Windshield chipped couldnβt be repaired. Insurance recommended here. two trips there have still failed in getting my car back successfully. This last attempt had to drop it off a day early and was told to pick up next day when ready. When we drove home there was wind blowing through the top perimeter of the glass and it started shaking anytime we went over 30mph.Store manager said soonest appointment was in 9 days. Asked why was it allowed to be completed like this? Just said it happens sometimes. Car sensors required calibration before completing, so they even ignored the flaws during the calibration process. Terrible service response and level of craftsmanship from their technician. Avoid! Instructed insurance we would not use them again. Scheduling nightmare and lack of empathy all around. Sure they said theyβll fix, but how many trips does it take?

This location is terrible. Hold times will be north of 30 minutes guaranteed. Ive had 2 insurance claims go through them. The first, for a windshield, took over an hour to get the appointment scheduled, and the rep on the phone was rude. The actual job was all right, but it looked like they left some of the glass under the new sealant, and it certainly wasnt level, but I unfortunately missed it until a week or two later. Second job, they didnt do the whole thing and said it wasnt approved. Called the insurance company and it was. They wanted to scam me out of a second deductible because they dont know what one earth they are doing. Avoid avoid avoid. I had great luck with the Minneapolis location years ago, and the fact that both locations share the same name is a pathetic and disgusting joke.
EXCELLENT AND HONEST SERVICEStopped by to repair a small internal crack on my windshield. The staff was very professional and walked me through risks and the repair process. The repair was quick and almost unidentifiable. They even warranty their repair! I highly recommend.

Set an appointment to get my back window replaced. Come appointment time, they guaranteed my window would be fixed that day. Come to find out, they forgot about the molding. Which is an extra charge(that Ive never been charged for, mind you. Now Im charged an ADDITIONAL $90 cause someone dropped the ball), and has to be ordered from the dealer, which is set to arrive about a week later. Now I have to drive around with a missing back window, with plastic wrap on it. Everything should have been ordered PRIOR to my appointment date. The ball was definitely dropped. Headed to Yelp now to leave another bad review.Buyer beware! If youre stuck with these guys, make sure theyre up front about all costs and that they have ALL parts needed BEFORE your appointment date.Picture below is of the new molding I was charged for. Great experience from start to finish. I booked my appointment on the phone with Donna. Then when I got to the shop they were ready for me and did my service right away. Very easy and efficient.
Very happy with the service from Kendrick. He called and notified me he was 15 minutes away. He arrived on time and prepared with the right window glass for my BMW. He was very careful and took his time. Very respectful of my car and meticulous. He spent a lot of time vacuuming all my glass from inside my door. He kept double and triple checking to make sure he got all the broken glass out and that everything was done right. He was very pleasant and explained everything very well. Safelite does cost more than other places but for top notch white glove service its worth the extra cost. Kendrick was awesome. Thanks.

My wife and I just recently had our windshield repaired. Zayed (technician) and Diana were accomodating, pleasant to work with and very professional. Zayed is your go to guy if you have any windshield issue. Highly recommended and for sure you will have no regrets.

Lack of communication internally. They scheduled appointment without adding glass to service on windshield replacement. This dis nor have glass in shop on my second visit ro shop. On the first visit, glass went to the wrong location for wrong type of car.Installer didnt realize he was I stalling wrong glass. (Pointed blame elsewhere)
I would of given them 5 stars if it wasnβt for a stolen fast track sticker by their employees and their customer service putting in a cheap windshield in their work order which βI didnβt emphasize I wanted a Toyota windshield enough times.βBetter off taking it somewhere else.
Extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. They made me waste my time! I took my car in for a windshield replacement, they said a part had to be ordered and they would call me to schedule an appt. 2 weeks went by and no phone call. I gave them a call & was given an appointment. I asked if the part arrived, the girl on the phone said no but Im positive it will arrive by your appointment date. I called the day before my appt. to make sure the part was there. They confirmed the part was there. When I arrived to my appt I was told the part wasnt there and they couldnt work on my car. Ridiculous!
They can fix a tiny problem but that line that pops up in your windshield 500$ to replace!
The service was great. I took my wifes Cadillac in for a chipped windshield and they fixed it quick. Unfortunately the chip has gotten a little bigger after about 5 months or so. My wife just hasnt had the time to go back. Still I would strongly recommend this place.

