Miracle-Ear is a wonderful store theyre very nice very friendly Ive been going there for almost 4 years now and never had a problem with none of them its a wonderful store and the people I wonderful theyre very helpful they explain everything to in a way that you understand what theyre telling you.

I highly recommend the Westland location Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and the offices are clean and welcoming. My 92 year old mother has been using them for years and Ive been impressed by the time they take with her. If she has any questions or needs her hearing aids clean, she can usually get in within 24 hours! On her recent visit, it was time for a stronger hearing aid and the audiologist actually had one on hand for her to experience. I could tell that once she went back to her weaker aid, she knew it was time for a change. They also worked with me on my payment plan and went above and beyond to make it work. Kudos to this location!

I highly recommend Miracle Ear in Westland.I visited there for a free second opinion on hearing testing.Nate Beauch took his time explaining my test results and wasn’t just worried about selling me hearing aids.It was fine that I decided not to purchase aids at this time and was told Miracle Ear would notify me in a year for another yearly test, but if any changes in my hearing feel free to contact them. I can’t say enough positive feedback on the entire visit 👍🏼👍🏼

I took my grandma there this week and was very surprised at how delightful the staff were and how clean the office was. Tiffany answered all of our questions and was super helpful throughout the whole visit.

My 91 yr old mother was so pleased by the service here. Linda opened the door for us, offered coffee while we waited, and was extremely pleasant. The technician Paul was the most professional person I have ever dealt with. He not only helped my mother with her new hearing aid, but answered all her questions, and was patient and courteous as well. I will recommend this office to anyone who wants quality professional service, great prices, and a dedicated caring staff.

I have been coming to Miracle Ear for years and am always pleased with the service provided . I have never had a bad encounter, even today my hearing aid was not working and the sweet young lady had it loud in clear in no time.

Kevin and Annie are so helpful. They are knowledgeable of their product and the hearing aids they provide have opened up things I forgot I could hear when I was younger. Their service is fantastic, their location is easy to get to and their hours are flexible. If you need help hearing, this is the place to go.

We been trying to make an appointment for awhile now. We finally were able to get in today and the receptionist and technician couldnt have been more accommodating. It was a blessing and we had a wonderful experience.

My Mother In Law needed new hearing aids. I didnt really know anything about miracle-Ear and was just going to shop around. Getting an appointment was very easy. Pat was great, took her time with my Mother In Law. Well we didnt even shop around We were so impress with Pat and the products we purchase her hearing aids that day.

They have always worked with me so I could get the very best results from my hearing aids. I would recommend at least a five star in every way. After purchasing my hearing aids and being helped by Pat Woods to get the paper work for insurance all cleared my real experience started. I wasnt completely comfortable with my new hearing aids. I called and the staff made an appointment immediatly. Every time I had the slightest problem it was always the same way. If it was and adjustment or a cleaning I always got the same professional treatment from a friendly and helpful staff. When Pat was not in the office Paul Beauch would take over with out missing a beat. Paul would make adjustments and make sure I was completely happy with them before I left.
