My Jeep Grand Cherokee started making weird clicking sounds after an alert about 4WD needing servicing. I called a few mechanics who I just got a bad vibe from - seemed uninterested in helping or said just to show up but it’s first come first served. InTechgrity was able to get me in the next day with an actual appt time so I didn’t have to miss work waiting around.They called me back right on time when they estimated when it would be diagnosed. They found a part in town that was half the cost of what the dealership charges and had it rushed over. When they installed the part there was a further issue - the entire transfer case needed to be replaced. They called and went over all this and explained they aren’t charging for the part they ordered since there was a much larger issue. We were contemplating trading the car in anyway and I mentioned this. The mechanics went the extra mile and even gave me their input and opinions on what cars they felt were reliable and what they see often within the shop - they’re knowledge was very helpful. They discounted the oil change I needed as well and fixed a few random things free of charge (replaced a cap that stops the minor oil leak we had).This place went above and beyond and they were super friendly and honest! We’ll definitely be coming back for our future auto servicing needs

I took my truck to them with possible issues with the spark plugs. They did a test and determined that I was looking at a new engine. They could have put in all 8 plugs and charged be well over $1000, and then still tell me that I needed a new engine. Instead they just charged me $120. They are very honest and haveintegrity which is hard to find now a days. I will probably use them to put in the new engine in a few months.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! I recently moved from my hometown where I have had friends and family as mechanics for all of my life. I found these guys on Groupon in early 2019 and have been using them for my maintenance since. Had all four tires replaced here and when I got home I noticed the low tire pressure light came on. When I told them about it, they asked me to bring it back in, so I drove right back. They took responsibility for TPMS sensor and told me they would replace at no charge, but they had to wait until the end of the day to get the part. That didnt work for me, but the next week when I was able, they fixed it very quickly (prioritized me even though I wasnt paying any more for the fix). Aptly named business, thank you for your care!

I spent a lot of money having my car fixed. I Also took it in because my blower wasn’t working right. My estimate was $2800 and they were very rude And lied to me about the whole thing. I took it to another place I use to go to and they said it’ll be $287 not $2800. I wonder how much I was over charged when they fixed it the first time. All the money I spent and they couldn’t even take a rag and wipe up some of the leak.

They fixed my passenger window very quick, they very next day after I contacted them for the first time ever. When I wasnt sure if I would have a ride home from dropping off the vehicle, they did offer to take me home if it was needed which is beyond what they shop is required to do. Also, when I tried to leave and had a dead battery, they immediately and without question grapped the charger to help me out (even though Im sure they should have been pretty close to being closed). Window works great, and no problem with my oil change they did while waiting for the window to get to the shop!

These people have no Integrity! I purchased a car from a friend. She had just had the car serviced at InTechgrity in Westminster. I noticed oil was leaking from the drain plug in the oil pan. When I looked closely I realized there was no washer on the drain bolt. Figured it was an easy fix to add the washer. I removed the drain bolt, added a washer, and tried to put the drain bolt back in. It wouldnt thread with the washer on. Upon closer inspection of the bolt I saw coiled strips of aluminum drain pan on the bolt. I called the manager Tim, and he asked me to bring the car in to have a look. I installed a temporary expandable rubber plug because I didnt fancy driving down the highway with my drain plug hanging on by the last thread and dripping oil because it had no washer. No leaks with the temporary plug installed. Tim looked at the stripped oil pan drain bolt, then asked his guys to install an oversized bolt with deeper threads. I left thinking the problem was fixed, only to find oil on my garage floor the next day. I returned to InTechgrity the next day and Tim inspected the vehicle again, and stated the oil pan was now cracked (due to the installation of the oversized drain plug). Now Tim is stating InTechgrity will take no responsibility for the cost of replacing the oil pan, saying that I tampered with the vehicle after they serviced it, and therefore I am responsible for the damage. Long story short if you need a mechanic you can trust to do the right thing by you when things go wrong, do not go here.