They called an hour and fifty minutes after we dropped off our Toyota car to tell us they THOUGHT they had the windshield that we needed, but discovered that they couldnt find it. I mean really? Almost two hours before you discovered your mistake? When I asked them WHEN they could complete the job, they simply said they had no idea. I wish I was kidding, but that was their response. Does that sound normal to you?

Quick and easy! I walked in, showed them the chip in my windshield, and they had it completely fixed in 45 minutes. You can tell there was a chip.Im completely satisfied.
Scheduled a mobile appointment. Despite knowing the make and model of the vehicle, that was rescheduled when the technician showed up so that calibration of electronic systems could be done in shop. The shop estimated 2 hours of work, and took 5 and a half. Electronic systems were not only not working but completely disabled in the system. Called the shop and was not offered an appointment to look at the issues, and was only told it was working before I picked it up. I will never recommend Safelite to anyone.
So ...just so your aware. Safelite buys there glass from China and there is a 25% tariff on safety glass. Unfortunately Safelite thinks its ok to charge their customers 50% more than the tariffs they are paying. So look for your bill to be double what you would have paid last year for the same windshield. Really Sad that they do that to loyal customers.
Extremely courteous and fast service. I brought my 2010 BMW 3 Series in because a truck kicked up a large rock and smashed my windshield. Safelite was able to replace it with Factory glass that they had in stock. The price was a fraction of what the dealership wanted and my insurance company, State Farm, picked up the tab minus my deductible. At the end of the service they even vacuumed my car and clean my windows. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
My drivers side window had been smashed during the Memorial day weekend. I was able to make an appointment for 11 a.m. the next day. Everyone at the place was very courteous and patient. I had to order a motor unit for my window at Pep Boys. The unit did not arrive until about 4 p.m. The crew stayed until about 6 p.m. and finished the installation, so I did not have to come back the next day.
I had to replace a shattered window on my 05 Honda, called dealer and was given an answer of who knows when it will be in stock. Decided to try Safelite, was thrilled they had my window In stock. Fast forward to appointment day, service tech (Marvin) comes (very professional) and immediately says he has an order to replace the drivers side window, when my order clearly stated passenger side. On top of that, he had the wrong part. Tech calls the manager (Chris) and is told he would have to check to see if the window is in stock (keep in mind Safelite already took my money). I call to speak to Chris and he says he will have to order the part and he should have it by 1pm the same day and would call me back, 3 hours go by and i still received no call. I call back, ask to speak to Chris and as soon as he get on the phone, he has an unprofessional, non customer friendly tone. Chris proceeds to tell me, he has the window in and has a tech available now, however I would need to drive my car to his shop if I wanted my window replaced. Whats the purpose of having a mobile service if your going to make your customer come to you? When I get to the shop, Chris does not take the time to apologize for the inconvenience and for his shop messing up my order. Granted he discounted my bill by removing the mobile service fee, tax, etc but when you make me drive to you, you should not be charging me a mobile service fee. Chris attempted to make is sound like he was refunding my money due to his screw up but he in reality didnt. For my first time using Safelite, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

I needed to replace my windshield and Safelite was super easy, convenient, and fast. I received a fix it ticket at 8am on Monday, found Safelite online by 2pm on Monday, had my windshield replaced by 4pm on Tuesday while I was at work. No hassles, and the tech was really nice. I would use Safelite again without even thinking twice.
This safelight location gave me a great experience and definitely earned these 5 stars. My 4Runners windshield was in terrible shape and they completely replaced it within a reasonable time while simultaneously dealing with any issue that arisen during the process. I recommend this place to anyone that likes dealing with respectable, responsible, and hard working people that will get the job done no matter how big or small the job is.
I used them last week and my technician was awesome! He made me feel like I was his only customer that day, he worked with my schedule and was quick with the repair. Highly recommend.
They did the job. Cabin noise is better than OEM. They didnt wash my windows, left big smears and handprints that werent easy to get off. Overall though Id recommend them for replacement.
Ill leave a review after they come fix my molding this Friday.

