I had ordered a new release of Jordan Point Lanes from footlocker.com website and they sent me the wrong size!Then I took them to the nearest footlocker where the manager Kevin was very helpful and ordered the right size and had then sent to my house.Again thank you Kevin for your willingness to help.

A little busy, some confusion and none of my items were in stock. Ordered and will be shipped next week.

Its such a small footlocker but Ive noticed that with footlocker lately they have all down sized a bit especially with all the new competition out there. Staff is always welcoming and greets me as I walk in and makes sure they are ready to assist which I love and they dont hover which is a big pet peeve of mine.

I was looking around and no one came to assist me when I tried reaching for a shoe on the top shelf. The girl with the horrible high lights gave attitude. She seemed like she didn’t want to be useful for sh*t and just be on her phone.

Really small store. Not a lot of selection

I would give 0 stars if I could. Walked in the store and attempted to purchase some lime green Pegasus 36’s, because they was on sale. So I tried the size 13’s on and they were too small. I asked to order a size 14, and to have it shipped to my house. The manager told me “we can’t do that, or you won’t get the promotion.” So I said that’s fine, I’ll get them anyway, she said “sorry we don’t have your size in the store, so we can’t order them”. Sorry I said okay and left. I walked to shoe place and thought to myself “well that doesn’t make any sense”. So I walked back and talked to another guy, and he did it for me and she was telling him not to do it. He ignored her and I love my shoes that I received. Weird experience if you ask me!

Travelling from Canada, I came in looking for a pair of lebron 15 (black gold) for lil bro. Didnt have his size but Braden (store manager) made every effort to see if he can locate a pair at another store. I eventually was able to find a pair but was so happy with his attentiveness I went back the next day and got myself a pair of Lebron 15s also where i saw Braden but also encountered another sales representive Jordan. He was swift in finding my size, gave me some positive opinions of the style and his own personal feedback. Was very very happy with their assertiveness and I appreciate there efforts.
