rubber sweep and had her staff install it for me. I tried to pay her and she would not charge me for the labor. Its a great door many years later (and they have improved them since mine was installed). They stand by their products and their customer service is exceptional. Manesha was so helpful and got my door issue resolved without a service call. They could have charged me more by having someone come out.

I cannot believe any negative reviews for this company. My customer service was excellent from Artistic Iron and they were more than equitable with me after having cancelled my order (due to an issue with the door color and my HOAs non approval). I will be patronizing them in the near future and also referring all of my friends that need security doors. Manesha was incredible!

Admittedly it took awhile, but my railing is absolutely perfect. Artistic provided me with a valid quote and design and then the installation was done very professionally just the way I wanted. The railing itself is perfect...fits right in with the look of my house and my other outdoor metals. The sales, administrative, and installation staff were all wonderful to work with. Our old security door was in pretty rough shape and was a significant point of irritation to me :). Due to it not being a standard size, I couldn’t find a prefab option to install myself, but I’m actually glad I couldn’t since our new door looks so amazing. I was able to select the style, color, handle style, etc. for my custom door and the actual product does not disappoint. The door is exactly as promised and it looks amazing. I never knew I could be so excited by a door. We did need to wait quite a number of weeks for it to be fabricated, but that was understandable considering it was custom. Price quoted was the price paid.

Well, we first had great success with Artistic, then it all went south. Originally our project was supposed to start the end of June. Then they put us into July, then they moved us to August. Every time it was another excuse. First they blamed it on us because we didnt get the information & payment to them fast enough. However, they were the ones who were slow to get us the specs. Sure their prices were reasonable, but with low prices also comes slow service. They are awful at returning emails. Covid was always the excuse. Well, you are running a business so you ought to be better about checking emails when you are holding several thousand dollars of peoples money.The enclosure finally went in. We sent them payment within one day of receiving the invoice. They call us almost 2 months later telling us they didnt get paid. We provide them with a copy of the check & let them know that we cant reissue unless they agree to pay for the stop payment fee. They tell us that theyll send us a past due invoice & tack on interest & late fees if we dont pay because the post office losing the check isnt their fault. They seriously want us to send them another check for $2500 without stopping payment on the original one. We paid in good faith & its not our fault it got lost in the mail. How do we know they wont accidentally deposit the first check then we have to fight to get back the money.Its a $25.00 fee. Keep the customer happy & pay it. I will NEVER use them again at any of my communities & I manage 14 HOAs. They just cost themselves a big dollar customer over $25.00. Shame on you!

The experience and service were both excellent. By having me photograph the lock on my security door and send them in, they were able to find a replacement lock with one of their suppliers. The doors are custom and were installed in 1978. This is the first issue that I have had with them.The technician arrive at the appointed time and replaced the lock. The replacement looks exactly like the original. The technician checked the door for good measure. Then the technician checked the other door. He adjusted it so that it does not drag when it opens and closes. He also adjusted and lubricated the closing unit. Now the other door works just like new.It was a pleasure working with such a professional and competent organization. I highly reccomend Artistic Iron for service and sales of wrought iron items.

The installer was professional, completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned the work area, and touched up nicks in the door paint. No additional cost were requested. My husband and I have purchased 4 security doors over a period of 10-15 years. Every door is top quality and the people at Artistic Iron are absolutely terrific to deal with. The last door we purchased, which was a couple of months ago, was for my elderly mothers home. They got the door ordered and installed right on time. My mother is delighted with it, as are we. While you may find a less expensive door, you wont find a better door or more professional people.

We purchased our security door in July, although it did take unusually long almost 6 months to receive it was well worth it .Minisha was very professional and very nice through the process and the door was very beautiful and installed great and their installer was very nice and did a great job of installing.