Second visit: Ive amended my earlier four star review to five stars, because once again got very satisfactory service. I took my father in law here to get a quarter-panel window replaced. This wasnt covered by his insurance, so he looked around a bit for other quotes. I checked online and was able to get a quote on Safelites website which was *way* lower than what others were telling him. The service was very quick, very friendly, and they didnt try to charge a single penny more than what was quoted online. I strongly recommend this place.First visit: so far so good. Had to get my windshield replaced, and Geico recommended this place and arranged an appointment for me. I didnt want them to come to me because the quoted time window was too large, but going there could be scheduled more specifically. They told me it would take about 90 minutes, so I stepped out with a friend for lunch and when I came back just about 90 minutes later, they were just finishing up. The windshield is like new now, and they billed my insurance directly so I was responsible only for the deductible. It is probably a bit early to say if everything went perfectly, but so far so good. Nice guys working here too, clean shop, generally very professional atmosphere.
On November 30 2016 a Safelite installer arrived to replace the windshield in my 2015 Cadillac Escalade. The rep was courteous and conscientious. He finished the car and we discussed a list of precautions prior to his departure. I would rate his performance high. Unfortunately a couple of hours after he left I climbed into my car and noticed that the leather steering wheel had a tear in in. I called the Safelite installer the next day to discuss my options. I would have called the shop manager but I thought I would give the installer a chance to work it out. He suggested two things. He was working on another vehicle and asked if he could call me later or, I could call his manager. I opted for him to call me back but the phone call never came. On December 3 2016 I called the shop and asked for the manager. When I was transferred I repeated the scenario to the person that answered. He responded by saying that he wasnβt the manager but by looking at the pictures the installer took, he thought that it was probably βnormal wear and tear.β He said that by looking at the make and model of the car and the pictures that the rep took, that the condition of my car wasnβt that great and he suspected normal wear and tear. Frankly, I wasnβt sure what to say at that point; I thought he was joking. This guy was obviously not used to dealing with customers or he wouldnβt slam the door without even looking at the damage first. He then suggested that I drive to their shop and show the manager, but if it were up to him, it would be normal wear and tear. I was astounded. I hadnβt even told this dude what I wanted and he was ready to hang up. I was furious. I paid $600 for a windshield and they messed up my $500 steering wheel. I get the feeling this is the norm. I politely asked him to have the manager call me on Monday and itβs almost a week later and no one from Safelite has called. I also posted a request on the contact me section, but again, nothing.
I was driving on the freeway and my windshield was hit by a large rock that cracked my windshield. I called Safelite made an appointment, they had me ready to drive in less than 45 minutes. I had to wait for such a short time, everyone working their were very professional. Thanks guys!

Now I get these endless emails requesting a review etc.How about this, the next email I get from Safelite I will log into yelp and express my opinion there, where you cannot control it. As an out of town visitor I got lost on my way to the safelight location. Staff members remained on the phone providing turn by turn directions to insure my safe arrival. Despite the fact that I arrived 20 minutes late for my appointment, the staff was courteous respectful and efficient. In addition to beautifully repairing my windshield, all my vehicle`s windows were cleaned on the inside and outside, They also thoroughly vacumned the carpets. Outstanding level of customer service with a staff who appears to genuinely enjoy their job.

I HATED the fact that I had to buy a windshield after a rock was kicked up and cracked my own, but this company made the experience as hassle free as it could possibly be. They ordered the correct (sensored) windshield, came to my home and installed it in less than 90 minutes. Customer service was excellent too-which is why I took the time to write this. I was hoping whomever worked with me will be rewarded.
I did not know so many things could go wrong when trying to get my windshield fixed. Back in November my car got vandalized, and my front windshield and drivers window were completely smashed. I read good reviews about safelite and decided to go with them. I had a guy named Brian come out, and unfortunately he BROKE THE NEW WINDOW as soon as he put it in my drivers side and called me saying βit was a bustβ and that he would have to come back in a couple days. A couple days later a different guy (Also named Brian) came to fix it. He had me sign some stuff before he even started, which I realized the first guy did not even do. He then proceeded to HIT ON ME by asking if I broke up with my boyfriend and thatβs why my windows were smashed. I felt very uncomfortable and stayed on the phone with somebody the entire time I was around him since I am a young driver. He took forever to do the repair, and then BROKE THE NEW WINDSHIELD as soon as it was on. He said I would have to bring it to the place to have his manager do it, after already placing 2 appointments with them with no compensation. He then LOST MY CAR KEY for about an hour, trying to convince me I had it. There was also still so much glass in my car and in the drivers door after they βvacuumedβ it all out, and it makes the worst rattling noise. My drivers window is also VISIBLY WARPED but it is not even worth taking it back to them to fix. I will NEVER reccomend or have these people do a repair for me again, and I had to demand compensation in the end for all my wasted time.
Horrible serviceCame here almost two years ago . After two days of my vehicle being there I finally took it home and water was leaking in due to a small rain. Thank goodness it wasnβt a thunder storm.

