I went on vacation there and attended a tourney back in 2013 im.from seattle place was legit id love to visit again

Bought Pokemon cards from here yesterday and the owner was polite and knowledgeable about what he has in stock :)

I wish there was a zero star rating... Took my two nephews in since they’re getting into Pokémon. ALL of the employees were either in the back warehouse area, peeking out at us as if we were monsters, or when we’d ask for help to look at something no one would even look our way. And when one guy finally came over and “helped” he wouldn’t take a card out of the display for me to inspect. He just went to his computer to look on eBay, gave me an outrageous price (I looked later and couldn’t find that card even close to what he quoted me) I said “oh thats a little high for us, do you have something cheaper these guys could start their collection with?” All He said was “no”PLUS with all of the boxes stacked in the middle of the store is a huge OSHA violation and fire hazard!!! The pictures on google are totally misleading and definitely need to be updated. You literally have to watch your step walking around just to get to the other side of the store.

Purchased online from Star TCG, every pokemon pack I ordered was tampered with. And it wasnt even done in a convincing manner. Most of them had huge cuts in the packs, and glue all over the place. Its such a shame that people are out there scamming collectors. Will never order from here again, do not recommend using them for anything.

The attitudes of the employees here are disgusting. Ordered online on TCGPlayer and the seller would not follow the return policy. Do not order or buy anything from this shop. There are better deals to be found elsewhere. Buyer Beware.

They tell you one price & then raise it once you go to purchase by claiming the pricing wasn’t updated, constantly over pricing and rude service. Come in person and you still get ignored for a phone call.

Scam artists at there finest, I purchased 130$ worth of cards on TCGplayer and they sent the package with only 2/3rds of the cards I had ordered. I spent 2 days trying to contact them to 0 response. Luckily TCGplayer issued a refund on there behalf. Take my advice and get it from a shop who cares about the business there running and has ethics!

Love going to this shop for cards and the costomer service is very good, lists are sorted out fast and they almost always have the cards you are looking for. I go their once a month or so and their clutter problem just keeps getting worse, I just wish they had at least one table to play on. On the contrary to other reviews, I dont think the cards are overpriced, and they give you the option to choose different rarities, but people should know that higher rarities have higher prices. I loved this shop and still do, but I want a good shop to stay and duel my friends, unfortunately it is no longer that way. looking forward in hopes that this gets fixed.

I have order from Card Rush many times and they always fill my orders quickly. I was surprised when I saw their reviews. The fact that they fill orders despite a 20 person torment going on just attests to how fast working the employees they must work. My local card shop here in AZ doesnt always process large orders the same day as tournament.

The workers here have such rude customer service and a terrible attitude. They will not let you trade trading cards in the store due to the greedy owner. Buylist prices are lower than the competition and prices are higher. This place is garbage. Dont waste your time here and go somewhere else. BUYER BEWARE.

Any card I need. Even weird hard to find ones they always have. Went there right before they were closing and still helped me get sum cards I needed for my Ultimate yugioh deck that will help send others to the shadow realm. Thanks again!

Went on a tournament day, and was really cool. Looked around, and I even found some rare cards cheap there. Nice employees and they seemed fine with me just looking around. Totally would recommend this place.

Card Rush has always been extremely helpful and theyve got a great selection, fair prices and friendly/knowledgeable staff. 5 stars in my opinion. Keep up the stellar job gentlemen!

Has tons I mean tons of cards from different card games and good mats for a good price. Abit messy but not that bad if your here to buy and get out. Wish they had tables for tournaments or to play maybe someday?

We went looking for some MTG cards and upon arrival the store was completely empty. The one employee came out from the back and made me understand why they named their shop Card Rush. This person did not want to spend any amount of time with us in the shop. We just wanted to browse but he was continuously pushing us to find something and go. We spent 7 minutes in the shop tops, so it was not like we were overstaying our welcome. I much prefer JnJ Comics.

Legit a good place. Will even honor their no tax on product when paying in cash. At least thats how it works whenever Ive paid for singles and/or booster boxes.

Buyer Beware: Bought some loose packs of Pokemon cards and realized too late that the packs already had a small tear at the top of the pack, enough to peek at whats inside. Inspect your packs before buying

Used to be a good spot to sell yugioh cards. Havent been there since I tried to sell a $30 card and was told it is not worth anything by the owner. Much rather be told they have too many in stock rather than be told a card is worthless.

Kit and Dien provided excellent service; found cards I wanted and helped to ring me up pretty well. Prices were good, but cards sometimes bent.The place is messy, dusty, and often disorderly, but spacious.

Their tournaments are great, and a lot of fun. They always have a great turnout and its completely free to play.However, everything else in the store is not free. In fact, its all monstrously overpriced. If its 20 cents online, expect to pay $2-4 at Card Rush. A $5 holo elsewhere - $15 dollars at Card Rush. Just as an example, I wanted to buy a card called Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo. Its $1.50 online, and $17 for the secret rare version. At Card Rush its $7 for the cheap version, and $60 for the secret rare version. Holy crap!Fortunately they have a great website that lists the prices of all of their cards. Occasionally you can find some deals, and you can steer clear of the numerous complete rip-offs.As for the customer service? Its pretty lame. Theyre not outwardly rude or anything, but nobody there is what you would ever call friendly or helpful. Its all very impersonal, and the employees usually seem very disinterested in whatever you have to say to them.If youre looking for a tournament, its the place to go. If you want reasonably priced items and decent customer service, I would recommend Three Js, or really anywhere but here.

