I’ll try my luck at the Starbucks located in Target next time. Smh. My impossible breakfast sandwich is so hard! And over toasted. There’s no way I can eat the top and bottom half because the top half is as hard as brick! I know you’re all busy, but please… $5 for a brick sandwich, highly disappointed.
Terrible service. 6 people standing at the counter. My son and I were the only patrons inside. Stood waiting to order while two employees worked on paperwork and said someone “would be with right with me.” A trainee came to the register and clearly needed assistance ringing the order up. This was not her fault, she was new and there were several employees that chose not to assist her. After cashing out, we waited and waited for our two drinks. Finally, we could not wait any longer because I had to pick my daughter up. Left without my drinks and will not be back to this location. This was not an issue of having too few staff. The issue here was too many people standing around.
Excellent service! I came today on a Saturday afternoon, so understandably they were a little busy but I got my drink quickly. The wait is never too long at this location.What was unacceptable was how another customer was berating the staff when I walked in. The woman behind the register remained professional while a large family shouted and screamed cuss words at her and causing a scene. Your employee remained professional through it all which is so hard to do. I have worked in customer service and I applaud her. No employee should have to be treated that way

Such a waste of my time. Waited in the drive thru line well before 6. When we got to the intercom, we got no response so we proceeded to the pick up window. The persons inside just looked at us so we gestured to them, to come to the window. They refused to even acknowledge us. They said something to each other then turned away. A person with wild colored hair and a female kept coming to the area of the window, but again, refused to even acknowledge us. We were just trying to ask why we couldnt receive service even though it was still before 6. How rude. This was so disrespectful and totally unacceptable. We definitely will not return to this location.
They consistently DONT have the nitro brew. And then they throw the regular cold brew at you with a cup filled with mostly ice. On top of that the baristas are rude and unskilled.Choose differently!
Theyll usually VERY slow, of your in a rush I wouldnt recommend this location ( Off Warren ), but everyone is nice and their very willing to make adjustments to drinks
We always order ahead of time, so our order is ready to go, and the staff is always fast and awesome!

Drive thru is almost always super busy. Line moves VERY slow. However the staff is very friendly and the quality of drinks are good!

First time at this location and I more than likely will never be back. Came on a Saturday and when I got to the speaker to order, the system said that they were closed however they were supposed to close at 6pm per the sign they had outside, but it wasnt 6pm. When I got to the window I waited for someone to come to the window so I could find out why I wasnt able to order/why they closed earlier than they were suppose to. There was a lady at the window but she wouldnt open the window to talk or even acknowledge that I was there. I waited and another person finally came to the window (either a him or her who had pink hair in a ponytail) who was very rude as well. He also wouldnt open the window but was trying to talk through his mask and a window and numerous times I kept saying I cant hear you. I asked why they closed before 6 and co tinuoualy said I cant hear you but he wouldnt acknowledge me, open the window and say whatever it was he was saying, and was very rude as well. He eventually walked away from the window still without communicating with me. I sat there longer to see if anyone else would come to the window and actually talk and no one did. Everyone kept walking around not acknowledging someone was there. Both the lady and the person with the pink hair was very rude and this store also should not have closed before the close time of 6pm. I go to Starbucks all the time and spend way too much money to come to a location with rude baristas. I will make sure I provide this feedback to anyone I know and also reach out to corporate as well.
Visited a few weeks ago. No whipped cream and caramel drizzle on my hot latte. Tried again today to get a correctly made drink. Rushed to get drinks into car for the kids. Didnt check my order inside. Got a mile down the road, opened the lid, guess what? No whipped cream, no praline crumb topping. Called to complain. She said if it was a hot latte, it probably just melted. Seriously???? I am not a new coffee drinker. It never melts within a few minutes and it always leaves a residue and cream on the lid and stick. Plus, would the praline crumbs melt too? When I pointed all that out, she backtracked real quick and said we are real busy and have new people. I said I know that and thats why I didnt complain last time but this is the second time in a row and you need to have these new people double check themselves. She said oh, okay and HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!!

