Got this shop recommended by a buddy at work, since I was looking for some new rims and tires for my truck. Called in the morning and they said to come in as they were more than willing to help with sizing. Got there around 9:00 and Ken helped me find the right sizes for what I was looking for within 10 minutes. They had everything in stock and were able to give me a great deal on everything. Had the new rims and tires installed within the hour. Great shop with great service, definitely recommend them.

What a great place you would be a cool to go anywhere else

They had the best prices on Niche wheels that I was interested in.

Salinas is the only name you need to know when your looking for tires. They have the best prices in OC, I called 15+ places and Salinas beat them all by $260 and that was there normal price! I didn’t have to try and find coupons or try for a price match. They hooked it up for $500 all new name brand tires plus install and even new lug nuts (my old didn’t fit), all of that and there was no wait in and out in less than an hour perfect fit. They set the standard when it comes tires.

Went to change the whole tire and the owner told me he would patch it up so I could save $. I appreciated it a lot. They just won a customer for life.

Im not one to give negative reviews but this was THE WORST experience that I evey had dealing with this company. Ive been dealing with them for over 15 years at their LaHabra location with no issues. I came in with my wife to get a set of aftermarket wheels for her Range Rover. We called in advance to make sure that they had wheels to accommodate her vehicle and they said they did, so we made the 16 mile trip to their location because we heard that Hugo was now at this location. So we get there and they showed us what they had available for our vehicle so we decided to purchase them and have them installed. We were going to have them change the brakes as well that day so we knew that it would be a while so we went to some stores in the area while we waited. We got a call from the salesman saying that he was unable to get the brakes from his vendor due to it being a Saturday so he said he could have them on Monday and we could bring the vehicle in then if we wanted to. We told him that well deal with that later because he told us that the brake pads were at 70 percent but that he could finish everything else. We get back about an hour or so later only to find out that they had installed a DIFFERENT SET OF RIMS. Ive been customizing vehicles for over 30 years so I know about wheels ( bolt pattern, backspace, offset, wheel finish...etc). When I saw the wheels that they installed, we noticed that the finish was different and the offset was also different. I feel like they did a BAIT AND SWITCH on us. They told us that they would have the correct wheels or something similar by Monday but we didnt hear from them. They finally called Tuesday after I had to talk to the manager, but when my wife got there she had to wait over three hours to get her wheels installed after watching several customers come in and out having the same type of work performed. I have referred several of my friends and coworkers to do business with them over the years but I will be telling all of them and you. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. I hope that the owner reads my post and has a talk with his employees about customer service because they have good prices and have had good inventory in the past.

Ive only gone here when my tire light comes on and the service guys are always so nice to check the tires for me. I know lots of tire shops do this, but I feel so guilty, because Ive never purchased anything from here and theyre always so nice. I usually buy tires at Costco, but Im buying from Salinas next time. They price match Costco and other tire shops, so no more waiting at Costco for me!

Place ruined by horrible customer service. I called for price on a wheel alignment. Lady that answered said no problem come on by now only 1 to 2 cars in front of you. Great on my way get there is about 15 mins.Im told it will be an hour. Ok not the 1 to 2 cars but still within reason. 90 minutes go by, hows my car? Um...ya its next it will be another 40 minutes.No thanks im out if here. If your busy no problem, i would have come back or scheduled an appointment BUT dont keep leading a customer on...

Well i live in Long Beach. So i was looking for a price on 4 Tires. Hugo was A GREAT HELP. I bought 4 Kumoh tired. First he told me $500.00 Out the door. But when we closed the deal he charged me an EXTRA $50:00 I was not happy 😒😝🤤 so i end up paying $550:00 Im sure i wont GO BACK 😝😝🤤

Terrible experience!!! Thursday morning called ordered tires. Friday appointment 10am. Called before I made the 23 mile trip. Was told they would be in by 12 . Was told thursday they would be in in 2 hours. Since my dayoff took off figured i would do my shopping until my appointment. Well never a car at 4 oclock headed home to Torrance . Still never heard Tried calling no answer. Ok I am an essential worker at Centinela hospital I work 12 hrs a day I get 2 days off. My tires leak I have to stop and fill sometimes in middle of night. All I wanted was my new tires. Apparently they did not need my business or anyone else!

Great price, for alignment. $50 bucks for chevy express van. 2 time I came. actually 3. First time paid the man. Just drove off on westminster blvd. pull to the right. made u turn. talk to the guy he said your upper control arm is bad and the tie rod. So I ask if you knew it was bad. Why you let me drove off. So the manager step in. When I get it fix come back we do it for free. Came back 2 weeks latter new tie rod inner and outer. new upper control arm. Came on monday. There was no alignment guy I was told. Come tomorrow. I came next day .new line is he wont be in till next week. Ok. I live right next door to them. They just open. I drove by saw a car on there alignment rack. decide to call instead of coming in. They didnt know it was me.common in I was told. came in. No choice but put my van on the rack . made me wait more then 2 hrs. putting other people ahead of me when I was there before them. Finally my van on the rack. very happy walking out.Before I leave I thank the manager shook his hand. He also tell me I need a camber kit now $220 . But I was still happy. My new tires wont be ruin. Surprise dummy we do nothing your van still turn to the right. Believe it or not up to you. I thought new business they try to lower price for the customer. draw your own conclusion. Thanks Salinas.
