My son walked in trying to take a car tonight and he had the cash on hand but was mistreated since he walked in, the sales man didn’t even go on a test drive! Where have you seen this? I sold cars for years and never was allowed to do that. He had to fill out his own paperwork like the guy didn’t even put the effort to do his work I was on the phone with my kids when I heard his salesman language, idk if it was discrimination or why they wouldn’t even try to help him he’s a highly responsible son that could of bought the car cash if he really wanted to but sadly he loves the car but not he service

Wait time for an oil change was 2 hours on Wednesday at 12:30PM. Competitive prices but slow service. There was a lack of communication on the completion of the service for my vehicle. I waited in shop but ended up having to walk up to the register again to ask where my vehicle was

We took our Honda Pilot in for service yesterday and was helped by Tom Lu the service writer. He was great. Very professional and very helpful with all our questions and concerns. His knowledge and great attitude made me feel at ease and comfortable. He made a very stressful situation for me un-stressful.. Will highly recommend all our friends and family and customers. In 2021 I purchased two cars from Honda World, a 2020 Civic Sport and a 2021 Civic Hatchback Sport. For both purchases, Roger Sobti, Sales Mgr., made my experience hassle free and provided excellent customer service. I normally dont post reviews but felt that Roger and Honda World deserved praise. This dealership treated me with respect and provided a fair transparent price. I highly recommend using Roger and Honda World for your next car purchase.

🔴 ATTENTION 🔴Left my vehicle for “inspection” they returned it HORRIBLE.*Body Shop & Auto Shop*1. They opened my hood, closed it which then snapped a hose line for my windshield wipers.2. Battery cable (negative) was very loose which caused my vehicle to feel sluggish (weak)3.They went into my door panel (driver side) for whatever reason and left a door tab laying around leaving their evidence. Had no idea that tab can be removed. No accident either it takes someone with intention to remove that piece. ( 🔴 NOTE: This issue has caused my door to bring air from the outside inside so I’ll hear/feel the freeway breeze4. i also agreement papers regarding my gas tank. I signed that I was at 1/4 a tank which it was but I had it returned with half that quarter of a tank.Big waste of time honestly.Calvin was who handled my claim and for people who price themselves at 🔴$44.00 an hour for labor is a joke for what I’ve listed🔴

Dishonest Service advisor..I went in because I ran something over on the freeway and it ripped my splash shield underneath my engine / near my right fender. Service advisor Brandon Nguyen stated I needed to get the engine splash shield along with the right side fender replaced total parts $300 plus $500 in labor. Insane for something so small. I ordered the parts he advised me to get since that is what the technician told him. I then went to my local body shop to get the parts installed for $45 versus $500 from what this place was going to charge me. I ended up not needing the fender tire splash shield but ordered it because the service advisor said it was destroyed.. but in fact it was in prefect condition, but seems like he was just trying to sell me on more parts which were not necessary. Very annoying, then the parts department then told me it was a 20% restocking fee for the fender being returned when it was the service advisor who suggested getting those parts when I never needed it in the first place. A lot of going back and forth from picking up the parts, then returning them. So inconvenient. Lol annoying service advisor.

This review is for Tom Lu, the rude service advisor. Ive been dropping my car for service here for 8 years without any problem until I met this guy Tom Lu today. When I didnt want to do any of the service he recommended, his attitude seemed to change immediately. He was so rude and aggressive. Not even a thank you word to his customer. Before I left I kindly asked him to call me once the service is done. He did call me twice but I was driving so I didnt pick up the phone the first time. Once I stopped my car and picked up his call the second time he yelled at me saying Hey if you want me to call you you need to pick up the phone ok? Your car is done come to pick it up then he hung up. How hard is that to leave a voicemail? My last visit there an other advisor left me a nice voicemail but not this guy. Ive been a loyal customer to Honda World but not any more. I will go to the one in Huntington Beach next time. Avoid the guy Tom Lu at all cost if you dont want him to ruin your day. Why treat a customer badly while they are the one bring money to you and help pay your salary?