Dont bother. Theyre never open. The poor girls at the Target Starbucks are swamped because of it. They shut down for no known reason. Save yer money; theres a tim Hortons down the street

I went to the Starbucks in Westland yesterday for the first time and I couldnt believe how clean the place was I mean that place was shining I thought it was brand new. And my server Justin was so nice and helpful he went above and beyond I cant get over how nice he was the coffee and croissants were great Ill be back because of the cleanliness, the high quality of the coffee and croissants and the absolute professionalism and knowledge of the coffee industry that Justin had I felt like I had my own coffee guide thank you Starbucks thank you Justin.

Not all of the baristas but a couple, specifically one male barista is extremely rude. Every time I come in to pick up my Mobil order he intentionally ignores me. Every other time I come in to pick up a Mobil order and he is not there, all of the baristas acknowledge me and ask if I have a mobile order. When he is there he will act as if he didn’t even see me, so much to the point that another customer will walk in the door and he will look past me to speak to them. This has happened multiple times.
I ordered a salted caramel latte, no chocolate. I told them it was wrong. I repeated what I said. A latte w salted caramel, no chocolate and was told to pull up. Another 5 minutes later, a caramel latte arrives, not SALTED CARAMEL LIKE I ORDERED!This is NOT the first time my experience at this location has been awful!!

I come to this Starbucks regularly. It seems like anytime I order a White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha they never read the order and make a regular peppermint mocha. These drinks are to expensive not to get what you ordered because someone can’t read!!! Slow down and READ!!!!!

Their hours state they open at 6 am but most days, that’s not the case. I ordered through mobile order at 6am and arrived to the store at 6:10, I went through the drive through and then pulled up to the window, both were never answered. So I pulled around and parked to go inside. The door was unlocked so I went in and saw a group of employees standing together in casual conversation. I asked if my order was ready and they immediately had an attitude and told me they just got in. So I asked them how long it would take until it was ready and they said 45 minutes! I asked them for a refund since waiting would make me late for work, which was an even bigger issue for them, as they rolled their eyes and huffed and puffed while processing it. Immediately after walking out they locked the door.How do the employees just get to the store at 6 if they open at 6? Most days this is my experience, and this is the first time I’ve felt inclined to leave a review. Why? Because their store hours state they open at 6am... but their employees give me an attitude for requesting a refund because they’re not serving customers during their open hours.
Would be actually nice if you opened up @ 6 a.m. as myself & others wait in the drive-thru, 605 nothing, 610 nothing. So went to Biggby. 🤣🤣🤣

For as nice of a location this is, this is probably the slowest Starbucks ever. I get it Starbucks have a lot of menu options these days but what’s the point when it takes so long so make drinks? Literally 20 minutes in the drive through and only 4 cars have been served. It’s ridiculous!

We went on a Sunday early afternoon, the line was long and extremely slow. We had a simple 2 drink order and they got both wrong. When we told them it was wrong they told us that was what we asked for, and had an attitude about getting is what we wanted. Slow, rude, unprofessional
This Starbucks has gone downhill big time. Its nothing to wait in line for 30 minutes for a coffee and the staff has gotten very unfriendly. You wait longer for a coffee in a drive thru than you wait for a full meal in a restaurant

Service has really gone downhill. Baristas dont greet you promptly anymore when you walk in to pick up a mobile order. They will stand around nearby ignoring you. And their hustle isnt what it used to be. Long lines move like molasses at the drive up.
The ham and Swiss sandwich(heated) was the bomb, and the strawberry drink was delicious. And Valerie waited on me.. She was fantastic and helping me make my choices.

Ordering on the app for the first time, I thought out might be a good idea, rather than going inside during this coronavirus mess. I ordered 2 items, paid for both, drove to Starbucks and got in the drive thru line as the app instructs. There were an easy 12-15 cars in line, but...how bad could it be? The app said my order would be ready in 8 minutes, and I watched it count down to being ready, as I sat in line for over half an hour. When I did get to the speaker and told the employee I had pre-ordered and pre-paid, she told me shed speak with me at the window. Another 10 minutes to get to the window and learn that they were out of my pastry choice. I drove away with a coffee watered down with melted ice since it had been ready for 30 minutes while I waited in line, and a 2nd choice pastry. I dont know if this level of service is typical for this location, but my end result wasnt worth the hassle. 2 stars for the nice, if frazzled, employee.