I have a company vehicle and Im down in the Springs our company which is headquartered in Westminster change the policy that so in order to have our PMs done we have to have them done up in Westminster at InTechgrity. I was a little bit nervous because I dont have much time, I do run a route.I called InTechgrity ahead of time and they had me in-and-out of there in probably less than an hour.Very courteous and professional staff.

Absolutely horrible experience and poor customer service. After trying to contact for over a week, and finally getting an appointment, they then did not confirm appointment until after a week. One of their reps then doubled book me at TWO places despite later email confirmation for the local site. Regular oil changes do not cost much. I got a groupon thinking it would be a great deal and to give someone local a chance. They wanted to charge me another $50 on top of the $50- I already paid. I was upset, but I agreed to it. I then handed my keys. After making me wait for 35 minutes in their lobby, another guy came in with an attitude and said, yea, we are not going to do this. You double booked (no, they did!) and since you are unhappy with the extra charges (I had agreed to it and wanted to give them a chance!) were not going to do it. Very rude and unprofessional experience. Absolutely horrid experience and I’m glad I dd not use them since they would have done something to my vehicle if that’s the attitude they have! Update: Wow, the owner writes about malice. Malice is when you first accept the customers keys and making them wait. All I did was initially express my upset that there were hidden charges, but then I said that I would accept since an appointment was already made. Nothing else happened after that. The initial guy even apologized, agreed that it was wrong to hide charges,and blamed groupon. They verified that I had an appointment. Your staff then took my keys and I was in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. Nothing happen to give cause for another staff member who I did not meet or was even in the room, to approach me and then in a rude tone and voice, say that you dont want my business. Nothing had happened since and this was unexpected. I did not say anything else, because I accepted the statement and went out quickly because I am not going to argue with this obviously angry and confrontational person. I was alone and there was two male staff there. I am not going to force you to accept my business. I wrote this so others may be aware of your staff and treatment. You are correct, it is a shame that there is so much malice and maltreatment out there, and this is how you go about treating people and potential customers. If you review other reviews you will see that I am NOT the only one. Please seek help and anger management. ...Wow, while writing this update someone called me and threatened me!!! What the heck is going on, you cant accept a poor review and now youre harassing local community members? Watch out or you will be reported to the police! Holy cow everyone... be careful these people have my info, address, etc......if this is how they react, be careful out there!!!

I found this shop on Groupon. I am a single mother and try to save money where i can. I noticed this place does the oil change, a tire rotation and a vehicle inspection. From the phone call to set up the appoinement to the moment i walked out of the door after my oil change, these gentlemen were very helpful, friendly, laid back, professional and honest. I was told UP FRONT that there could possibly be an extra fee due to the amount of oil my car needed and taxes. I believe the guy told me it would be a little over $4 but said I would pay after. I was told to make myself confortable and that it would be about 45 mins. My phone wasnt working very well and I asked the guy up front if there was a certain store in the area. He googled it for me. When I returned my vehicle was ready on time and I was even told that I would not need to pay the extra $4. While doing the inspection they noticed I needed my tie rods and ball joints replaced. They did not do the tire rotation because as the guy explained, why would he switch my good tires to the front making me have to replace a whole set of tires eventually because of the wear and tear. I was impressed that they were smart enough and concerned enough to hold off when they couldve easily have done it just to say the tire rotation had been done because it was advertised. So because they did not do this I was not charged they extra money. What? seriously? WOW! My favorite part of all was when he was explaining to me what I needed. He showed me a video of my front tires and I could see exactly what he was talking about. He gave me a quote, emailed the report to me and that was it. He was not pushy at all. I even mentioned that I thought the brakes might need work cause they were squeaking. It was clear that I do not know much about cars. They couldve told me I needed them when I didnt but he said they were great and the rest of my vehicle was in good condition. I was very pleased with my experience here. I encourage anyone putting stock in the one star reviews to also look at the respomse from the company. There is always 2 sides to a story. I will definitely be back to get my repairs done!!