Went for minor repair, they were more interested in selling me an overpriced new car than with fixing mine. Labor cost would have been almost as much as the car is worth, not even including overpriced parts, meaning theyd have basically stolen my car for pennies, then sold me a marked up new car. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there.

Came here because I responded to a letter I got from them and thought I would give it a shot to see what they had. I called and setup an appointment at 4pm with someone named Oscar, when I got there I was greeted by someone who had no Idea I was coming when I told him I had an appointment with Oscar he told me oh thats our sales manager but I can help you. He definitely did not help, he showed me a used Corolla which had the front front fender coming off and it looked like it had been repainted by someone who didnt color match very well. also the gaps in the hood were off. (I work in collision repair and could tell that something was off about this car). When I asked why it had 3 previous owners he told me he didnt know why and all he could show me was the Carfax. When I asked about the inventory they had all he told me was well we can walk around and if you see something just point it out after I had already told him what kind of car I was looking for. Then before we went inside I told him if he wanted me to buy that Corolla they would have to come down a little. It was advertised for 11k online but with the problems I saw it needed to come down more. While I was sitting there they kept calling me asking where I was for my appointment I told the lady I was already here and had been for about an 1hr. Oscar didnt once come out to say anything, they are all kinds of messed up there and obviously dont know how to train their employees. I would go somewhere else unless you want a shady and bad experience like I had.

My visit here is so uncomfortable and feels like Im being held hostage.All the cars in this dealer has a mark up from the price they listed on the website. Which is fine. But when I called I asked about test drive and the price, the price they gave me is the MSRP and didnt mention any mark ups. Else I wouldnt have to take time to make this trip. I made an appointment with Richard at 4:30.When Im there I told them about my appointment but a different person greated me. The car is in the hall so they had no interest to let me test drive in the first place. They wont gave me the price and wont let me go either. I dont want to be rude and walk out. But they changed 3 people to talk to me and non of them have said anything different. If thats the case, why do I have to stay and talk to three different people? Just let me leave, my time is valuable too

Waste of my time + untrustworthy sales team.Montserrat pressured me to get on the phone despite my numerous polite requests to provide guidance on pricing via email. I continued to ask for pricing before providing my phone number and was told E-PRICE is MSRP and also mentioned accessories package that was negotiable. NO MENTION OF MARK-UP. So I provided my number and was told Sonny, a floor manager would be in touch.Sonny got me to commit to an appointment time that same day, also did NOT MENTION MARK-UP. My partner and I drove 1.5 hours, had to wait 15 minutes, only be then told there was a $6,000 mark up and that no one was selling this vehicle or any Honda without mark-up. We immediately left and drove back home for a total waste of 3+ hours and a shady bait-and-switch. NO ONE APOLOGIZED at any point for the miscommunication while we were still at the dealership nor any follow up after. They didnt try to work with us to bring the mark up down, nothing. They just expected us to fork over an extra $6k because we were already there.By the way, SEVERAL Honda dealerships offered me fair and reasonable deals AT MSRP with NO MARK-UP. We were going back and forth with 2 dealerships at the end, both working with us and giving us price markdowns to win our business. Ultimately we went with the most trustworthy dealership and salesperson that was 100% upfront, honest, and transparent with us throughout the entire process. So when Westminster said no one is doing deals like that, it was a straight up lie. I knew it was a lie then and definitely know it now.I dont do business with people I dont trust. I will never do business with Westminster Honda and will actively not recommend them to others because of this experience. Going for short-term wins like a $6k mark-up gets you long-term loss for customer loyalty and reputation.

