Quick, easy, not overly priced

My experience at this Grease Monkey far exceeded my expectations! The whole crew was extremely kind, fast, and professional. As a woman, I generally dread coming into these places because I can expect to be pressured into buying things my car doesn’t need. I’ve had awful experiences with oil change shops in the past. The staff here wasn’t pushy at all! In fact, they even found an issue with my air filter and replaced it for free under warrantee. The staff here felt genuinely honest. Thank you!

Wheat Ridge and Westminster locations are the only Grease Monkeys I go to. Always great service, never been disappointed in the 20 or so years.

This is the first time I’m ever writing a review for anything, ever.I had my oil changed at this location last week. I typically go to my dealership because I trust them the most.That is no longer the case.The entire staff here were incredibly kind, polite and professional. They didn’t push me to spend money on unnecessary things (my dealership tells me every.single.time I get my oil changed that I need a new air filter, a new cabin filter, new tires, etc.). I felt like the staff at this grease monkey were honest about their suggestions but not...shady about it. You all know what I mean.Anyway, I was in and out of there very quickly. Everything was very clean, all staff were wearing masks. Also, i had several questions about my car/car maintenance that they had no obligation to spend the time to answer, but they did so, thoroughly. They explained something to me in depth that allowed to me question a $900 car repair that my dealership was wanting to do...which my dealership then said “actually wasn’t necessary” once I had more knowledge about the problem (knowledge that I gained from Mario at this grease monkey).Maybe some of you don’t care about this kind of thing, but I’m the kind of person who feels like, when I go to a restaurant, my experience there is largely impacted by the server and how they treat us. It can ruin a meal when your server is an a**. So...same applies here. It sounds weird to say it, but honestly, my day was positively impacted by my experience getting my oil changed. Even after writing that, I know it sounds silly, but again, that’s why I’m writing my first review ever. I’ll never get my oil changed anywhere else again.

Can’t say enough about the crew at this location! Came here after going through a horrible experience at Finish Line Auto Works at 9480 Federal Boulevard. The other mechanic shop incorrectly installed the drive belt to my car so I came here expecting to pay to get that mistake fixed, instead these guys empathized with my experience and made it right for me at no cost to me!!! Who does that?! Love you guys and will continue to be a loyal customer to this location! In a world where no one knows who to trust anymore, y’all are the one mechanic shop I can count on!Thanks again! 🙏🏽

ANOTHER great experience at the Grease Monkey located at 7810 N. Sheridan Blvd!! I have gone here for years and years and wont let anyone else change the oil in my car. I love the free EXTRAS they perform as well! Today ELI, DANIEL, AND CYNTHIA helped me with top notch service.. thats why I keep returning and referring others to this location. My car needed a couple other services and they were able to complete those in a short period of time and elimated the necessity to schedule an appointment later, saving me valuable time....THANKS TEAM. YOURE THE BEST!!!

The service I received at this Grease Monkey recently was unsurpassed and far exceeded my expectations. From a seamless check in to quick, undoubtedly reliable service, I was impressed with every aspect of my visit here. I also appreciate the followup conference I received once my service was completed, and given my limited knowledge of car maintenance, I felt both reassured and confident that all of my needs had been met and actually exceeded, Jeff, the associate who assisted me, provided me excellent customer service, and I noticed that he did so with each customer with whom he interacted. Perhaps most important was the peace of mind that Grease Monkey afforded me, reassurance which is priceless.

The person that moved my car didnt use a plastic cover over the seat or disposable gloves, she wasnt even wearing a mask.

As soon as I pulled up I parked in the lane that had the shortest wait time, just like the sign said. I was immediately greeted by an employee. I was just in for an oil change. One of their employees named Horacio explained to me that I needed additional services on my vehicle. He walked me through everything step by step, including showing me fluid colors and all that. Most places that Ive been too usually tell me what I need, do it and charge me whitchout me being aware of what everything is. Horacio took his time to fully explain what everything was. He didnt pressure me into buying anything extra. He even said its okay if you dont do it now but know that you might want to get it checked out soon.I absolutely loved their services and will definitely be returning to this location only from now on.

