My wife said Wow! when I made her some freshly roasted Erins Breakfast Blend in a French press. Thats the sort of coffee experience that Im looking for that you can only get with fresh roasted coffee. I have been impressed by everything that I have tried so far.

The staff are very good at what they do, and Dave is a true artist who understands the character and roasting of coffee. -A business with a heart, run by people who are dedicated.

I discovered Furnace Hills Coffee at Local Homestead Products (also an awesome local business) and I am very happy I did. Their coffee is amazing. I have been brewing a lot more coffee at home thanks to the pandemic and have been experimenting with different brands. Furnace Hills Coffee is by far the best I have tried and they are local! I wont be buying coffee from other online retailers anymore. I highly recommend trying their coffee if you havent yet.

He loves a good strong coffee. I have purchased many pounds of Furnace Hills Coffee at my local farmers market. We loved every ounce of coffee we purchase and will continue to be customers of furnace Hills Coffee. Every time we go to the farmers market, we are greeted with polite and helpful salespeople and have sample a plethora of coffee from around the world. Our favorite is the Costa Rican and Guatemalan coffee. I highly recommend trying a cup or bag of coffee from Furnace Hills. The quality and freshness are second to none. I visited Furnace Hills Coffee for the first time over the weekend. What a gem! Dave the owner is so friendly and welcoming. I had an iced berry white latte and it was great! The quality of the coffee is outstanding. I initially came to Furnace Hills because they support the special needs community and employee people with development disabilities it’s a wonderful bonus that the coffee is as amazing as their mission.

I am a student at McDaniel College and I love coffee. When I found out about the coffee shop I was a little bit nervous because I’m a person who goes to the same place and gets the same thing every time. But when I walked in everyone was so welcoming and friendly and the coffee was AMAZING!! I try to go there anytime I get a chance. I would highly recommend it.

My favorite coffee company!I absolutely love their mission and commitment to hiring people with development disabilities as well as donating and fundraising for various nonprofits and organizations who support these individuals. I love that they are ethical in buying only fair trade coffee so that I can be sure that everyone employed in the supply chain is being paid a fair wage.And then last but definitely not least, the coffee is AMAZING! They have a wide variety of blends for any flavor profile. The beans are SO fresh. Dave has always been able to suggest a new blend for me when Im feeling adventurous and I of course have my go to in Telunas Beach. Stop by the shop or any of the farmers markets they frequent. Our only place for coffee! Weve been buying coffee from Furnace Hills since their early days at the Westminster Farmers Market. We like the idea of supporting a company that sources coffee fairly and employs workers with challenges. But they dont stop there. They are constantly innovating, finding new growers, providing new products, getting involved in the community. And, yes- still great coffee! Drop by the shop for a cup and take a bag home. You wont be sorry!

Ive been searching for freshly roasted coffee for some time. I was about to order online when I found Furnace Hills Coffee. Their store is about 15 minutes from my front porch. My wife and I bought some beans from them. We ground them the night we bought them and the following two days. All I can say is Oh my! This is the best coffee I have ever had. I drank it black - no cream, no sugar. It is the smoothest, tastiest coffee ever to pass my lips. In addition to the incredible quality of the coffee, their mission to employ and support those with special needs is a tremendous bonus. I wish I could give more stars - it really is the best coffee around.

I love visiting the shop whenever I get up to Westminster because everyone knows their coffee! I like to experiment with different roasts. But my all time fav is Soldiers blend . The light and dark roast is the perfect blend. Since I do live 40 miles away I take advantage of their online store. And since I have turned several neighbors onto the coffee it’s not hard to get to the minimum for free shipping! It’s a win/win.

Every time we are in Westminster we make sure we stop at Furnace Hills. Everything about this place is wonderful...the coffee, the employees, the speciality drinks. It is one of the most welcoming, delicious coffee shops around.

I love the coffee I get from Furnace Hills not just because the coffee is the best but because of who makes it. It is so difficult for people with special needs to find a good place to work. Furnace Hills provides that work as well as a good cup of Joe!

I was there several times this summer, and tried a number of their speciality drinks. I loved everything I tried. I even got to taste some of the Whiskey Barrel Coffee, which was fabulous.

I am a website customer but have visited the shop location twice. I always let others looking for real roasted coffee, know about this delightful company because of their mission to support disabled or challenged folks! I do miss the Burundi coffee though...that was my favorite!

Furnace Hills has been roasting a unique blend of coffee for our church since we moved into our new building in November of 2018. Dave came into the roastery on his night off to meet with us and discuss the ins and outs of beginning a business relationship with Furnace Hills. However, it has gone so much further than that. Dave takes a sincere interest in our church, our staff, our guests and of course our coffee. ;) He hand delivered the coffee our second week in the building just so he could have an opportunity to meet our volunteers and see our new space. Our guests drink more coffee now than they ever have before and I am whole heartedly convinced it is because of the passion that Dave and his staff pour into their jobs and this company.