There is no integrity in their finance department...I drove to this dealership for 2 hours. I went to look, and maybe purchase a certified pre-own truck. During the entire time I was there, I will say, they were very polite and professional, until I got to the finance department... After hours of working out a deal with their finance department. As always, them trying to get as much money from you as they can. Put down a decent down payment. They found the best deal a bank could finance me for (or so They say) came to an agreement and signed the finance contract agreement. I asked if this deal has been confirmed and set in stone, their finance department told me yes, everything is good to go, truck is yours. They call me the following day telling me that the bank had changed their mind, (really? Never head that before) the reason why, was because the bank said this truck had to many miles already, that in order to make it work, need to do 36 months instead of 60 and that in order for this deal to work, they (the dealership finance department) wanted me to give them more down payment money. Correct me if I’m wrong, but why would a dealership have a car on their lot for sale with such high mileage that a bank won’t approve for 60 months in the first place?.. Skeem.. and if they already knew that, those terms and conditions should been discussed before the purchase.. I have purchased plenty of vehicles over my Years from different dealerships. I never had such a negative experience in financing as I did with Honda World. I know dealerships try their best to get as much money from you in down payments as they can, is part of their business.. The fact that they do this, and don’t honor their initial agreement is outrageous. So, they can come and get their truck. I HIGHLY SUGGEST that YOU DONT get ANYTHING finance through them or much less, buy a vehicle from this dealership.. and for the ones that do, best of luck.

I went to HondaWorld September 2021 to purchase my leased vehicle. Essentially, they were trying to charge me double what I owed. I asked them to break it down for me and they told me they couldnt finance my car without gap insurance and warranty. I was using my credit union so they did not need to finance my car anyway. When I asked if they could give me a printed sheet of what they were charging me they said no that they could not disclose that information. They also ran my credit and said it was necessary. It was not because schoolsfirst was financing my car not them and had already done the necessary credit approval. Apparently, it is illegal for them to tell you you need gap and warranty because legally you dont have to say yes. I am glad that something felt wrong about the whole interaction. You can just ask your bank to help you with the paperwork and deal directly with American Honda Corp. Or visit BuenaPark Honda who didnt try to scam me and were the people I initially had gone to to get my lease.

Why isnt when you go to a dealership they find a lot of things to fix which has nothing to do with your immediate problem and all caused 300 to $600 each item. They dont do anything to try to save the customer money money nothing just the opposite the opposite Very disappointed I felt like I needed to take a shower after I left the dealership I will not be going to this dealership ever again in my life. Bartley Conroy was very helpful in not only helping me get my car fixed, but went out of his way to get me back as I had to leave due to time constraints the day before. He helped me navigate some extended warranty issues and even helped me recover a lost check I actually accidentally dropped by his desk. The manner of professionalism was outstanding and it made me not only give my business to Honda World Westminster, but also want to return instead of going to the Honda Dealership closer to me, Long Beach. Being unable to get an appointment soon enough at a center closer to me, Bartley Conroy facilitated my request to resolve my car issue, and for that I am thankful for the superb customer service experience I have not had the pleasure to receive in as long as I can remember. A man that works at the Piercey Automotive office in Irvine heckled my wife and I because we were wearing masks while finishing up our walk with our dog. He was leaving the premises in his grey Tundra, which we can see on google street view so were confident he does indeed work there.These sorts of instances gives my wife second thoughts before going out for a walk or a run without me, and I cant say I blame her.It is easy for me to say that despite owning a Toyota, previously owning a Honda, and being a big fan of both brands, my wife and I wouldnt want to give our business to a company that hires men like this. You shouldnt either.

A neighbors elderly Father, who suffers from dementia, was solicited by Honda World, Westminster and conned into buying a car. Honda World picked the elderly man up from his home, brought him to the dealership and had him sign documents that financed the car at 18% 😱 and tacked the ‘down payment’ on the end of the loan. They should be ashamed and in the least be prosecuted for fraud, and elder abuse. When the daughter, who has Power of Attorney, tried to rectify the situation, Honda World said Sorry, you should take better care of him! BAN THIS DEALERSHIP!

Horrible customer service. I am so upset right now. I do not recommend you taking your car to be serviced here. This is the third time we have taken our car to be serviced here and ran into the same problem each time. They will no longer have us as a returning customer. There is no point in making an appointment when they aren’t going to service your car for three more hours. So not only did we sit here for 3 hours we have to wait for it to be done 2 more additional hours. We made an appointment early so we can have a productive day. This has ruined my day with my daughter. Very poor service .

