Gabriela was amazing! She was super helpful and very patient with me as I was shopping for slabs for my kitchen remodel. She was so fast at responding to all my questions and quote requests, which I really appreciated. Her customer service skills were top notch! She made the countertop shopping process so easy with absolutely no sales pressure.The ONLY reason why I went with another fabricator was because of timing. Renovate was booked out for a month (for good reason) and I needed to get my kitchen finished ASAP since I was expecting out of town visitors soon.I highly recommend getting in touch with Gabriela at Renovate. During a complete kitchen remodel, she was by far the easiest (and friendliest) person to work with.

Working with Jennifer at Renovate is fantastic. Their team is very professional and they have great pricing for fabrication. I referred many clients to her and all of their countertop projects turned out great.

We hired this countertop company (Renovate, LLC) to fabricate and install a new kitchen countertop and window sill in our newly remodeled kitchen. We visited their showroom to view their inventory and make a selection of quartz. All seemed well as we paid our initial deposit for the material and even scheduled a measuring so the stone could be cut to spec.Fast-forward about a month, the countertops were finally installed. Although we were out of town, we did have someone here to let the crew in and sign off on the job. Jennifer (who wed been dealing with through the entire transaction and process) called that same day for the remainder of the payment. As I authorized this payment, I did let her know I was out of town and would not have eyes on the counters until we returned the coming weekend. She welcomed a call once we returned if there were any issues or questions.Low and behold, the first sight of the project we had upon arrival back at home was the incorrect countertop and damage from installation! I immediately called Jennifer to report these issues and was given the option for a refund of the difference or a full countertop replacement when they had time. We decided to live with the wrong countertops for a few days while we made our decision, which we chose to keep and opted for a refund of the overcharge during my next call to her. Now, clearly, we were charged a higher amount for a better quality countertop even though they fabricated and installed the wrong material.In the past 6 weeks since the installation, Ive made numerous calls to their office and have spoken to Jennifer quite a few times in order to get the refund initiated so we can complete our kitchen remodel, which she has assured me twice were being processed. The most recent update I received is that their office cannot, in fact, issue a refund of a specific amount. What a joke!!! They arent even familiar with their own purchase/refund policy!As far as Im concerned, our kitchen remodel is not able to be completed until we finally get our fair refund and repair from this company. Please save yourself the headache and financial stress by not hiring Renovate, LLC for your next countertop purchase. This is predatory business practice at its best! Sadly, we were referred to this company by the cabinet company we used, so perhaps they are in cahoots. Either way, there are better and definitely more professional companies out there!

Would absolutely recommend this place! One of the best experiences I’ve had with any renovation project. I was getting countertops for my wet bar and would need to get a remnant for the smaller size. Jennifer was super helpful and showed me all the options I had to choose from (which was a lot)!They were quick, competitively priced and super responsive to all my emails! Any future projects in countertops, I will be going back to them.Thank you all for the beautiful countertops!

Jennifer and her team from the start were a pleasure to work with. They were all very friendly and made the selection process on what I wanted easy and offered some great advise.But when my cabinets ended up being heavily delayed they went out of there way to fit me back into their schedule once I finally found out my cabinets would finally be in.Loved working with them and I just love my countertops.

Huge selection of granite, quartz and all the stones. Jennifer is so helpful and kind! She will literally do all the work for you with a smile and all you have to do is pick a stone color. The showroom is gorgeous and they are so family friendly. Install and all communications were professional and prompt. Prices are unbeatable. Everything was beyond excellent. The install was Swift and the team was so good about keeping things clean. I loved working with this company and would choose them again and again.

Jennifer met us at the Granite store to select a slab on a Saturday. We had never done this before, so she also educated us about the different grades and what to look for in the granite. She spent a couple of hours with us before we made our choice, but she was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We had a minor glitch with the store, that Jennifer resolved on her own by making an adjustment in their delivery schedule, and getting the store to do the same. In the end, the correct slab delivered and installed on time with no impact to us at all. Not even a delay! The countertops were installed today, and they look even better than it did at the store! The fit was perfect and the layout Jennifer did took advantage of every feature the slab had to offer. Lastly, the installers were great! All 4 worked very hard for 3+ hours, and made sure it was done exactly right, even though the wall wasnt straight. They were a very professional team, and we couldnt be more pleased with the results!

