I purchased moulding this morning. As always they had exactly what I needed at a fair price. However they accepted my payment and told me they would deliver today between 2:30 -3:00. I purchased the moulding for a recent home sale and I currently do not live in it. I showed up and waited. I decided to call at 3:30 to check how much longer they would be. I was told that they would call me back and the driver wasnt back from. L.A. They later informed me that he wasnt going to make it. It would take him 30 minutes to get back to the office and he didnt have the moulding in the the truck. I explained that if a delivery isnt going to make it on time or at all as a courtesy to the customer, they should phone and notify them. They do not have great customer service. I paid an additional $80. for delivery only to cost me the additional gas money and time to wait for nothing. They said theyll be here tomorrow. Ill update my review only if they compensate me for my time and if they actually show up at the time they indicated.

Hidden in back of some buildings, its a gem. They carry a fairly large array of moldings,mainly mdf materials, can custom order also. I have used them for years with no complaints.

Quick service and great prices! Cheaper than Home Depot. They also wrap it up and help load onto the top of my car. They also provided me with some twine and a red fabric since it was hanging off the back. Very nice service! Have done business with them twice.