I went here yesterday for the first time only because I got a coupon in the mail. I had an appointment at 9:30. There was only one guy at the time. While he was signing me in I heard him on the phone “this guys not here, this guys getting parts” telling that person he needed them ASAP. I understand stuff happens. There were a few cars already there and seeing this guy stressed out I offered to go run some errands and be back at a later time even though he was still planning on taking care of me. He was grateful for my offer and told me he’d get me a better price then the coupon I had. I called when I was done and I’m guessing same the guy answered he told me that they had time. I went in and talked to another guy he was saying that they were behind and the first guy jumped in saying he would do it himself. I believe this guy did everything he could with their situation to get me taken care. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but I wanted to give him some recognition for his great service/attitude. (Tall light beard late 20 early 30?)He knows who he is. It was my first time there and I will be there again. I also loved the email inspection report being a female and not knowing anything about cars helped a lot!

Lost my serpentine belt on 36 driving through Westminster, I was able to get off the highway and just made it to this shop.Staff was friendly and helpful, they identified the issue right away and had parts ordered quickly. Price was reasonable, work quality is great!

In my experience this place overcharges for their services and doesnt do the best job of taking care of their customers. Today, I needed to replace an alternator and they wanted to charge me $396 for a refurbished one, when the most they cost online for my make and model of car is $220. I decided to go with another local auto shop and they sold it to me for $279, and it comes with a 2 year warranty and will be installed professionally. Moreover, there was another issue few years back wherein this auto shop did resolve a mechanical issue for about 3 weeks and then the problem was back. They did try to reconcile the situation, but after the 3rd try it was obvious it wasnt going to be fixed at InTechgrity Auto. So I had to take it to another shop to get the issue fixed, which is the reason for this 1 star review.

Super friendly staff and quick service. They are really good at communicating whats going on and what your options are. Even when I forgot my coupon this last time they were great enough to honor it just by bringing it up. We take all of our cars here. Would definitely recommend them.

Sent here from a recommendation of a co-worker. Having a fleet vehicle I had my pick of the litter when it came to locations, & I must agree with my co-worker. They were awesome! Stopped in randomly to see if they could change the oil on my fleet van. Was responded with yea, around 35 minutes we could be done. I was extremely impressed. Because it seemed to me they had a full garage but they were flying through their work. Changed the oil and took care of my darling (van) so I could get back to making money. Only disappointment is they took around 43 minutes. But hey, gotta find SOMETHING to complain about.. right? ha. All in all. A great stop.

If Gomer Pyle was the go to guy in Mayberry, this would be the place. Well Andy, i recorded the sound i wanted the car to make and played it so the car could hear it and hoped it would mimic what i done, but the car still sounds like it did before. Apparently the check engine light means pop the hood and give it the once over. The clinical diagnosis was it should go away on its own. Rotating the tires means spinning the wheels with the car in the air. Im no car expert, but i know Baby Huey at the counter isnt either.

Edit: I am bumping these guys up to four stars. Their diagnostic process was pretty great compared to an experience I had down the road at Ricks.These guys were very nice and sent me a great report on what my actions might be if I moved forward with some repairs on my car. For this I recommend them for routine work on your car.I brought my car in because the steering started producing a ton of noise on turns. I really wanted to know what the cause of the noise was because it was attracting a lot of attention and annoying me inside the cabin. The report was thorough but listed a complete suspension replacement for the noise. My car is old and this was understandable but after a couple months I took the wheel off and immediately found the source of noise. There was no missing the broken part and it could have been identified and fixed very quickly on a rack. I was quoted a price range higher than my car is worth but was able to switch the suspension out myself for $200. The broken part was probably about $30 new for my car.