I was greeted right away and the gentleman who went over my invoice with me was very straightforward and polite. I got a full synthetic oil change with a tire rotaion and when I got on my car to leave it had been vacuumed and they left a coupon for me to come back. Very professional employees and an extremely clean lobby.

This shop has quick and reliable service for oil changes. The checklist that they always use for inspection is very helpful for those that like to maintain the smaller things on thier cars, except oil.

Classic ask for oil change only, they pull all the filters and try to upsell you items not needed. $74 for an oil change, about $30 too much.

I went to have an oil change on my 2000 Audi done and they refused to do it. I usually put conventional oil in my Audi and it runs fine, but they didnt want to do that because their computer said to put synthetic oil in it. The man at the counter was extremely rude when I said it was ok to put conventional in it and told me to either put synthetic oil in it or leave. I left and will not be going back again.

Great, consistent service. They do really push the up-selling here though. Often their basis is mileage, when in fact they should actually be checking the fluids/filters/ect. Still, good reminders even if you do that stuff yourself.

I went in for an oil change and also asked to check my cars engine because it started to over heat. The guy how called my name told me after i had to ask dont worry its fine. But in the next day it over heats and locks down and know Im paying $1000 to get a new engine. Thanks Grease Monkey Im 17 and broke know.

First, I want to start with the fact that I get my oil changed at Grease Monkey quite often (almost always) and have never had any issues. I believe they are a reputable company and do a fantastic job. In this particular instance, on September 21st 2018, I went in to get an oil change and it was pretty standard. The employees did seem a little on the younger side but that is no reason to judge or assume they couldnt perform the job correctly. They were very polite, did everything in a timely manner and had me in and out in not time. I even received some coupons. That being said, I drove my car today September 22nd 2018, and my car started smoking and I smelled burning and immediately knew it was an oil issue. I immediately took it to another Grease Monkey that Ive received oil changes at before that i trusted (120th in Broomfield) and found out that my oil had been overfilled and my filter was put on incorrectly. So long story short. I am writing this review to be honest about the service received and hopefully the owners can use this as an example and a teaching moment to possibly newer employees that worked on my car. The coupons, speed and politeness are nice...but a job well done is really what you need to focus on. A car without oil is a dangerous and useless machine... maybe next time...

Cant take care of a BMW... they send you to the dealer... come on guys! Is an oil change! Jiffy lube craves the money, they get twice the people and they take ALL bmw and Mercedes. Its a competitive world! Wake up grease monkeys!

I get my oil changed here often but the last 3 times they changed my oil they mustve not tightned the oil filter right because ive had oil leaks each time after gettin my car back.

Guys where helpful and answered any questions I had. I wish they had tea but other than that my oil change was nice and speedy

Daughter took her car there a few months ago for oil change and paid 20 to have tires rotated. They never rotated tires.I called after hours left message never returned call. Not even sure if oil was reallychangedLast week son took his car in 1 day later car problems looked and oil filter not changed. Still the old and dirty one. Just dropped off his car to mechanic eager to see if oil was changed, why car is leaking oil and having issuea now. BEWARE!!!!

For the past ten years Ive brought numerous vehicles for oil changes, tire rotations, and other services to this location. The management and its employees have always been gracious with a positive attitude. Furthermore, this location at 78th/Sheridan has displayed exemplary knowledge of troubleshooting various maintenance-based vehicle issues. However, being the first customer on a Saturday morning, the attitude of the staff was not only lacking any hint of customer service professionalism, but frankly just downright rude- with a greeting from Horacio saying Read the sign, it says pull up to the shortest lane. Interestingly enough there was no basic rudimentary good morning or even Hows it going? rhetoric, just a piss-poor attitude implying the customer is at fault for pulling up to the wrong bay door. This short and cursory attitude followed its way throughout the building. Really? A truly sad and just lackluster experience that leaves a lot to be desired from a company thats usually very cordial and professional in their treatment of customers. Will not be using their services again.

Amazingly expensive, cost 1.5 times what the dealership does and provides 0.5 the services. My car that was brought in with over 37,000 miles on it is due for an oil change at 29,000 as per the sticker they put on my windshield. Not going back.

When I fully pulled up, he then asked in a rude tone milage? I said Thanks, but no thanks. He was clearly anoyed that I even pulled in. I left.
