I got the Phonak P70-RT Hearing Aid for both Ears on 2/18/21 From Personalized Hearing care Westland Location.. I gave back both Hearing Aid on 9/7/21 to Personalizes Hearing Care Westland Location to rectify the defect. When I call the location always go to answering machine only. On 10/28/21 fortunately some one took the phone and told me, that they sent to Phonak repair center so they are not sure when it will be back and if you wants the detail contact Phonak customer service. I never get the very bad experience like this. I dont know weather I will get back my Hearing Aid.

The staff is fantastic! Always so helpful with my mother and patient when doing her tests for new hearing aids. They understand her needs and make the best suggestions for what is truly the best options for her! I trust their advice and suggestions for what is the best choice for my mom. Not just trying to sell the most expensive hearings Aids to us.

Both audiologists here go above and beyond to help you get the most out of your hearing aids, even if you didnt originally purchase them from them. They are very reasonably priced and dont ever push you into anything you dont want or are not sure of. Karissa also gives generously back to the community in services others would charge for. I highly recommend them.

Had a very good experience at Personalized Hearing Care in their Westland location. Went in to get my ear impressions for In-Ear monitors as they were one of the recommended audiologists for JH Audio. Staff was very friendly. Kim Carnicom took the prefect Ear Impressions and my In Ear monitors based on the impressions turned out to be a perfect fit.

Wonderful audiologist and staff! They were voted Best Audiologist four years in a row for a reason! I wouldnt trust anyone else!