I have been purchasing and leasing cars from Honda World Westminster for more than 25 years with every experience as the years have gone by the service has gone from A++ to F. The previous owner and general manager of this dealership knew how to treat customers, customers were the priority, now it’s just a huge cattle-call of people. I couldn’t get the same service advisor if I tried. The only reason they received one star, is for the fact that Ray Egans is the one consistent super star with above excellence attitude when it comes to taking care of people. Example made a call for an appointment on a Saturday morning, specifically asked how long. It would take, I was told 45min. I get to the service department try double that. 1 1/2 hours, because it’s so busy. I was “lucky” because I had an appointment. Why make them at all if you are unable to keep your word. Service person was nice but that doesn’t address the bigger issue. Honda Wold has lost a long time customer. I never thought I would drive another car, looks like I need to adjust that mind set and move on.For now Norm Reeves and Weir Honda will have my business.Absolutely shameful, not to mention Unprofessional

Only 5 stars possible on this survey, but in all honesty, if I could give more, I would! By far this was the easiest and most stress-less car buying experience Ive ever had. I chose Honda World because I could find the car I wanted on their website, have them text me the e-price, and know what to expect at the lot once I got there. I bought the car I wanted at a very favorable price and cant think of a single negative thing to say about my experience. I want to thank Pablo for being so personable, friendly and supportive...and Khalid, the finance guy, who made that loan process so easy. Ive bought a lot of cars in my life so far, and this is the first time ever that Ive left a dealership without a headache! Thank you for that!

Horrible customer service...Having good customer service is essential to retaining return customers. Especially the customers inquiring about getting service done at your dealership because a certain level of trust had already been established. This experience have misplaced the trust we had in your dealership.- Went to their site and used the Contact page and requested CORRESPONDENCE VIA EMAIL (option selected via drop-down on the page), and I wrote to ask whether or not our car that we purchased from them last year came with any service plans.- I received a call a few minutes later from the receptionist asking me where she should forward my inquiry to (isnt that her job?). I asked her to forward it to the department she thinks would answer my question, Finance, and asked her to tell them to email me, as I requested on their site.- A few minutes later, I received a second call. This time it was Vin from Finance that the receptionist asked to call me without first filling him in about the message I sent from their site (per Vins words).- When I advised both persons separately about my request for email correspondence, they became confrontational and very dismissive of my concerns.Your work flow is broken, starting with the receptionist. She did not follow directions from the online inquiry I sent. She called me instead of email, she was argumentative when I tried to speak, and after our call she asked Finance to contact me without forwarding them my online inquiry (per Vins words). Why have the drop-down option your contacting a customer when you will not respect that request and call anyway?When Vin called, I let him know that I requested to be reached via email. I was told that the receptionist didnt forward him any info, any just asked him to contact me. Instead of being understanding about the situation, Vin proceeded to push and have a conversion anyway. Vin started talking over me to the point that I had to interrupt him. That was very rude. I let him know that I didnt appreciate having my request to be contacted via email ignored, and that Im in the middle of work. Still, he was persistent. When told that I would share this experience online, it was met with a very dismissive tone.Please have your GM contact me. Its really disappointing to see such a low level of care for your customers.

Only 1 designated person can tell whether a vehicle has been completed for repair or not.My mom bought her Honda here that’s why she wanted to come here for repair after her accident. I have reason to believe I did not get my car properly serviced by Honda World Westminster so that I would have to return and spend more money. My car turned off as I was driving back in January of 2020. The dash went dark and the car stopped running completely as I turned off of a major street with my children present. I had the alternator and battery replaced among other things I was told I needed serviced. Now a year later the same thing happens where as I am driving and my car turns off on the road with my children and I in the car now on a Sunday in Palm Springs in 100 degree weather and the dealership is closed. I have to wait 2 hours for a tow. I was told and shown that my battery is still good, but again my alternator is not functioning properly because my spool valve leaked onto it. Now Im being told because my spool valve leaked onto my alternator it is not covered under the 3 year Honda warranty by Honda World? Why wasnt my spool valve replaced the first time this happened in January 2020? Obviously this is something they know is common with this vehicle make and model which causes the alternators malfunction. I question whether or not my battery really needed to be replaced in January of 2020? Did Honda World Westminster want me to have to come back and spend more money on services for the same items? Over $2,000, and now I was quoted $2,400 today by Uni Honda which is in the desert since I am out of town? I was told the spool valve leaking in the Odyssey was a common problem by the Honda dealership. I was told by the triple AAA tow truck company that Honda World should have fixed this properly the first time. I purchased 2 vehicles from Honda World Westminster, servicing them exclusively through Honda World and have been loyal to Honda World for many years, but the lack of regard for myself and my childrens safety is alarming. I hope this was not overlooked intentionally to make more money off of me. That would be a gross negligent act on Honda Worlds part. I am deeply concerned about Honda Worlds conduct and am doubtful of their integrity regarding services needed and rendered.

