I placed an order before Thanksgiving, and have not received ONE email with any status updates to my order. I am sitting at almost 3 months later and no idea if theyve even began to make my holster. They do not answer their phones, they do not answer their emails, and they dont answer any of their DMs across their social media platforms. They are so quick to get you to order, but then you never actually get that order.

They had a holster for my 2.0 M&P 9mm 5” barrel. Had a small issue but they resolved it quickly without hassle. The holster is very comfortable and looks great in the FDE carbon fiber texture.

I checked everywhere and no one had a holster option for olights. They had plenty on their wall. If you want it they have it, if they dont have theyll make it.Solid experience everytime Ive been to their shop. Definitely check them out

I had walked into the store they were more concerned about talking in their little circle that they had going on and when they finally did ask me all theyre concerned about is if I had a mask. Being a gun store you would think thats the last thing you would be concerned about. Thats only gun store iv gone into so far and been asked for a mask as if thats the importance here. Would not recommend

Edit;Finally got my holster all figured out. Its definitely a quality built holster. The owner seems like a great guy and he did everything in his power to make it right. Will definitely consider using them in the future.I was really excited to order from a Michigancompany, but that was short lived. I understand theyre busy and short staffed, but they dont respond to emails until you talk about canceling your order. After a few emails they responded saying they would refund my money, but then they all but guaranteed my order would ship the following week. So I kept my order with them instead of ordering from another company that always ships within 2 weeks. Well the promised ship date came and went. I emailed to check my status and received no response after about 5 or so emails. The last email wasnt as friendly as the others, but they actually responded and said they didnt even have the mold for my gun yet. So in other words they promised me a ship date before they even had the mold to make my holster. They just promised me a ship date so I wouldnt cancel my order. Now Im gonna have to spend another $150 at my usual company just so I know Ill actually receive a holster.

My friend was denied a legal sale of a firearm (long gun) based on store policy that says you have to be 21 to purchase any firearms at this location. This is an attack on the second amendment and I will no longer shop at this store!

SCAM ALERT! Do not waste your hard earned money here! I ordered my holster back in September and still have not gotten a shipment notification and it’s almost Christmas. Emailed and called them millions of times without any response. It’s sad to think that there are such low levels of humans like this that can just take peoples money and not give them what they paid for in return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Keep in mind no one in the firearm industry is having much fun this year due to horrible supply issues and a lot of companies are just not accepting ANY orders for product. That said, Ive had both faster than expected and slower service from them on different orders and Im not upset because theyve A L W A Y S had a statement on the front page of their website stating what leads times are. See the attached screenshot I just took. They do some nice custom work and Im placing another order this weekend.

Customized holster for woman’s Carry is important to me, I want to have accessibility, comfort and concealment and this holster is a great fit for me and my Glock 43. Update: Went into the store to check on my order. Spoke with the owner. Great guy, actually made the holster while I waited. If you are local, I highly recommend placing your orders in store for the best experience.Holsters are good, but not at the expense of the terrible customer service. Emails, calls, Facebook messenger, Instagram messenger. At 7 weeks of waiting they said it would ship out week 8. End of week 9 and still no response or shipment notification. Save yourself the hassle. Tried to buy local, won’t do it again.

Freedom Holsters proved that they can customize any holster when I requested Bubbles, the well known Powerpuff girl, to be printed onto mine. They have excellent customer service, as they were very quick to reply back to me and answered any questions I had about my order. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good sturdy holster. It’s obviously well made and they take pride in their craftsmanship. I will be making more purchases in the future!

I ordered my holster for my glock 43 on October 2nd of 2020. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account. On October 27th I emailed them to inquire about my order since I had heard nothing. They responded within a couple days stating it will ship next week. On November 26th I sent them another email saying to just cancel my order, and refund my money. I heard nothing. I went on their Facebook page on November 30th to try and get ahold of someone, don’t bother posting to their wall, it doesn’t show up. So I sent a message through messanger, as of December 10th, still nothing. I have called as well. You get a voicemail that says to send them an email. I will be sending another one out today. This holster came highly recommended by a family member of mine. After sharing my experience with them, nobody in my family will do business with them again. I have already gone out and purchased a different holster. If the owner of this company is reading this, please respond, and refund my money!!!! If I could’ve given 0 stars, I would have without hesitation!

Paid $150 for a drop leg on 07/25/20, here on 10/8/20 no response to my emails, not answering phone calls. From the other reviews, I guess I wasn’t alone. If they are a legit company the have the worst customer service ever. 1 star because I can’t rate 0 stars.

Ordered an Advanced IWB for my Glock 43X it took a little longer then I thought to get it here but after wearing it for a month it’s the most comfortable holster I have bought.

I ordered holsters for a CZ Rami with the ulticlip and mod wing. This thing is great!! The turn around time was amazing and the customer service is outstanding! I order a mod wing for a holster I have had for a couple years because I wanted the mod wing. He put the mod wing on for me! In my opinion for a manufacturer to assist you with a different brand is top notch. I know manufacturers that would say sorry can’t sell just the wing or try to just sell their products. Never going anywhere else for a holster. Place is the best! Would give it 10 stars if I could.

My go to brand for holsters. I own two of them, one for my Glock 48 and the second for my Sig. Both are fantastic and after a month of use neither pistol shows any wear marks like Ive seen with other kydex holsters. This really pleased me because I didnt want the expensive of refinishing down the road. The company has great fast customer service and I have my holsters in only 8 days from ordering.

I absolutely love my gorgeous custom printed freedom holster in a Louis Vuitton print! Finding a holster that fits you perfectly is difficult but freedom holster is exceeded my expectations. Now I have a beautiful holster that is comfortable, fashionable and functional. From a safety aspect I feel confident caring with this holster and keeping my firearm discreet.

I wouldnt reccomended ordering from @freedom holsters llc unless you like being left on read or having your comments deleted of ig after paying $150 for custom equipment. Poor customer service. Also its been the 8weeks they requested to produce. Which was fine by me if they would just respond. Lost my future business as I needed several other holsters. Will update if necessary.Edit: recieved product after approximately 11 weeks. Product is great ! We would like more but hesitant to do so with said statement above. I was very excited to order a holster from this company after hearing great reviews about their products and especially since they are a Michigan based company. At the time of purchase the expected wait time was 7-8 weeks. After the 8th week I emailed to see what the status was on my order. I received a response the next business day saying they just cut my holster and it would be shipped out the next week - meaning my order was lost/forgotten about and they happened to just get to it. The next week came and gone and I still did not receive an email stating my order was shipped. I contacted them again with no response and tried again a few days later with no response still. Im going on 11 weeks with no holster that I paid for....Update: Finally received my holster after 11 weeks. Still never heard from the company from my last two attempts to contacting them. Love the holster but the fact that I had to wait 11 weeks to receive it, was not ideal. Raised my review to two stars.

Took about 2 weeks to get the holster but it was worth it! I purchased the Advanced IWB for my Glock 43 and it fits like a glove.

I am very very disappointed in the service. They literally NEVER answer the phone when you call. I ordered a IWB holster for my G30. I ordered it inside the store on a Thursday. I was told that someone would contact me Friday to confirm the ordered. I didn’t hear from anyone until the following Friday AFTER CALLING THEM 4x THAT WEEK. They answer the phone and say hey i was “just about to call you because we don’t have the mold of the tlr light you need” smh ok so i can’t bring the light until Tuesday. Ok Tuesday i take the light in and was told i would have it by weeks end. It’s the NEXT Wednesday and i still can’t get them to answer the phone and i DO NOT have my light or my holster. 🤔🤔🤔
