We ordered a birthday arrangement for my bosses dad and had the wrong delivery address listed and Breanna Small called us to let us know. She was VERY polite and helpful. She said as long as the new address was in her area she would be able to deliver after her next drop off. She was patient and went out of her way to make sure the delivery was made, with us being in Dallas and him in Cali it really did help that she was able to redeliver for us. Thanks so much Breanna we really do appreciate your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! You are such a ROCK STAR!!!

Ordered a birthday arrangement for my daughter’s birthday. Waited all day for delivery. . Phoned them twice and was told it was out for delivery. Got an email at 5:30 saying they attempted but no one was home. My daughter was home and she said no one came. The email also said they would attempt to deliver again but they did not. Very disappointing to say the least. I talked to the GM the next day about a refund and was told they NEVER give refunds. She was also very rude when I questioned her about there no refund policy as we never received anything and then she hung up on me. Will never use this location again!!! Terrible customer service.

Placed an order for delivery days in advance for a birthday party. They told me the delivery would be between 11am-7pm. It got delivered at 6:30pm despite the location being 12 minutes away. Also, the flowers look nothing like they do in the photos. Not worth the $40

If I can give ZERO stars I totally would! I placed my ordered at 10am called all day to make sure they are being delivered. I get a call it’s 8:30PM and the lady tells me “unfortunately we can’t deliver to Anaheim do you want me to have Anaheim send it out tomorrow” are you kidding me??? Why give a option to deliver if you can’t??? And why wait ALL day to tell me!!! Valentines is today not tomorrow! Why the hell would I want it delivered on a random day?!? I’m so mad!!

The arrangement for grandmothers 100th birthday went over great!!! She loved it and said it was so special.

BEWARE- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!This location has the worst customer service EVER! I was promised a deliver date and this location failed on 3 different occasions to deliver my order as requested. When I first called to inquire about the delivery status of my order, I was left of hold for 30 min. Eventually I spoke with an associate by the name of Dominic, and was told that my order would be delivered the following day. Fast forward two days later and my order still had not been delivered. I called the store for the 3rd time and I was finally able to speak to a manager, at which time I was informed that the Westminster location was all out of the fresh fruit (caramel apples, melons, and grapes). Consequently, I canceled my order and sent my friends Sherry Berries and flowers instead.

So I go into the front entrance and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait.Nobody there or in the back room either.... Just go in and take what you want.....Love that place.... The worst service ever.

Fruit was not fresh and they wouldnt give a refund or switch the arrangement. They did make a new one. Customer service is very poor. The management wouldnt speak to me because they were supposedly not there so they were giving direction to the worker that answered the phone making her the middle man and having to deal with the problem. Only have one star because it wouldnt post without. Zero star is what I wanted to rate. Poor manager and quality.

Placed order on Valentines day and the order was never delivered. Tried calling the store and GOT NO ANSWER. Money was deducted from card!!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!

Order on February 14 a box with 12 strawberries for which I pay $ 54.99 and send me 9 strawberries alone is not fair.I spoke today to tell you what had happened and just tell me later we will talk to you again to see what happened in your order and they never spoke again.
