Highly recommend! They always take care of my car and fix it as if it were their own. This is the only place I trust with my 1986 Mercedes. They are professional, fair with their prices and always go above and beyond to fix problems. Their communication is great and they take the time to listen. With old cars and original parts, its hard to fix everything, but they figure out ways to fix it, even the small things. Every time I leave there I am happy with the work they have done.

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing both in its value and service. Paying under $500 for a B1 inspection, the closest competitor was $800! Furthermore your appointment time actually represents when they do the work. Bottom line up front, I saved $300 and hours of my time using this company, and the car was spotless upon completion, not ONE fingerprint! I will NEVER go back to the dealership unless it’s warranty work. I cannot get over how great this place is and how talented these guys are with custom work as well.

We are extremely happy and grateful to have found Mercedes Specialists! We cant speak highly enough of them and we will never take our vehicles anywhere else moving forward. Through their experience, knowledge, honesty and professionalism, they saved us several thousand dollars versus the dealership quote for our Sprinter Van repair. To make a long story short; we had our Mercedes Airstream Interstate Sprinter towed to the dealership after it not being able to start expecting the best service repair at the dealership. Instead we were given a wrong diagnosis and an $18,000 quote to have our Mercedes Sprinter repaired. We advised the dealership that the vehicle wouldnt start after a fuse was removed to address an Airstream step issue and liquid was noticed leaking in the front of the vehicle. The dealership assured us twice that both these issues were checked and neither issue causing our Sprinter Van not to start. Instead, after waiting 3 weeks, we were told the entire fuel system needed to be replaced; pump, injectors, hoses, etc... due to gasoline being put in the diesel engine. This was shocking, not only because we were positive we did not put gasoline in the tank, but we had also driven it 3 hours with no issues after the last refill. Concerned about this diagnosis, we contacted our insurance company to let them know we thought something was not right and they said they would send someone out to test the fuel properly. We were told by the insurance company the Light up test done by the dealership was not a diagnostic test. Because we didnt trust the dealerships assessment of our van, we asked the insurance company if we could remove our Sprinter van and take it somewhere else and advised the dealership not to begin the work. After researching, and finding Master Mercedes technicians, we had our van towed to Mercedes Specialists. After having the van sit for 3 weeks at the dealership, we told our story to Ian at Mercedes Specialists. He asked for all the details including what fuses had Airstream told us to pull. Within an hour, after running diagnostics and checking over the vehicle, he told us fuse 13 was missing which is the fuel pump fuse. We had accidentally pulled the wrong fuse, 13 instead of 12! Mercedes Specialist checked out the rest of the Sprinter Van throughly and also told us the front leak was condensation from the AC. The fuel test analysis came back and proved it was 100% diesel fuel. The total bill from Mercedes Specialists was $388. Ian was amazing at answering our questions and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Justin was great as well as Tom and the entire team! We were listened to, and given professionalism, excellent and honest service. These guys know their stuff and were amazing on every level. We cant say enough about how wonderful they are at Mercedes Specialists! Finding them was the true positive that came out of this unbelievable experience for us. I had to bring my car to them due to a previous repair that had been done using inferior non oem parts. Mercedes Specialist took the initial diagnostic fee for what ended up being weeks worth of diagnosing an unknown until finally they came upon the issue, promptly repairing it for a fair price.I worked with Ian as my main contact and would call him weekly, he would update me as best he could through his conversations with the team.I do not think going to a dealership wouldve achieved better results as their team of mechanics and especially their shop foreman Tom performed above and beyond expectations.Thanks guys really, I really think it wouldve hurt a lot more had I gone anywhere else, and I hope this helps with things as you all surely helped me.If you have a German car, and need it repaired and need someone to trust, seriously Mercedes Specialist did what repair facilities with Integrity are supposed to do, diagnose the issue, and at a fair price repair the vehicle.Thanks again

They are very professional, they are competitively priced, and they provide a detailed explanation for what service is needed and the reason why the service should be performed. These guys are great! I have an 05 CL 65 which had some issues. This is a very complex car which I found to be beyond the capability of most shops . They sorted it out and now its running great! I can definitely recommend them.

I have been servicing my vehicle at this location for a few years. They have the ability and equipment to provide the same level of service as the Mercedes Benz (MB) dealer at a cheaper cost. The service advisor and owner has treated me with the highest level of service, respect, and customer attention. The technicians are experts in their knowledge. They also wash the vehicle after service when the temperature is 45 degrees and above.

I am so glad we found this shop. I just bought an 04 E55 AMG and we werent able to get the rear caliper bolts loose to replace the brakes and rotors. Mercedes Specialists were able to get the car in, get the bolts loose and replaced and back to me within a day.They were extremely friendly and professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that specializes in Mercedes. The after hours drop off and pick up are a huge bonus when you are pressed for time during the workweek.I like knowing I have a local shop to go to with good trustworthy people taking care of my car.

I would give them 5 stars but I dont think I should since I had to go back for the rear air suspension issue. I had virtually little success with finding a reliable shop which could diagnose and fix my 06 R350. Came across MSpec. on a google search and the rest is history.I needed a shop than can get the most simple things right such as an A or B service the most complex such as a Balance Shaft (factory defect) replacement. This requires and engine pull, tear down, Bshaft replacement, engine re-timing/tuning and re-install. Folks, this can cost you a bundle if someone doesnt know what they are doing.Use these guys if you want it done right the 1st time and cheaper than the dealer. And the dealer may not even get it right as I have experienced on several occasions in my 13 years of owning my 2 Benz cars.

We had a great experience with Mercedes Specialists. They were able to quickly diagnose my transmission issue and rebuilt the transfer case in matter of a couple of days including having the parts ready from Europe. They even sent me pictures of the problem parts, explained in detail of the cause, and how to keep an eye it going forward.This compare to dealerships which required a full transmission replacement. This team saved us thousands of dollars.I will take my truck to Mercedes Specialists from now on.Good job guys!

I took my 2007 Sprinter to several places before finding Mercedes Specialists. I paid dearly for that and still had the problem, plus additional issues caused by mechanics who apparently didn’t know what they were doing. MS corrected those issues and with persistence finally resolved the original problem. Justin, Ian and the MS team are the best!