They are only interested in selling. they lie to sell. a year ago I bought a car with them. With high interest, they told me that I qualified for a program that was about making my payments well in a year. I had the option of refinancing or grabbing a new car without a down payment or deposit. Yesterday I went to see to get a new car and they asked me for 5000 and payments of 745. So I asked them to refinance it and they didnt do it either. Why are they deceiving people like this?

Went in for a accord sport 2.0T. Their website said they have 9 in stock, I even called to confirm and the lady said theyre at their corporate lot. Come to find out, they dont even have the cars. Then after continuesly being interuppted and talked over during the negotiations, the sales manager came out to tell me that no one else had the car in the color we wanted. And told us to our faces we wouldnt get the car we wanted. Drove 20 min away to Norm Reeves Irvine, they had the exact color we wanted and gave us the price we asked for while treating us with respect. If you want to enjoy buying a car and not be lied to, avoid this dealer.

I hate to say that I had a bad experience in this store since they have so many great reviews but I feel the need to share it and also as a constructive feedback for the company.I was looking for a used car they had in stock, so I called the dealership beforehand and spoke to a salesperson. I told him about the car, my conditions for financing, etc. I wanted to make sure I wasnt going to waste my time and energy as we know buying a car might take 5 hours of your day. He promptly assured that everything was fine and I was going to get that car. So I drove 40min with high expectations. When I get there and parked on used cars site, I was told the salesperson I was looking for was located in the NEW cars building (red flag).As I met with him he quickly started sketching a bunch of numbers down and ended with: OK, lets chose your new car today! I was a bit confused and explained I wanted the used car we spoke on the phone. He finally said they DIDNT have the car I wanted. And spent the next 45 minutes forcing me to choose to buy a new car I didnt want. Almost saying that I was dumb by choosing a used car vs new and that I had to compromise into buying the car he wanted me to buy because of my financing conditions. I felt he was rude, I politely told him that wasnt what I was looking for and I was frustrated because I called earlier to make sure this situation didnt happen. He simply turned his back on me and walk away.At the end of the day I closed a deal with a great dealership with great customer service and got the car I wanted.

Oh man, where to start. From the beginning when I purchased my first car they got me on a lease to own and not a buy to own contract. I had made it clear I wanted to buy the car and gave a $5,000 deposit down. They screwed me over bad and when it came to buying off my car they said it cost as much as just getting a new car. AND to top it off their shop takes so long for something so simple. Even with an appointment you are looking from 2 to 4 hour wait. I had came in at 8:30am to get a sensor turned off, an oil change and to check on the computer system in the car and by 11:30 when I asked to see about how much longer, by then they had only turned off the sensor. I thought that at least they had done the oil change since it was 3 hours later but NOPE!

A neighbor’s father who suffers from dementia was sold a car at 18% interest rate, with no down payment, and he has no insurance because he has no driver’s license.the sales manager refused to take the car back when the daughter found out what happened.shame on them for elder abuse like this.

Terrible dealership. Incompetent at best. Dishonest at worst. Followed a used car online for a couple weeks. Price was reduced on Autotrader and their website so I filled out the online purchase information. Was called next day by sales representative leaving message saying vehicle was there and available. I Called back and left message as well as emailed. No response. Later in the day called and spoke to another sales person who told me vehicle just came in and was being reconditioned...new tires and other services. I could come in and see if we could work out a price. My suggestion is stay away and find a better dealer.