Came on the wrong day but they fit me in, told me that the chip might not go away and it still shows some but sealed. Paid out of pocket cheaper than copay if I would have used insurance.

Made an appointment online with online confirmation implying they had the windshield I need. I come into the shop to find out they still need to determine if they have the part and I have to leave my car the whole day. If they didnβt know they had my windshield why confirm my appointment and make me take off work. Plus they werenβt friendly at all even knowing I would bring dropping 600 dollars or seem to concerned if I stayed or go. So I left.
Do not use this company even if your insurance company recommends them. I scheduled for sat appointment from 1 to 5 pm via a link from the Allstate app. They called at 3:47 and said now would be there between 4:45 and 6. I specifically asked if that would leave him enough time to replace windshield and he said yes. He showed up at 5:30 and said he could not replace the windshield because some other guy didnβt show up. And to top it off he wanted me to wait another 4 days to get it replaced. Do not allow them to send out Alexandr as he will just delay your appointment and the day he canβt do the work and reschedule you four or five days later after you waited all day for them. Big waste of time. Poor customer service.

Was shocked by the fact that not only is their customer service line out of my area, but after reading a few of the google reviews thought I would share some of my own for those people who dont listen to the details of a phone call. 1st, WHO asks for your license plate number for the purpose of Cross Referencing Part Numbers? That by itself is insane! A license plate number may tell you the year, make, model but it does NOT list part numbers for your vehicle! Maybe someone at Satellite has contacts at the DMV? 2nd, was quoted ...at first, $289 + Tax + Disposal Fee...then five minutes later was told there is an additional $34.99 mobile fee! Umm...what happened to $289.00? Now were over $300+. BUT...they do have a Promo Code if you pay online. Someone else already addressed this issue so I wont. Bottom line...I dont need anyone else invading my privacy or taking my license plate number for God only knows what purpose! They have my zip code, my phone number & now my public IP address. They wanted my License plate number along with my email address...how much more info do you guys need or want? All were doing is a window replacement! Ill stick with another company from here out. Thanks! OH..and you get an immediate text right after your phone call. Text and Data charges apply!

These guys pissed me off, do NOT prepay on their website. They dont pay attention to who they charge and if your transaction gets cancelled they keep your money and say they didnt charge you. I have to go through the headache of bugging them about my refund for a whole month, and send a transaction paper from the bank to them so they can see they charged me for a service that couldnt be performed. Also, the people who schedule appointments make promises they cant keep about how long it will take. So make sure if you bother with them to do things on your day off, and dont give them a cent till the job is done. Dont go through their website that they dont know how to run. And based on other reviews Ive seen about them today, it seems they may even mess up your car a little so maybe take before and after pics as proof because they take 0 responsibility for the mistakes they make.

I had a terrible situation with a safelite tech. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone . The tech went to the wrong address and decided to wait there to see if I would come out after a while he called and I told him I would be out in 5 minutes and I went outside the guy left . I called the tech and he tried to blame it on me that he was waiting for too long and he had to move on to his next job. I asked him which suite was he knocking on and he gave me a different suite than correct one that what was on the email from safelite.
Made me leave work early twice wait in lobby for 1/2hr to find out they didnt have my glass promised me rides gift cards new wipers and didnt deliver anything horrible experience!
This company seems to be a joke, I have had over five techs come out to my work place, very nice service of theres, but my window still does not work properly. They not only have wasted alot of my time and effort but it seems that they are paying alot of people for not the best craftsmanship.

It took 5 appointments to get my window replaced, and it still isnt done right. They brought the wrong piece three times. They didnt even show up one day when they were scheduled to. They damaged the paint on my vehicle, by scraping all the way through it and exposing bare metal in multiple places, and peeled away clear coat in another area near the window. After leaving me with a piece of plastic taped over the window for nearly a week (And expecting me to drive my family around in it like that), they finally got a window in. The window fits very poorly, and the curvature of the glass is different from the other windows, so the windows no longer line up like theyre supposed to. Also, the installer either got black glue or primer smeared all around one corner of the window, and now my fairly new van looks like hell where they worked on it.Ive used Safelite in the past and was happy with their work at the time. After this though, I wont be using them again.

What a rip-off, quoted me $500 an hour to do an easy job...are they trying to compete with lawyers hourly rates!
It took them over 4 hours when they said it would be about an hour and a half I was waiting down there the whole time then when I finally did get the car back there was still glass in the carpet and smudge marks all over the body that werent easy to get off it was a shity cleanup job.