I just went over to see if they wanted to buy some cards that I had when I was a kid. And the moment I walk in every single employee from the front desk were incredibly RUDE. I said my name and offered my hand to one that was helping me, after I had to SEEK for help, and IGNORED me and just stood there. I will NEVER go backAnd I would not recommend any one to go.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star, bought from them online and they sent me cards that were warped so bad they couldnt be used in tournament, tried to return them and this seller refused to follow return procedure and was very rude to me because i would not let them take short cuts. Also screened my calls into store about issue and just all around very unproffesional. Shop elsewhere, BUYER BEWARE

Worst customer service experience ever! Came in and there was nobody at the counter. 10 minutes later a guy comes back from the counter and I hand him a list of the cards I was looking for. He comes back with the list and no cards. No sense of urgency what so ever! He started to sign up people for tournaments and after he had entered what felt like 20 people then he was ready to get my cards. I left without anything that day and wont ever come back.

My son worked extra hard to earn money to by a set of Pokemon cards. He bought it from this company through Amazon. He did extra chores and earned good grades on his tests. It was nothing what it claimed to be. I will take up further action with Amazon,as well. Disgusted and appalled that a company that targets children for its profit, does it in such a unsavory manner.

Seller was very rude when trying to resolve an issue. Id advise people to stay away. Better deals can be found elsewhere.

Amazingly HUGE inventory! They had everything I was looking for and more. Very helpful and patient staff. They were very kind to show me how to get more for my money when starting my first deck of yugioh cards. Almost spent over 100$ picking a lot of cards individually and ended up spending about 60$ instead on a 2 premade packs with everything I needed, individually picked cards, sleeves, and a deck box. Highly recommend going to their tournaments as well for prizes!

Service was decent but ended up walking out empty handed. Not sure if they really want to sell their singles or not as they are marked up many times what the current market is asking. Id pass and look someplace else.

The main reason I even decided to go here in the first place was because of the big inventory they have. As some one who plays Yu-Gi-Oh!, its nice when a card shop almost always has what youre looking for, even the much more obscure/hard to find cards. The service was meh at best, and it did take a while for some of the things I asked for. Prices are reasonable enough, and I would recommend to anyone who doesnt mind slow service.

The staff in there are great. They communicate with you and ask you what you need and what you are looking for. Although they may take a little bit of time to assist you they provide helpful information. The staff and everyone in there is just overall nice. They prioritize the experience we as the customers have to make sure we come back. They dont focus on the money, but more on the people which is a unique aspect that not many stores have these day.Someone previously stated that it is their fault that their son, but some card from their amazon page... if that were the case why didnt she tate the time to bring her son there in person it is no big deal, but no she bought the card on amazon, so dont blame the store lady lol. Also, the other guy that whined and cried about him not getting any attention, and about him not getting any of the cards he wanted well that isnt their fault lol. Grow some and go to another store or better yet by the packs. Obviously the man planning the tournament isnt going to stop the fun because of some guy with a list of cards, but I mean what do I know, right? Sensitive think about the others man, not just yourself. They arenthe targeting kids for profit like the other lady said, that is just crazy rambling. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolute disgrace of an establishment. Was told that an item would be in-stock 100%. Arrived to find it isnt in-stock. Drove from Laguna Hills to be turned away. Will NEVER get my business.

So 23 store credit for 3 cards . ignister prominence the blasting dracoslayer ($14) online, fang of critas ($9) online, doom virus dragon ($14) . I wanted to trade for chaos emperor dragon envoy of the end .. Like bruh I know I wouldnt get the full amount as online but I mean I thought it would have been enough to trade for the card I wanted . then after that I guess they dont let people trade in store . I didnt know that Ive been here a couple times . I traded ignister prominence the blasting dracoslayer with some guy . the worker started to yell at us for trading . we said sorry the guy was just looking at my binder at that point . the other times Ive gone the cards are priced higher than online . xyz dark rebellion dragon when it first came out priced higher by 2 dollars I know they have to make a profit but bruh . then queen dinjin at 7 when then they were priced at 5 . my friends also dont like coming here anymore three js might not have all the cards like card rush but at least their prices are cheaper and the staff is more lay back .

Cannot recommend. Surprisingly found they have a store on TCGplayer (having ordered some cards from online store.) As a science experiment, found an uncommon card from their TCGplayer store and asked a clerk how much the same card was (.93 online/$2 in store). Tried to buy some uncommon and bulk rares using their TCGplayer store prices, was informed they cannot honor it (???) and they dont go with TCGplayer anyway. Called them out that these WERE the prices from their TCGplayer store and rather than taking 2 -3 days ordering online, I can just pick them up from the store. Nope, some excuse about the prices are different due to their shipping dept (yet, those same dudes were cracking open boxes on the same tables all this was going down. Eff that, other online stores have better prices anyway. Cannot recommend their brick and morter store, but online is descent and no problems. Rating for physical store only.

Great venue for tournaments and cards buying.

The guys who work here act like they dont want/need the business when they see new faces come in. rude, unhelpful, completely ripping ppl off, from the kids coming in to buy stuff, (ART THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM) as well as ppl who go to great lengths to find them and try and sell some valuables back to them. they lied to me about the value of RARE collectible cards, when i looked up the prices on any given major selling website (amazon, ebay, etc.) inconsiderate to customers opinions and needs, i will even go as far to say they most likely treat all NON ASIANs this way, if you know what i mean (eh hem racist asians). the owner told me they ARE NOT professionals anyways, yet continued to gimme BS offers. i left confused and embarrassed. I sincerely hope they go out of business and have to sell all their personal items to afford a meal.

Horrible eBay service, i order a pokemon trainer box said it would be delivered on Nov. 3rd through Nov. 7th and they emailed me saying and I quote Sorry, this item was delay by Nintendo. We have yet to receive it. The latest information we have is that it has been shipped out to our distributors, but theres still no word as to when we will receive it. I asked for a refund and they decided to ignore me and i spent $45.00 on the item.
