Stopped by the 120th and Sheridan Starbucks for a venti, extra hot and an extra shot Caramel Machiato. It tastes like dish water...the worst coffee ever. Called the store and told the sales rep how weak the coffee was and that they must have forgotten the extra shot and all the sales reps could say was Im so sorry, but our coffee machine must be acting up. Its been doing that lately. Did not offer to give me a credit or replace my coffee. Wouldnt be going back there any time soon.
This is the best Starbucks. They make the drinks perfectly. Yesterday I ordered the wrong coffee and they made me the correct one and allowed me to keep the other one. Today, I have been going through a lot and was definitely sad. The girls knew it and wrote me the sweetest message on my coffee. Thank you for being people first and caring about me!
Is this starbucks or some mom and pops run cafe? They close whenever they feel like which is 1/3 of the times. They never even update they hours on google so even if it says Open, a lot times they’re close. This place needs new management!
I had a great experience today at this Starbucks. We visited this location on a Thursday around noon. It was kind of busy but the barista made sure to greet everyone walking in and they went through the line pretty fast. I was surprised how quickly our drinks were made since they were so busy, and they were made exactly as we ordered. The only downside of this location is the parking lot, its so tiny but overall, we had a great experience and I will definitely be back.
I admire and commend the employees here, on how hard they work even in their massive busy times. I dont know how they do it, but they are great it has to be totally overwhelming to them, but they just keep going. Thank you for your dedication
I frequent this store very often and every time I am greeted with a good morning and phenomenal customer service. They are always helpful and attentive, and have been super safe with preventing the spread of COVID-19- they have someone waiting to give you your food (if you have ordered food) from the mobile order station so you do not reach over the counter. Overall, I have never had a bad experience at this location and I want to thank and applaud all of the dedicated workers :)
This is by far the worse Starbucks, they cant make drinks correctly, the Starbucks across the street in King Soopers is sooo much better, this Starbucks seems more concerned about promoting social causes then making your drinks right
I do love me a carmel macchiato. I got there at 3:30. Didnt know it closed at 4. Very nice staff allowed me and my protégée to hang a lil past. I will return. One can never have enough bean juice

The single best location in the whole company. All of the baristas provide excellent customer service, and each of the drinks they make are perfect. That being said, Aspen continuously goes above and beyond for her customers. She is always polite and engaging, and even goes out of her way to help save the customer money. I have to go out of my way to stop by this store during my commute to work, but the excellent service is worth the drive.
They are never open, even during their business hours. I just saw 3 cars pull up and leave because the doors are locked already.
It’s either closed a 1/4 if the time you go there or they are out of most of the items.Meh.

If you dont go in first thing in the morning the coffee is often stale and luke warm. Just because there is coffee left in the tank doesnt mean you should serve it and if you ask them for a fresh brew they try to force you into accepting a pour over. Its not the same! The coffee here is gross.
Same great menu and options you find everywhere else. We didn’t have any problem finding parking in the shared lot. Although while the line was short inside, it seemed to take awhile to get our drinks....But I thought it was awesome that they had a kids corner with books!
People will pay 20% more than other places for amazing customer service. No complaints here! Customer service made me feel like I was at one back in Seattle
Quick service, quality items, and clean building. Went a few time before work (6am), great atmosphere; when around 11am a few times, still great people. They dont disappoint you at this location.

I used to enjoy this location and the coffee they made. But lately, the quality has become so poor that I don’t think I will return. The lattes that I usually enjoy it now taste like a mix of ashes, ammonia, and butter. They seem poorly prepared and aren’t good at all. Maybe when they fix this I’ll become a regular customer again. Until then, I’ll go to the Starbucks on 136. Their coffee tastes just fine.
The staff here is Amazing. Lacey, Aspen, Lily and Sarah always make my experience worth while. Annie is a bit rude but the other staff make up for it. Would always recommend!
The barista Megan was great! Im not just saying that cause we share the same name either. She was super genuine as soon as I walked through the door. Drink was perfect as well 👌 Great Starbucks
Got drink order wrong. Wanted hot and got iced.
Next to Einsteins, they share a sidewalk with outside tables and umbrellas. The sidewalk on the Starbucks side goes around to the west which is nice because it is away from the sun on the south side. They had 30d and 40s swing music playing. The outdoor seating makes the place a good one for meeting and relaxing.
I went here and tried the chocolate frappuccino. Witch they told me was very popular and good.I didnt like It like and told them and got a strawberry frappuccino and didnt pay an extra penny! Amazing service friendly people! Highly recommend!