When a company desires to increase business by sending coupons and using Groupon, the business needs business. Today however, I, an African American woman, made an appointment which was confirmed by GM Tim, was denied this business. Upon entering and seeing 5 white men standing behind the counter with 3 bays open, I was immediately asked to confirm who I was, so that I could be told Intechgrity would not perform the services as requested and confirmed. The employee told me that I was told the information prior to my arrival, however if this is true, why would the employee feel the need to inform me upon my arrival that intechgrity would not be performing the services as requested and confirmed? Its not true, just another example of being treated unfairly by another white man, so I contested the poor customer service, asking for the owner, only to be told I can take it or leave it. So I left it and suggest you do the same. Intechgrity has no Integrity, use a mechanic who treats all people fair and appropriate, a mechanic who appreciates your business. Intechgrity had 3 locations, now down to 2, with this service level, they will soon be closed.

Came in for a full-synth oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. These guys had me in and out in no time! Super friendly staff as well. Their office is very clean and comfortable - no smells - which is always nice to find at a mechanics. Tim was super helpful and was upfront and honest with me about some potential issues with my car. Me and my husband took our 2003 Ford F150 here to replace what we thought was the manifold. These guys couldve easily just charged us the $1500 and sent us on our way but instead ran their own diagnostic and found it was actually a different part that was messing it up and saved us $1100 just right there! They definitely went above and beyond for us. Its hard to find honest mechanics nowadays but this is definently now my go to place. Thanks so much and keep up the great work! I love this place! Brian and Logan were so informative when I brought my husbands truck in. Im not a car person (at all) and they brought me back in the bay to show me exactly what was wrong and what I should get fixed. They were very honest and told me what could wait/what couldnt wait. I bought a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change that included tire rotation. That evening I noticed on my receipt they charged me $10 for the tire rotation. They said the back brakes were down to 4mm. I just had my mechanic do all brakes and rotors a little over a year ago. He said they were fine. Lastly, they said I needed a new engine filter and it was in an awkward place that would take 1/2 hour to install costing $80 total. I YouTubed the engine filter for my car and it takes maybe 10 minutes by a professional to install. They did a great oil change and I felt the difference. As all shops are, they find reasons to get more money out of you so get another opinion by your trusted mechanic.

Picked these guys for an oil change, and they were able to fit me in right before the holiday. In and out in an hour, and didn’t feel pressured for add ons like you usually do at some other shops. I mentioned I was planning on getting tires soon, and Anthony was kind enough to send me some estimates, pricing is similar to Tire Rack but mounting/balancing is cheaper, so I’ll definitely be using them for tires too. Definitely recommend!

When I moved back to Colorado just over 2 years ago, I was nervous about finding a new mechanic for my wifes car and my truck. We were extremely fortunate to find this company, and have used them for everything from oil changes and ball-joint replacement to an emergency window regulator. No matter the reason for the visit, they take the time to explain how and why something has happened, and even more comforting they will tell us what can wait and what needs immediate attention.

This Place is Awesome, Very Customer oriented, Honest and Spot on with their work. Anthony and the Gang are Great. Most the time can get me in right away or next day.

