So, this guy Jake went far above what I usually get from customer service. We showed up 10 minutes before closing and he even cut some lumber for us. All with a smile.....

I went in and asked the young man at the counter if they sold residential front door sweeps/gaskets. He said no. I said, I cannot believe 84 Lumber does not sell basic home improvement supplies. He told me he could order it. Are you kidding me? What a bad attitude. Why wasnt that his first response? Why did I have to cross examine him to try to purchase something from him? I then showed him a picture of the bad gasket and door and asked if he recognized it so he could reluctantly order it for me. I thought it was likely since the door originally came from 84 Lumber. He said Nope. The customer service rep could not have worked harder to not sell me something. The rep should really try to look into doing something different. If he clearly doesnt want to be helpful, why did he sign up to work in customer service? I wont go back for standard home improvement supplies. Im headed to Lowes, where they will provide purchase assistance. (I would add, however, that the gentleman in the kitchen cabinet shop was courteous, professional, and helpful.)
Took me neatly 45 minutes to get help and purchase 3 sheets of 1/2 pt plywood
