There wasnt the usual pressure to buy anything but the staff genuinely wanted to find the right product.We looked around at a few other stores to see if anyone else had something better before coming back and ordering our dream bed. Not pushy at all and answered all my questions!Bought a king size mattresss and the process was quick only took 5min and about a week for delivery.Update: mattress delivery was quick and friendly. They called and texted and were even 2 hours early! The mattress feels amazing and packaged and the pillows and sheets are super soft and worth it.

While moving my king size mattress cover got dirty. I called Mile High Mattress to find out if the mattress cover sill had warranty. It turned out the mattress cover company went out of business. At this point I was bummed because I thought Id have to make so many calls and and send e-mails to get the mattress cover replaced. I spoke with Dustin and he said hed be happy to make those calls for me. Needless to say Dustin took all the relief off of my shoulders. Dustin contacted me the next day saying he had a solution at no cost to me!! He showed me a picture of the new mattress cover ensuring the mattress cover was something I liked and then ordered the mattress cover for me. Dustin said he could ship it to me but I decided to pick the mattress cover up in the store. The mattress cover came in less than a week after he ordered it. It was such a great experience. We will return to purchase some sheets for our bed and would be happy to purchase another mattress from Mile High Mattress. I highly recommend you speak to Dustin as he is very helpful and knowledgeable about mattresses and the process that comes with purchasing a mattress.

They have been so nice. I ordered one of their mattresses and due to Covid it was not completed on time. I had some friends visiting and needed the mattress for them to sleep on. They delivered the frame and a loaner mattress until mine was ready. I am so grateful to them and cant begin to describe was a fantastic experience I had buying my mattress!Thank you!

Its not the easiest place to find but definitely has the best prices and best deals on mattresses! I shopped around and found that the big stores had prices twice as high or more than Mile High! And every other store charged for delivery but delivery and setup are included in the price of Mile High! Prices and customer service cant be beat. Ill be back for ALL of my bedding needs!

Knowledgeable and no pressure service. 24 month 0% financing was a big differentiating factor compared to mattress firm (12 mo). I did have to open a new credit card for the financing, which I am personally okay with. Longer warranty. I believe the trial period is also longer at a full year so if once the bed breaks in after a few months and I dont love it I can exchange it for a different firmness or pay to upgrade. I have not slept on the bed so Ill try to do another review in 6 months or so on that.

My wife and I have been looking for a new mattress set for over a month. We had gone to many of the big box stores and researched all the online options. I decided to check out Mile High mattress after I saw their Colorados best prices advertisement. Overall, I was very impressed with Mile High. Specifically, Dustin The Westminster manager was very knowledgeable, and helpful in helping us pick out a new mattress set. Dustin was able to explain the pros and cons of each type mattress. I was also very impressed with their pricing. It was definitely a no pressure situation and we are very happy with the mattress set if we picked out. On the delivery side, we had Daniel and Andrew deliver and set up the mattress set in less than one hour. These two were professional, hard-working knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring that we were satisfied with everything about the bed. Overall I’m very happy with Mile High and recommend them to everyone.

Wow! Thats all I have to say! Dustin was completely professional and not pressuring at all when my girlfriend and I went in to purchase our new mattress. He was polite, answered all my questions (even the dumb ones about DLC on a mattress), and was even so nice as to find me a competitive price on the mattress that was in our budget.