I went to the location in Westminster to get my oil changed, tires rotated and routine maintenance. Anthony greeted me at the front desk. Anthony was very kind and helpful. After indicating that I know very little about cars, Anthony offered to take pictures of everything so I could send them to a friend or family member who is more knowledgeable about cars, services and parts to ensure that their establishment does not take advantage of those of us that have trouble popping the hood by ourselves. Service went smoothly and the entire process was completed in under 45 minutes. Upon my review of the video, the manager acknowledged when I found and specified the wear on the tire. It was missed. My sons car was misdiagnosed. My brakes have a lifetime warranty. What would you do?The reason I went to this shop was because of the name. I have had terrible experiences prior to taking my car to them. The first time I took it in for my brakes I was so pleased with how I was treated. The cost was lower than I’d been quoted by two other mechanics so I was relieved. The brakes did squeak but I figured they would stop after driving them for a bit.Because I was so appreciative of having found a shop that I believed I could trust, I had my son take his car in to assess a noise it was making. My brother was with me unexpectedly so when we received an estimate I was shocked, as it was a couple hundred more than what it had been to do all 4 brake pads and rotors on a Volvo. When I told my brother what they told me, he immediately said that it did not sound right. What we went in for and what they said needed to be done wasn’t lining up. I asked around and had several people say that it wasn’t making sense. Mind you, it was someone different managing the store when I went. He was impatient and condescending, which had been confirmed when the original manager listened to the calls. Needless to say we did not have my sons car worked on. A few months later I was told Buy another shop that my car was way out of alignment and it was unsafe to drive because the tires were threadbare. I had used Snap Finance to have my brakes done and they do not allow you to have loans out with different shops. He sent me the video to which I replied with the specific time in the video where you could see the wear on the inside of my tire. He got defensive. I appreciate when people accept responsibility for their company’s mistakes rather than taking it personally. I asked him if they would do the work since I couldn’t take it anywhere else. To which he replied and said no. The OWNER had then been notified and he said that they would guarantee the brakes that they had done but they were no longer willing to work on my vehicle. It was right before Christmas. I am a single mom working two jobs just to get by. The second job requires my vehicle to be running and safe and the owner himself said no. I forgot to mention I was preparing this vehicle for my daughter for when she got her license and they knew how important it was to me that it be safe for her to practice in and to drive when it went to her. Now here I am... it’s been since August. I have my windows down today doing deliveries because it is BEAUTIFUL outside and what do I hear? Squeaking. Of my brakes. Do I feel safe to take it back there or even welcome? Nope. Not even a little bit.This is so disheartening. I have since prayed that God would just bring me a mechanic for a husband as the people (men and women alike) are unscrupulous in this trade. I paid almost $900 with taxes and fees less than a year ago and now if I want my car to not squeak... I have to take it somewhere else.I am sad and a bit jealous that all these ladies had such great experiences. I am also glad that they don’t have to feel like this.

Anthony and the team at InTechgrity are prompt, honest, and reliable. I have brought two of our vehicles to them and both times they have taken great care of us. I am glad to have found this shop in the neighborhood!

On Friday morning my wife and I left for work early and were in a turn lane on 104th and Federal when our car broke down. I panicked and tried to turn the car around and pull into the parking lot, but before I could get the car out of the turn lane the Jeep completely died, leaving us stranded diagonally across two lanes of traffic. I frantically called AAA and fought with the automated system for a few minutes before I see a huge red truck come up beside us to help out. Brandon (also my name) jumped out of his truck and hooked us up with a chain and in a matter of minutes we were in the parking lot and in a much safer location to wait for AAA. It turns out Brandon was a master mechanic who also helped fix the Jeep when we had it towed to his shop. I will continue to bring my Jeep to this shop because of Brandon. He turned a very scary and frustrating situation into a lesson in the kindness of strangers. Thank you Brandon for being there for us in our time of need and for making us smile. He was able to have our car up and running before the shop closed on Friday and he went above and beyond to help make our Jeep a safe vehicle. I really can’t say enough nice things about Brandon and the rest of the staff at Intechgrity Westminster. Thanks for coming to our rescue! ❤️❤️❤️

I had a great experance getting my oil changed by these guys. They are usually pretty booked out, so Id suggest calling ahead to schedule an appointment. I felt like they did a thorough job looking over my car and I feel more confident driving it now. They gave me a lot of valuable information. I would highly recomend them to anyone wanting long term car survicing.

It is all in their name! Integrity and Excellence is their game and they win with me every time. Their mechanic really knows his stuff and never try to up sell unnecessary repairs.

The repairs were promptly done and the cost was very fair. I make it my regular service center!

Called this place for a diagnostic they told me a flat rate of 110.00 no matter how long it takes, they call me an hour later saying its gonna be another 200.00 so they can keep lookin for the issue,in the end I got charged 110.00 so they can tell me they need to charge me more money.....DONT COME HERE!!!