My very favorite Starbucks location of all time! Staff is amazing. Personal touches (calling me by name, remembering my usual order) are second to none. This Starbucks should just get a percentage of my paycheck, as much as I spend there!It’s busy there, just to be fair. But what Starbucks isn’t?5+++++ stars from me!
If I could give this Starbucks less than one star I would. Stopped in before a business meeting expecting a quick in and out bases on my simple order: a grande Pike roast with a pump of hazelnut and vanilla with cream and a blueberry scone. However after 8 minutes I was asked what I ordered and then handed a disgusting and poorly made cup of coffee and barely warm scone. I try not to be too critical of service, but when I have to wait for something so simple I have to wonder as to the level of service and attention. I will definitely never patron again, and will find a more local business friendly alternative for my caffeine needs the next time I am in the area for business.
I wish the staff would not turnover so much. This is not my typical Starbucks but for meetings, it is becoming to be. The coffee was great, but there were a lot of people hanging out talking to the staff- I did visit once and had to wait for someone to come to the counter from the back room- that was concerning since people are normally in a rush to get their coffee and get out. I will continue to come here and update the reviews with any changes :)
My clover coffee was great as always; however, the young lady at the register was coughing so badly and even said she and her baby are both very sick. The manager noticed me stepping back from the register as I was deciding on my coffee Choice. Then the manager asked another employee to take over for her which I was very happy about. But the sick young lady kept trying to engage in conversation with me as I was talking with the other barista. I truly understand the need to have employees present but when somebody is that Violently ill they should certainly not be working in a food service retail establishment. To the manager, next time, please send your employee home so she can get well and not cough all over other employees as well as the patrons buying coffee.

Although the staff is friendly, almost every time I have came to this location (For about a year now) my drink has been made completely wrong. I always get an iced chai, and every time it’s just an iced coffee. No chai, it even looks like an iced coffee. I really hate speaking up about these kinds of things because I work fast food as well, but when I did I was given a strange look and when I was given a replacement drink, the coffee was even stronger! I didn’t say anything else because I felt embarrassed and I didn’t want them to do extra work, but I think that I am done with this Starbucks.
Ive been here a few times. Generally good, but for some reason I wasnt allowed to order the kind of latte I wanted. They had the ingredients, but one of the baristas mumbled something about not having enough of that syrup for the next day and the cashier told me, shes not letting you get that. Whatever the case is, just say you dont have it. Telling me you have it, but I cant order it is weird and doesnt give a good customer experience.
The staff here are rude. Unpleasant experience, and the male taking orders today at 1:00pm needs an attitude check. I guess that’s what you get when you hire a bunch of children

I ordered two grande caramel macchiato latte blend, one cup was full and the other one was 3/4 full. The latte tasted watered down. I was not satisfy. Hope the store manager train the staff with consistency in the future.
They are not enforcing masks when customers sitting inside nor coming in. Not able to trust them and believe they’re being clean. A woman was talking on the phone loudly and spit was going everywhere. Totally not appropriate. I’ll take my business to another starbies.
Lovely patio area and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Jacob helped with a suggestion and a custom coffee. Definitely one of my best Starbucks experiences!

Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru line and then once I got my coffee it was wrong. Didn’t have time to take it back since I was now late for work from the long wait. Will not be back. I have already had a hard enough time paying those prices for a coffee then to have them not make it right and make you late for work.

This place is always a zoo! Horrible parking and never very fast! On the plus side they make some of the best drinks and the people working here are almost always so sweet!

Staff is friendly, hit and miss on quality of drinks. At time its speedy and you can get in and out. Sometimes they forget your order and you wait longer than expected.
I have been here several times and they seemed understaffed. Once I had to wait about 20 minutes for my order and my frappuchino tasted bland that I had to just toss it away. Pretty sure they were rushing and forgot to add the right ingredients.UPDATE: Today I waited one hour and still did not get my drink. Got a refund and the employees were not apologetic. Do not go to this place.

