I went home and check consumer reports and multiple reviews sites and they all agreed with him 100%. UPDATE: They have now no-showed for THREE deliveries... with no explanation whatsoever.Not recommended at all.We ordered a fridge with haul away. After waiting weeks for it; the day finally comes and they completely missed the delivery with no explanation until we had to follow up. We were just left there waiting well after their supposed delivery window, wondering what was going on.It was rescheduled for a few days later and they again no showed and didnt call before or after to explain why. I have to talk to a new person every time I call and it seems as though no one knows whats going on. Sales doesnt know whats going on at the warehouse, and then they dont know whats going on with the drivers. Its ridiculous and a huge waste of time. Every call ends with let me talk to someone and then they never call back. Its always me trying to figure things out.Meanwhile, we have no functioning fridge and no ETA of when we will get what we paid for. Customer service and actually delivering a product we paid for doesnt seem to be something they care much about.

Our sales person Madison was great. She listened to our needs and meet them. We bought a new fridge and a mini fridge (so that we could have something immediately since delivery was 10 days out). The mini fridge broke 10 days in. Also we had an issue with the big fridge delivery. However the store manager was willing and eager to help make the situation right once the problems were escalated to him. We are getting a replacement on the mini fridge and the manager fixed the delivery problem. Overall it worked out. I will say that if there is a problem (because life happens) call the manager directly, don’t just call the store.

This place is a huge joke. Do not buy from them. They sold us used pedestals that was supposed to be out of box/new A rating but was used and scratched up. The first time delivering washer/dryer they didnt have the dryer vent or steam hook up kit plus no hardware to mount pedestals. I had to go supply what I already paid for. Took 4 phone calls and 3 trips to the store to get them to come back to install pedestals after 2.5 months. Now my washer sits un-leveled and dryer sits low. Paid for top of the line and got totally railroaded. This place sucks badly.

They have speed queen washers in stock and Graham was great and helpful!

Joel Muñoz was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive! Made out with 3 appliances and a Tempur Pedic bed. Quick delivery. Great bundled prices. 5 star recommendation! Update: we agreed to a 2 week delivery date for the dishwasher we purchased so that it could be installed by a tech. Day before delivery was told that installation was not on the sales ticket. And the soonest a tech could come out is another 2 weeks. I get that mistakes happen but this one set us back scrambling to find help getting it connected. This update to the review was posted before spouse went into the store. “Making it right” consisted of offering a free water kit to us, which we weren’t asking for or provided help in the fact that we had no help or immediate options for installing a dishwasher we were told would be installed. We’re reasonable people and ensured the delivery guys were taken care of. Especially after having them having to make a last minute change to haul old appliances after realizing that too was left out of the original sales order. The store did make good on this being corrected after having called.

We worked with Ben on multiple days to find the best dishwasher for our needs and budget. He was patient and found a perfect one for us with a great price. Thanks Ben for all of your help.

As a Real Estate Agent, I sometimes recommend my Clients consider updates and renovations to their homes, in the interest obtaining the highest possible value when we take it to market. In this case, I was listing 2 properties for an out of state Client. My Client agreed to update kitchen appliances for both properties, I agreed to order and project manage deliveries and installations. Despite extensive preparatory measures (I even paid extra for the install team to inspect the site with me prior to delivery and installation to avoid last minute complications), there were several issues, ranging from cosmetic damage incurred during the delivery process, to scheduling errors on behalf of an inexperienced Sales Associate (who was truly very nice and really did try), to missing or incorrect parts and accesories for the new appliances. Delivery and install had to be scheduled for the same week Open Houses and showings started so there was little time to correct errors and oversights! I was getting no where fast with my Sales Associate and finally asked to speak with a Manager. Josh Scott stepped up and immediately took responsibility, assessed the situation, and went to work on a plan to correct all of the issues. He incorporated the Sales Associate in the solutions, improving the Sales Associates skillset, and kept in consistent touch with me throughout the process. He got in his car and drove to different store locations to visually verify the things we needed, he made the phone calls, he kept his eye on the goal and he kept his promises. In the end, Appliance Factory Warehouse delivered. Joshs efforts kept my projects on time and under budget. My Client was happy, and that means the world to me and my business. I work very hard to provide fabled service to my Clients, which can be difficult when I have to rely on outside entitites to get the job done. Josh Scott provided me with the level of service I strive to provide my Clients, and I am genuinely grateful to have had him and the Appliance Factory Warehouse Westminster Store on my team.
