Literally the only shop on the west coast that stocks anything! I traveled from AZ to find parts for my S&M. These guys even stocked profile cranks; You cant even order them! Greatest shop in the USA .

Wow! These guys were awesome! So my back tire was flat and so i called cause it was like one hour before they were going to close and the guy said yeah we can take a look and fix it so i went down there and they looked at my bike and find out i just needed new tires cause everything was cracking that mostly explains why my tires kept going flat so quick so they had some cool cult cameo tires and i got those and they fixed up my bike in 15 mins and i love it! Looks so dope and rides so smooth and good so im happy definitely would recommend and coming back again if anything goes wrong with my bike again 👍

Might be the greatest place on earth, but just watched a van with their name on it blow through 3 stop signs in my neighborhood (southeast of Heil and Magnolia) and traveling at 40-50 mph in residential neighborhood.. Guess they forgot they werent on a bike...

Found this shop recently when another shop did not have a part I needed.. The owner is very helpful and is full of BMX history. He has helped me get bike just right. Parts are hard to come by and I have spent the last couple months getting everything together... Epic has been there for me every step of the way!

Sourcing parts has been a nightmare since Covid started. Ive literally had to cancel 6 orders recently for basic parts (bottom bracket, sprocket) due to manufacturers being on backorder and website inventories not being up-to-date, wasting a month with an out-of-commission bike in the process. Being familiar with Epic from their YouTube channel (check it out, if you havent), I called them on a whim while in SoCal on business (I live in Missouri). Not only did they have three of the bottom bracket Ive been struggling to source IN STOCK (color choices!), their prices were fair, and they included the spacer I need to make it work on my frame. And, while I was in the shop, a kid came in looking to trade in his bike because it had an odd size stem/handlebar. Instead of ripping the kid off (which he easily could have), Phu explained to him that all he needed was a simple shim. Thats good service! Ill definitely be back next time Im in the area.

Went looking for a certain bike in a certain color for my son. They had other colors available but had just sold out on the one & only color my son wanted. The lovely lady at the counter got on her phone & tracked down the very last one... BUT it was at a complete different shop that had absolutely no ties to her business!!WOW!!! Now thats customer service!!I left, bought the bike at the other place, and immediately came back to her shop and purchased 4 pegs + install as a small token of my appreciation.Thanks EPIC!!

BEST BMX SHOP IN SOCAL PERIOD. Phu and Ethan are the real deal. Honest affordable and give it to you straight, and that alone is worth your business. No bs and not only fix your issue but explain it as well where most shops wont, just simply inform you how much you owe. Most shops wont touch your bike if you dont know the technical problem, these guys look at every repair like a challenge- bottom line is they give a s#*!. I live in Riverside and I drive 60 miles here and its the only shop I go to. Their honesty and efficient work are second to none. If its busy be patient these guys put customer service first.

Very VERY good experience shopping for my 6 yr olds first real bike on his birthday. We tried every bike in the store until we landed on the perfect bike he liked. The owner told me tons of options and his wife, son and daughter were all super friendly!Even if you end up going somewhere else, check this place out first.Good selection and great customer service!

This place has to be the worst ran business I’ve ever dealt with. I take my bike to them to get help with two chains. The regular chain. And the newly engine chain. He acts like he’s never seen something like that before. I say ok what ever I’ll find someone else. But can you fix my other chain. And he tells me the price and what needs to be done and he tells me to hold on. He’s going to look at it. He takes two seconds to look at it. Says the cable isn’t put on all the way. I tell him I have the screw that’s missing. I just needed help putting it on. He says he doesn’t even know where the screw goes too. Someone who works on bikes for a living is showing that he knows nothing about them. He tells me to wait he needs to come back. He takes care of everyone else around me but me. He stands at the door twittling his fingers acting like he has nothing to do and I’m right behind him waiting for him to come back. That’s how he treats customers he doesn’t want

Awesome bike shop! My son called them looking for a specific bike and the owner was very professional, knowledgeable and gave the price over the phone. We arrived at the bike shop as they were opening and they were friendly and welcoming. The owner and his son answered every question my boys had. I purchased 1 bike from them already and the 2nd one will be picked up on Monday. Highly recommended!

My bike was not placed correctly and I told the guy if he can ride it and test out the bike. He was more then happy to tell me what was wrong with it, he took his time to help me even though he was busy thank you.

Pretty Epic Actually. Great owner, great shop. The guys who work there are avid enthusiasts themselves.Prices can be gnarly if you have no idea what youre looking for. If you want quality and great service come here. If you just want cheap, go to Walmart. You can still come here after if you need some help or want to upgrade.Average bike starts at $300. But theyre reasonable on anything else like adjustments, parts, and repairs.Have a Haro F1 myself. Good stuff.**UPDATE**Purchased a chrome Kink Gap XL. Price matched what could be found online. You can do layaway if you want. Shortly after, I was riding and a pedal came loose. Brought it in, owner said that they would provide maintenance for the life of the bike, just needs regular tightening if used often, so even if you can do it yourself, nice to know theyll help with that.