I was very pleased with my experience with this company. We compared price and service of three separate shops, and decided on Renovate due to a competitive price with faster and better service/communication.From answering our questions when looking, to scheduling and fulfillment Jennifer was perfect. The fabricators did an excellent job working with us to relocate a seam - even though it meant an unusually large price of quatrz and a difficult installation for them.

We had an excellent work from Renovate, LLC. The sales person (Jennifer) was so cordial, patient, and knowledgeable. We couldnt believe how quickly she was able to work the slabs on the computer and give us the details of how much granite we needed.The installers were efficient, polite, and very thorough. We enjoyed watching them apply their craft and bringing out the luster in our granite.Please consider using this company and we know from experience you cant go wrong and they give you a fair deal with excellent service and dont charge you for the minor stuff or a few extras. Definitely a FIVE STAR company with great employees and craftsmen. Dont go anywhere else and be unsure of the quality of the granite and the quality of the installation. I live pay check to pay check and I was on craigslist and I come across this add on granite and I needed a piece but didnt have the money for it, but none the less I wanted to see how much it would be. So I emailed Renovate and got into contact with a lady named Gabriela and she gave me a quote. I thanked her and said I would be in contact with more information. Well things came up and I didnt have the money for the piece so I emailed Mrs. Gabriela and explained the situation. And I asked at that time about donating or charity and by my surprise they said yes and donated the piece to me. These guys dont only care for the fortunate ones but they care for the unfortunate ones as well. I ask people to see this and praise them for their generosity and willingness to want to help. Remolding our kitchen was a bit stressful but working with Dina and Jenifer was the best part of the project. I love my counter tops the install crew were great they did a great job. The customer service was beyond 5 stars i would recommend them 100%.

Highly recommend Renovate for countertops. We checked a couple other places and they had the best prices and really good customer service. The install guys were very professional and did a great job. We dealt with Jennifer and she was very informative and responsive to emails etc.

I stumbled across this business while searching Craigslist, we had just done quartz counter tops in our kitchen from another company and the service, quality of work was very disappointing.I decided to visit as it was very close to our house and met Kim, our sales person and the owner. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.I came back later with my wife and we checked out their quartz and she found a piece she liked that was big enough for our bathroom cabinet.We paid a deposit and set a date for measuring and installation.On the measurement date their tech came promptly at the agreed up time.A couple weeks later they returned and cut out for the sink and faucet, did a professional job, cleaned up after themselves and in all less than an hour.Kim has since followed up to make sure we were pleased with everything, which we were.This was a small job and they are very reasonable, highly recommend these folks and especially Kim, although they ALL are very nice and knowledgeable.

We had kitchen granite done at our rental. Jennifer was great to work with on this project. We picked out our granite first and then sent her a rough drawing. Little did we know that our granite was just a little small for the job. Better we found that out before the work was done. Scheduling was easy and the staff was prompt and clean. They helped me with some blacksplash options and also some contractors if I needed one. We had a minor issue with our garbage disposal which was our fault but they were quick to help up with our issue. Great communication, cost and work. I would recommend.

Great, fast service! My countertops came out beautiful and it gave my kitchen a whole new look! The staff was helpful polite and so respectful of our home. They did an amazing job. The pricing was also very competitive.

This review is based upon my own interactions with this company and my opinions of what transpired. After a few back and forth encouraging emails, I visited the showroom in Westminster to look at quartz samples and to get a quote. This I thought went well and I promised to call them on the Monday. I called and left a message to say I wanted to move forward with the project. 24 hours later... no response and no email. I called again this morning ( during their business hours ) and was forced once again to leave another voice message. I have a gut feeling this company has no intention of calling me back, not even to explain why they do not want my business. I also find it extremely suspicious that they have nothing but solid 5 star ratings. I am a firm believer in things working out for the best.... so maybe I saved myself a very large headache!

Jennifer and Gabriella are terrific. The installers were kind enough to do all cutting and grinding outside so as not to get dust inside. The price was good and I had no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended.

I had a very large kitchen and 2 bathroom counters redone with Pental Quartz, including a waterfall edge on the cabinet ends.
