This place has lost its credibility. The stuff is always dirty and busted up. The have no standards be very wary of bidding on anything here. They can have interesting finds but no quality products. Things from here tend to be in piss poor condition. Good people they just need to raise their standards on busted up stuff and be known for better quality.

Owner was rude when I requested extra info on a few lots. Last time I asked for clarification I never got a reply at all….Hurried presentation and vague descriptions of items offered seem to be the norm here. First time attending. The facility was way too small and the auction ran way too slow. I spent my time in the “back room” the auctioneer took way to long and the runners took too long getting next items ready. Granted the amount of stuff they had to go thru should have been conducted in four auctions and not crammed into one.Plus the auctioneer took way to long to look up absentee bidders and bids. I understand why an auctioneer would take absentee bids, but for God sake have those items marked in a way that it doesn’t take three or four minutes to find.I drove two and a half hours to bid on several items. The items I wanted to see sold weren’t even close to being put up by the time I had to leave. Very disappointing. Not sure I’d ever go back

I have attended sales here for many, many years, since owned by Tom OFarrel. Just a good old fashioned country Auction house. Not perfect but plenty good and Billy runs an honest sale, I recommend this auction.

One of the best! Wide range of items and types of items. Lots of good art. These guys always have lots of good art, both 2d and 3d.I disagree with the previous auctioneers negative assessment of these guess, especially how the auction house runs up prices. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with them. It is an auction however, so dont be surprised if someone else thinks something is worth a lot more than you. I never plan on getting everything I want at ANY auction. Besides how does anybody, bidder or auctioneer, run something up? High bidder is stuck with it!

Really nice place, I enjoy bidding up the collectors, find it hilarious what people are willing to pay for some stuff. I enjoy bidding up the noobs as well. Got me a few notches under my belt here for sure!!! (I do not know why i enjoy doing that) I am sure B&D does not mind it at all. Thank god i found somthing to do to stimulate my bored mind with. I wish they accepted Bitcoin as payment.

First time ever at an auction after looking into them for 3 yrs and of course with my luck the noted final bid was messed up because they were on their cell phone. So I left having to pay a higher price. Hope they are honest like the reviews say and go over the recording to refund my money. Even then its difficult on telling who won because not many talk bids. Its head nods and hand waving for wins and bids. I will fix my review if its refunded.But with that said they have their favorite buyers as every business does if you know what I mean. Its literally the same person winning almost every auction and they even has storage out back to store it all so says a lot about that. Only reason i won what i did is because said person was occupied elsewhere for a few minutes. Yes money is money but one person wont keep a business open nor will it keep the word of mouth advertising going for long and people wont always come back. If they are keeping you open then i rest my case.The new owner if I am correct on who it is is doing a great job and being smart about running the show.Forgot to add that I was there nearly 4 hours and it was a blast even if I only won a couple things i enjoyed the people minus a couple who didnt speak to me.Edit: problem wassolved next day. We are all human and make mistakes. Hands down a great first experience for me. Been in the business for 3 years of second hand sales and this was simply auc-mazing.😊If you are on the hunt for lots of goodies, live close and have patience with one uppers all the time then this is your place. Honesty and a people friendly staff is a must in this type of business and they have my vote.Update again: been over a year since the person writing bids down took that phone call and messed up my winning bid and told they owed me money. Havent seen it. Just be careful and if the person writing winners down is on her phone, dont bid. 😊 sorry i cant leave it at 5* for this reason.