This Starbucks is terrible! There is always such a long wait for drinks. Staff is hit or miss. Just this morning, we mobile ordered around 9:45 and it wasn’t ready until after 10:00. Ridiculous! We’ve lived in Bradburn for over 4 years and it has ALWAYS been this way. Ridiculous!
This Starbucks location suffers mightily due to its layout and location in a very small strip mall configuration. There are frequent parking challenges due to hot competition with the adjoining Einsteins, and once parked you are then greeted by a confusing queue inside this cramped shop. I avoid this location in favor of the abundant Safeway and King Soopers grocery store options nearby.

Decent coffee, decent deal. Took advantage of a bogo offered through my Starbucks app. Asked for clarification about the bogo and then when it was full price, the clerk told me i was supposed to let her know about the bogo. Luckily the barista jumped in to fix it cuz the clerk was ready to move on to the next customer. I try to avoid this Starbucks location cuz stuff like this always happens here - different issues with different clerks.
This was going to be a 1 star review, due to mixup with my order and a general lack of communication, but one barista named Morgan stepped up and immediately made things right. Even with the shop being crazy busy she made an extra effort.My 2 yr old son got his parrot cake pop and I got coffee, so all was good in the end.
No drive through at this location, but friendly staff. Our main complaint is the fact that parking here is a nightmare due to the small parking lot and heavy traffic coming from the shops.

Worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. Absolutely slowest baristas, which is surprising as this is such a busy area. The barista at the registers rang me up for the wrong thing - even after I corrected him they got it wrong. Since it took over 20 minutes for an Americano, I didnt bother correcting them a second time and just took the drink

Horrible service, more than 5 people in the line to have their orders fixed because they all were made wrong. The staff making the drinks were jokes and seemed highly uneducated with the drinks they were making. Didnt know what drinks were complete and just sitting on the counter. Asked for a refund because I was sitting there for 20 minutes and have stuff to do today and the cashier gave me attitude and threw my receipt at me.

Typical Starbucks. Coffee is fine but if you want Wi-Fi do not come here it is absolutely horrible. Ive never seen it so slow. I did a speed test. Download speed is 0.9mbps upload. Its basically dial up speed from 15 years ago. STAY AWAY

I was in to this location yesterday, and the experience was so terrible I had to wait a day to write this. Around 6:40AM I submitted a mobile order for 4 drinks, to take into work. (Shouldnt be uncommon at a S-bucks on a weekday right??) I walked in and only 2 drinks were ready, the barista announced that she had a mobile order ready for me, but I stayed back cause it was only half ready. Then, she finished the third drink, looked at the label to call out a name and saw it was mine again. So, instead of calling it out she rolled her eyes and huffed about it being mine. THEN, she proceeded to finish my 4th drink and as I walked towards the counter began complaining to her co-worker about A freaking 5 drink mobile order... This was in a shop full of customers, and it was right in front of the customer you were complaining about no less. I was so steamed that when she attempted to be sweet and offer a drink carrier, I had no words and proceeded to carry out FOUR coffees in my little hands.This location clearly has understaffing issues and should plan for it to be busier during the morning commute times. (In the middle of the day on a Tuesday and Ive been in with 4-5 people working at this same location! 2 people at almost 7AM on a weekday is not enough!!) Its disappointing that this visit was so terrible, because less than a week prior I had an amazing barista who was kind and very sweet. (Even though I had ordered 3 drinks, 2 of which specialty Frappuccinos, at the same time of day).

Good atmosphere, nice outdoor seatings. however WIFI speed inconsistent - fluctuate between 1mbps - 30 mbps based on testing. (Actually the wifi speed is pretty bad)

Chaotic to say the least. Barista seems to have trouble keeping up with the orders. Mobile orders seem to be an issue with this location in terms of making the wait longer for those that order at the counter. Maybe a separate barista counter for mobile ordering would help? Overall plan to spend about 5 minutes or more waiting for your drink at this location.