This is a complaint on behalf of my GF. She went to get her car checked because there was a sound coming from the engine. The rep John told her that it was another issue and assured her that it was that. 4 hours later she went to pick up her car and the sound was still loud. It feels like she was manipulated into making that transaction. She couldn’t even receive a phone call from the rep after trying out her car to see if the sound was still on. I hope a regional manager sees this because we are stopping by on Friday to get a refund or at least they can actually try to figure out what’s wrong. She didn’t want to do the transaction but the rep John assured her that was the issue.#helpfulhonda # yearight

I know it’s been a long time when I bought my car. I traded my lease Honda. For a new 2016 Honda Civic. The one who helped me was Joseph in financing. he told me I was going to get a free month with out paying. I did. But he said to I was going to get a low interest rate. after the month was over I checked my contract I signed. He gave me a 14% interest rate that’s really high. and i couldn’t return the car either cuz it was a month I already had. so don’t trust them look at the contract before signing they will take avenge of you over in Honda world Westminster.

My sales person JD was very helpful and understanding in what vehicle I was looking for, and he really works with me to get a car that I wanted. And he allow us to do the test drive on our own. Honda world willing to help you even do you have an issue with your credit and no other dealership willing to do that. Lorenzo in finance did an awesome job to get us out of the dealer quick without missing any details concerning our contact. He was very nice and answered all of our questions with ease. Worst.experience.with a deaslership.ever.The fact that they took time to respond to this review but still have NOT returned any of my calls (left messages daily) shows a lot. I was lied to about what my Honda care included and now they won’t take it off my bill or return my calls to do so. Really regret buying my car from this dealership.

I brought my car in to Honda World (HW) following my catalytic converter being stolen. Other than the converter, the car was in perfect working order. The parts were replaced and my car was fixed. Immediately after driving off the lot, my TPMS light came on. When I immediately brought it back to HW, I was told they suddenly realized all of my tire pressure sensors needed to be replaced. I took my car to another shop and was told my sensors were totally fine and they reset the light.My catalytic converter was stolen again last month and it was taken to Honda World again. Again, it was in perfect condition other than the converter. After they completed the work, I drove off the lot and the engine lights came on and the whole cars computer was malfunctioning and the car was breaking itself in the middle of Beach Blvd. I brought it back immediately and I was told I needed to replace a valve now that would cost hundreds of dollars.In neither of these instances were the extra issues present beforehand, identified during their initial inspection, nor reported to me before driving off the lot. In both instances, I was allowed to drive off the lot in an unsafe car and put my life in danger. I believe HW is both fraudulent and negligent in their actions. I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau.

I walked out with a good deal, There was one salesmen arguing to a manager which was super ghetto. He was cursing and yelling. If I had my little ones I wouldve left and went to another Honda World. I dont think ill return when its time to refinance. Ill go to another location. The selection is small and the car I wanted it seemed as if they didnt want to go get it, I was pushy so I did get what I wanted.

Took my car in for an oil change. The car has less than 30k miles. Every time, they want to charge over $400 worth of service. When confronted they say, we only recommend. This place gonna try to hustle you for all your money. They been doing to everyone. Stay away, or have someone that knows about cars going with you.

I make an appointment and I asked how long will it take and I get told less than an hour. I’m in a rush so I guess that’s okay I got an hour so I get there and sit and watch my car just get driven and park there. And I’m only going because when they did an oil change something wasn’t tied well and I hit the bottom of my car... well that being said I rescheduled and ask for my car back.. now I call to verify my appointment and I’m told I have no appointment for today...

Bought a BRAND NEW 2018 Honda Civic with 2 miles on it, currently has less than 15k miles and has been in the shop 5 times!!! I should not be taking a new car into the mechanic for; battery failure, screen goes black and shuts off while on long drives, car door unlocks with water pressure on window and the AC has gone out twice. Good job I bought this lemon in cash right?! Absolutely ridiculous, also *fun fact, Honda got rid of curtesy rides- there goes a $25 Uber to get home then another $25 to go pick up the shiny lemon of mine. Can’t wait to see what will break next
