Got there about 8:30 on my daughters birthday, yes it was late… was a crazy day! Two younger girls where there and they had many lights off, to where I was bummed and thought they were closed at first but figured I’d try the door anyway. And it was open, go in, there is not one donut or muffin behind the counter and all the lights in that area were off. Seems they are trying to make it look closed and empty stuff before closing so they couldn’t LEAVe at closing, instead of then “closing” (doing all that kind of stuff)The cakes are so tiny for the price and they didn’t have one I loved so I just picked one that would do… then I asked her to write happy birthday and the one girl took it like ok and the girl from the side tells her no, so then she turns to me and tells me they don’t have the icing to write. So I left and got cake and ice cream across the street. Getting a small cake and an ice cream cake (all ice cream, frosted like a cake)… buying both do those were cheaper than the little one I was about to pay for here.I don’t blame people for starting to clean stuff they can to get out as fast as they can, afterrrrr they close, but not when you toss everything people want and I am side deny stuff if things are already washed.

Friendliest bunch of people. I love going here these girls are lots of fun and always friendly. Im glad they are so close to my home.

The place has been going down Hill lately. Ive went in there multiple times and they had no cappuccino blasts. And they were out of vanilla and chocolate ice cream.

Ice cream is good..and the young lady working there was very nice🎉

This location has some questionable procedures! I came here, After calling to confirm first, if they were able to make an ice cream sponge Bob cake. I was told on the phone yes. When I get there Im instructed to talk to thecake decorator who couldnt show me ANY work she/ theyve done in store instead shes showing me pinterest cakes off her phone! When I asked if the cake will look identical to the pictures (because these are public photos, not Baskin Robin/ her work) she explained these are just photos so she will TRY... She showed me about 4 pictures but explained she could only produce 1 because they only had the decisions for one cake, which was a clunky sponge Bob toy. After she insisted I get the one cake I DID NOT WANT I ended the conversion and kindly left with no cake. Went right down the road to Walmart and got the cake I wanted at half the price and hassle. The store was clean, easy to see from the road. There was a caucasian woman and black Male very helpful and polite, the other two employees not so much... Although I stay close to this location I will not be back.

Walked in at 8:45 & they shut the outside lights off and told me they were closed. I asked what time do they close and they said 9, I then said it was only 8:45. They then informed me that they needed to close to clean the ice cream machines. Seriously? I thought they did that stuff after they closed. I only rated 1 star because I had to. Wouldnt give them any if I could have.

Paid for my ice cream and when I asked for a bag she walked away !!

There ice cream is really good, but today I got a cookie Sunday. On the sign it says warm cookies so you would expect a soft warm cookie. When I got my sundae they were so hard it was like eating chips. So I asked if I could get new soft cookies and the guy gave a lame excuse. So after wards I just asked if I could just get 2 soft cookies since I didn’t eat mine. And he gave them to me and said “these are hard too”. But it was his fault. If you heat them up right they are soft. Which is was I did when I got home so he could’ve gave me soft cookies in the first place for my sundae.

SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY SAW ME STANDING THERE AND SAID NOTHING FOR 8mins THEN DIDNT EVEN HAVE WHAT I WANTED. VERY RUDE AND SLOW

The place was clean, but staff seem bored, and bothered. Got my order all wrong, then forgot my pumpkin spice drink. When the other girl ask why she did not make it..she just oh well. Then I ordered a mint chocolate chip shake get just a chocolate. Chip shake.

Go to another one up the street! They are nasty abc ghetto in here. The Indian girl had an attitude problem!

Asked for a med. mint milkshake, told me they didn’t have enough for the rest of the night so i jus get some other ice cream. i’m eating in my car and 10 minutes later this kid walks out w a large mint milkshake. sad, ice cream i got taste freezer burn, feelings hurt 💔

Had a mothers day cake and a birthday cake frim there recently. Delicious for sure.

Last week we purchased a few donuts in the afternoon....not fresh at all & very little filling! This is the second time this has happened....guess we wont be back.

Man serving ice cream got upset because he picked up a bowl to serve my granddaughter ice cream and she said I would like a waffle cone. So I thought, No reason to get upset he just a little crabby. I ask for a turtle sundae but the didnt have pecans. So I said just the vanilla wiyh lots of carmel and just a little hot fudge. Eh no reason to flip. So Im cool. Then 2nd granddaughter, she is seven says, papa I need to go to the restroom she come out of the restroom and tells me there is diarrhea all over the toilet and looked for myself and she was right. Fun a Baskin Robins!

I am 68 years old and I wanted to order a ice cream cake for my grandaughter birthday party but when I called they said I had to order online but I dont know how

My wife and I stopped in for ice cream at 9:45pm. At precisely 10pm the owner turned off every light in the place and sent one of his young workers to stand by the door telling us to leave. We needed about 2 minutes to finish our purchase. To say this owner is rude would an understatement. We wont be back.

If I could put less than 1 star, I would. The staff that is working here is so bland. I called up and asked to have a cake set aside and they did that but you could tell they didnt like working there. And when I got there, I asked for them to write on the cake and they straight up said no. This place needs nicer staff cause I sure dont wanna go back because of it.

Extremely poor customer service, my friend had to repeat his order 4 times and when it was my turn to order both girls proceeded to help the woman behind me even rang her up and did not even acknowledge my existence though i was standing right in front of them. I also woul like to know why the girls behind the counter couldnt help both the woman and I, 2 customers 2 employees only makes sense.... Both of them literally stood behind the register and rang the woman up while ignoring me.... I dont care if someones per chance training this is a prime example of training poor customer service. Baskin robbins will be receiving a complaint as well
