A combination convenient store and gas station.This Tawney town location has one of the best drive through automatic car washes that I have used. It actually gets my car clean.I usually visit this Sheetz just for the car wash and dont even go into the store.

Air pump broken, made bad situation worse, staff didnt care. Endangering lots of drivers as a result. Try caring next time.

Worst convenience store ever . I have done reviews and contacted the corporate many times to discuss this poor location and they just don’t respond or care . There sure is poorly run and poorly stocked . I have managed this kind of store in the past and I’m amazed that they company just does not care . It is obvious they only care about taking your money not customer service . Please stop going to this store.Update i sent this letter today 10/10/21HelloSo after numbers complaints i got a call. They genuinely seemed to care about how my store was being run. She sent me sone freebies in my card in an effort to get me back in the store. I took the bait after sone consideration that things might change. As I’m sure you can track by my card i tried for over a week. First thank you for the things that were added to my card . I greatly appreciate that. Second you sent me a gift card which i have not been Annie to use yet. I have not been able to use it yet because the registers in my store have never been able to accept the card for sone reason. And the cashiers are no help. So rather than hold the whole store up i moved on . So at first it seemed maybe things were better. Well that only lasted like two days . Then the staffing issues and poor store stocking returned to normal. Another issue that has come up . There is no consistency to cooking your sandwiches in the morning . They are nearly hot enough to remove skin or barley cooked. I don’t understand. Abs some mornings good is reasonable time and others the wait is crazy long. I really don’t know what the problem is at this store but submerging has to be done . I write about this because i care about my community. It is crazy how little it has become apparent that your company cares. Another issue is i have earned nearly 6,000 points on my customer card and have been trying to redeem them for things and can never get it to work . Keeps coming up with an error . What kind of gimmick is that ?? Offer the customer A bunch of loyalty things then never make it possible to get any of them ??? What is going on over there to make this experience so poor for the customer ??? Please help I’ve been asking forever!!!

My orders are always correct and the food is always hot and freshly served.

I wont be going to the one on Rt 140 anymore. Order italian sausage the bun was so smashed it wouldnt even hold the sausage. Just think I paid $1.99 just to throw it in the TRASH 🗑️. I use to like Sheetz. NOT ANYMORE!!!!! PS I THINK THEY OWE ME $1.99. NO LIDS FOR FOUNTAIN SODAS. WHAT A JOKE. AND THINK THEY WANT $15HR. TO PUT OUT FOOD LIKE THAT.

Staff is super nice. Quick to check out. The food takes a little bit long for them to get out, but it is a gas station/convenience store so it is as expected. Staff is always willing to chat as well, which is great. Shows really awesome customer service.

Cashier was rude. Overall I really like the store BUT I am tired of dealing with this womans bad attitude. Probably not going back.

I know this isn’t a place people come for a five star meal but I greatly enjoy the food here ! Joan made my experience wonderful and made my food as if she was the one going to eat it ! It was wonderful how polite she was to us and how she handled our food. Thank you Joan !

For Trucks who have deliverers in the area they have Parking Lot big enough for tractor trailers.

This location has not been a Sheetz in years. The Carroll Mart it is today does not have a website. Last year it was robbed. I tried to edit the name to its correct name however, someone changed it back to Sheetz (which is not the truth.) The new Sheetz is located on 140 towards Baltimore.

I go here often, enjoy the food (when it is correct.) The lot is small, has a lot of people standing outside, loitering, and on numerous occasions drug deals. I have had a random person approach my car as I was leaving, attempting to enter my vehicle. I tend to order food here because they have a wide variety of food that can be custom made. The last 3 times I have order, however, I have been let down. First two, I ordered the app platter; I always get cheese bites, mozzarella stick and mac cheese bites; if they run out they replace it with another item which Im OK with if they asked what I would like instead. This time I ordered a chicken sandwich with ranch and buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, lettuce, pickles, green peppers and bacon. When I got home no lettuce on my sandwich. It is to the point that I will be checking all of my food before I leave and if ANY thing Id wrong I will be returning it for a full refund and taking my money elsewhere

New store the chain is much better than the other chains in the area. Glad to see them in the area now.

Nice clean station. Gas was very reasonable. 10-15 cents cheaper than my neighborhood!

New store however store manager Robin Perry needs training on customer service!!! I had an issue with the availability of coffee and when I brought this issue to Robin she was rude and indifferent that her store had no coffee available. I would of been happy if she just shown a little concern of the issue however she thought it was okay to have no coffee because she was working the deli. Shaking my head that Robin missed the opportunity to immediately turn this issue around to make a loyal customer happy!!!

Sheetz is the best! Cant wait for this one to open! Opens in June

Super gas prices, coffee watered down, but teas are excellent. Great snacks and grab and go items. Clean and friendly service.

My 1st time at this new sheetz and I ordered a turkey bacon flatbread sandwich. It was SO good! Ill be coming back for sure.

Food and workers are good way to many people stand outside smoking and drinking their coffee on weekend mornings so there is no parking for other customers . Therfore they dont get my business and many other peoples . Wawa is a 2 miles farther away but never have a problem trying to find a parking spot even though it is constantly busy.

Food was made slowly and they missed some add ons. Typically they mess something up and the order is not 100% correct. But they get 90% there so I guess thats alright
