The oil change was fine but they didnt fill the washer fluid yet the guy had time to pull out the air filter to sell me a new one however I replaced it myself for a third of the price from Walmart and the car wasnt vacuumed. If it wasnt so busy Id a gone back at that time

Just finished my oil change. Bobby and Reggie greeted me very professionally. Down hill from there. Told Reggie the tire pressure was fine as is. A few minutes later saw some fella working on my tires. I mentioned to him that I told Reggie to leave the tires alone - that I have the pressure where I wanted it. The fella said “we’ll, I’m setting them all at 35 pounds.” WRONG. I have them where I want them at 38! Why did I tell Reggie if he didn’t spread the word? And Reggie was sitting right next to the fella and reading his phone!! Reggie, what are you getting paid for doing??? SMHLOL. Then, I saw that they didn’t vacuum the inside or wash exterior windows. Whatever…. I guess I’ll return to the Jiffy Lube in Frederick next time

This specific location the men that work there were absolutely wonderful I have a special needs child that gets a little nervous and the gentleman there took their time let him stay in the vehicle let me stay in the vehicle with him and they had no issues with it at all.

From the time I pulled up, the staff at Jiffy Lube in Westminster had the utmost respect and professionalism. I went in for an oil change, for which I received a $10 coupon upon check out. I had a headlight out but was allowed to bring the bulb I had already bought for them to install, and they efficiently secured my front bumper valance that had recently pulled off. Everything I needed to have serviced was quickly done correctly. Super pleased with this location!

I was in and out in 24 minutes. They vacuumed the car and cleaned the windows. They also showed me the air and cabin filters and suggested they did not need to be replaced.I am a very satisfied customer.

I went for an oil change this past weekend. As always, everyone was super friendly, professional, and helpful!! They took my car in right away and competed the oil change efficiently. My car was left spotless, possibly even cleaner than when I brought it in. I also mentioned that I was having an issue with my windshield wiper sprayers. I’ve been trying to fix this problem for months and in a matter of minutes they fixed it for me! I cannot say enough good things about the service at the Westminster Jiffy Lube and everyone there deserves a raise. 5 stars!!

Went to Jiffy Lube for oil change twice this year. On first visit I was advised that I needed a new battery. I declined battery. That was 15,000 miles ago and just had battery checked and it is still just fine. Last visit I was told that I had copper in my brake fluid and I needed the fluid flushed. Took vehicle to dealer and all was fine. Jiffy Lube have lost my trust but they are really convenient for a busy schedule with great hours.

Feel free to decline, if you know you dont need it, or even if you arent sure. Youre an adult. You can always return once you research it, or go somewhere else for a second opinion. I go out of my way to use the Westminster location.

Every single employee was kind and accommodating. They were efficient and extremely enthusiastic. You can hear them communicating with each other and working together to make sure the cars were well taken care of and everything was done thoroughly. I drive passed 2 Jiffy Lubes and for 30 mins to go to the Westminster, MD location for all mentioned above. Every visit is the same.

They do a pretty good job if you are in a hurry. However, the temperature recently dropped to 25 degrees in Westminster and the windshield washer fluid they put in my car froze. I suspect its nothing more than water with blue food coloring added - it should not freeze at 25 degrees.

Wow, my experience at this jiffy lube was incredible. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They probably only spent about 8 minutes actually on my car. These guys were fast. The place was really well staffed. Im not that experienced with car stuff, but they didnt exploit that by aggressively pushing 10 services on me. They recommended a couple, and when I declined, they were fine with it. They just recommended that I have it done next time. Really nice guy that helped me named.. Chris? tall fella. Really did a nice job explaining stuff to me and taking time to look through the records of my car to see what had previously been done. Some guy even held the door for me on the way out! Told me I needed a brake job and I took it to another mechanic. Brakes were fine. Not even close to needing replacement.

My wife took her minivan in for a quick oil change. When she came out the passenger side sliding door was open, with a cable hanging out the rear end. Of course they denied any responsibility and tried to claim that it was like that when it was brought in. These people are in such a hurry to get the job done that they couldnt wait three seconds for the door to open/close by itself. Its apparent that they tried to make the door open or close faster by pulling on it by hand and snapped the cable.Never again Jiffy Lube.

I1/16/2020 just left jiffy lube spending $186.40 . Had A synthetic oil change tires rotated and a oil life reset however they neglected to inflate the tires to the proper air. The tire inflation is supposed to be 36 PSI in each tire I’ve got three at 31 I want at 32 not happy and they are closed now.

Sorry to say this shop has terrible service.Took my car to have oil changed 7-17-19. 1 time I didnt take to my mechanic because of time constraints. Found my glove box went through. Some things were under my seats and trash bag I keep in car was in the glovebox still full. Just wondering what else I might find! I will take back to my mechanic to have him check it over. Beware!!!

The associate I talked to was pleasent and did not push me to get other things done to my car other than the oil change. They informed me of other issues, but allowed me to make a decision on whether or not I wanted to get it done now. My car was worked on in a timely matter even when it was busy.

I never get an oil change at jiffy lube, but I was attracted to their top-off policy. First of all, it was expensive. Not worth it to have the oil topped off when you can just do that yourself. Second of all, they tried to charge me for a bunch of extra things, such as filter changes, tire rotation, and a transmission flush. When I told them I had recently had all these things done, especially the transmission replaced, they told me that my car would break down and the transmission would be shot. After I said no, they continued to pressure me into paying 150 for the fluid change. Thankfully, I figured they were trying to sell me more than I needed and gave them a hard no. I went and got the opinion of two experienced mechanics. Both said I didn’t need any of that- even down to the tire rotation. It’s weeks later and my car works fine, and I’m 250 dollars richer. I will be going anywhere but here again.

My 18 year old daughter went to this Jiffy Lube to get a top off - the vehicle was not past the mileage on the sticker from our last Jiffy Lube oil change. After waiting for 40 minutes, she discovered that they were changing the oil, not topping off. And they didnt offer her a discount beyond the coupon offered on the website. In my opinion, she should not have been charged for the oil change since she didnt ask for it. I will actively discourage anyone who asks me from going to this location. Very poor experience.

This place is what gives mechanics a bad name! Do not trust their advice, all they want is an upsell. They are pathetic and they will wrongfully tell you that you need to replace your battery, cabin air filter and much more. They broke my car. Im not happy with them praying on the ill informed and upselling services that arent needed. I will never go back!

I just go here for the car wash. Its pretty good but doesnt get all bird poop off or get my rocker panels clean.

This is one of the Best spot for a fast oil change, Also with a Customer service adviser who dose a visual check over the vehicle for the customer will note information and witch will consulted to the customer. The CSA talks with the customer for witch oil the customer wants or is recommended. The Customer service adviser will note down - Head lights, fog lights, brake lights, marker lights if are out on the vehicle the Wiper blades, Tire wear/tire rotation, Brakes & Roters, Transmission fluid, Radiator, Serpentine belt, A.C Belt, Antifreeze, Power steering fluid, Engine Air filter, Cabin Air filter, And Check Engine light. Jiffylube will have you in and out in 15 - 25 mints depending on the service you require.

Only wanted a basic oil change and they found some excuse about warranty to upcharge me, then after waiting over an hour watching people several people who showed up after I did leave long before me and then they left my glove box side pins out so my glove box just dropped out the second I opened it. It took every ounce of restraint to not rage at these clowns. Go literally anywhere else. They do not deserve your time or money.
