Domini and Carol were great! Ive used another storage place, so I was hesitant to try again. However, Domini put me at ease, went over all costs up front and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to go with them. Facility is clean and well maintained. Pricing could not be topped by the 3-4 other places I called.

Fast and freindly service, I was able to rent a new storage unit in under 10 minutes, compared to the other storage place on michigan Ave I spent 2hrs there and was not able to get a storage unit because there system was down. I highly recommend using this National storage place on Newburgh.

Not only is the center very clean and well maintained the staff is excellent. I spoke with Kevin on the phone was great and very helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting with Domini for my intake . I have received exceptional service from the girls in the office. They have advised me on the discounts available to me if I pre-pay my rent 6 to 12 months in advance. They have been helpful with any questions I have. I love that I can access my things at any time (24Hr access). I give them 5 stars.

I operate a landscaping business in Michigan and have storage units at several properties in this area of the state. I used to store with a company Called Storage Pros which was then taken over by a company called Cubesmart. The staff at location was amazingly professional and always a pleasure to do business with until a change in upper management turned everything sour. I ended up closing my account at that property and coming here. I was delighted when I came in to update some information the other day and found that Domini who was the manager I enjoyed dealing with at CubeSmart had made her way to this company.