I like to come here and study because its close to my local gym so its nice in that regard. But honestly the location is the only thing thats nice about it.I ordered a sandwich here once and apparently that was the worst thing I could have done. I ended up waiting 2 hours and they were not happy with me ordering food I guess. Because they obviously forgot about it. Always rude and inconsiderate for the most part. Some of the employees are super nice but most of them are not.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I used to study here every single day hours on end and it was great! Friendly staff and great service! Recently, their service changed completely. Multiples times through the week I mobile order and it tells me it will be ready in 5-7 minutes, I get there and I am standing there for 20 minutes waiting for my drink as there is nobody in drive through and nobody in line; the workers are aware I am waiting and ignore me. I have to fight to go their attention. This happens on a regular basis. They also often forget drinks when there are multiple in an order. Also, dont order before 6:30 AM, even though they are supposed to be open and ready to serve by 6am, I order my drink at 6am and the earliest I will receive it is by 6:20. My last straw at this Starbucks was today when I ordered a VENTI drink blended. It came GRANDE and NOT BLENDED, I politely asked for a venti blended AS I ORDERED, he said with an attitude that he didnt charge me for a venti and he will have to charge me. I was completely fine with that, no problem at all until I paid the upgrade for the venti that I already ordered and it came back GRANDE AGAIN! I asked AGAIN for a venti, especially considering they just rang me up for a SECOND time specifically so my drink can be a venti. They were extremely rude to me and made me feel so uncomfortable. They then took the drink back after I touched it, but not to throw it away, to mix it with the other products they are using to add to my drink!! This should never be done, especially considering COVID!! It scares me to think if this location is adhering to any sanitary guidelines regarding COVID considering how loosely they took a drink a customer had touched and MIXED IT WITH THE SAME PRODUCTS EVERYONE ELSES DRINK IS MADE WITH! I really hope they dont do this frequently because that is a huge risk for the spread of the virus. I would have been completely fine them taking it to throw it in the trash as they did the first drink they messed up on, I wouldnt have even mentioned it, but for them to take it and mix it with supposedly clean products that other people are eating, thats extremely scary. Most of the employees here are great, but the recent staff and in particular the guy that served me today with the attitude and the past few days with an attitude along more than slow service is extremely upsetting. The customer service and management needs to improve before they spread COVID to everyone or get shut down due to lack of customers.
I find myself running through the drive thru here when I am in the area, and even at times where I am a bit pressed for time. This location tends to have less of a wait at said drive thru than some of the other locations that I tend to visit. Like so many other Starbucks locations I have never been inside of this one, and have only used the drive thru so I can only really speak on that.With that being said the employees here are friendly, efficient, and there has never been an issue with anything that I have ordered here. As previously stated I usually pop in here because I am in the area and the line is almost never as long as other locations in the area. I am however not saying that this location NEVER gets busy (drive thru wise) because it absolutely does and you will inevitably end up having to wait at some point. I just dont frequent this location enough to really have to worry about it.This location is also very conveniently located around a myriad different restaurants and retail establishments. Including but not limited to Westland Mall—I dont know if anyone still goes there, but hey they used to so its worth a mention. This location also has one of the better parking lots that youll find at a Starbucks location—some of them can get quite interesting.When all is said and done if youre looking for higher priced coffee of moderate quality, coupled with friendly, fast and accurate service—then this is your place.

This is the slowest starbucks Ive ever been to. The staff are unfriendly. I didnt like my drink and they made a big deal about adding extra caramel. 🙄🙄🙄 wow oh wow bring back the nice people. Went inside and waited 20 minutes for a awful coffee 😑.
Painfully slow service. We waited for 40+ minutes with 7 cars in front of us for 2 fraps. Additionally, the cups were dripping and sticky from the making of the drinks.

Its ok when you go inside but Id recommend not going through the drive thru if youre in a hurry. If you have all the time in the world then it moves normally but if youre in a hurry it senses your fear and youll be stuck in there for 10+ min
I ordered through the Starbucks app. Items were made on time. My hot drink didnt have a sleeve around it or have the plug for the lid. So when I picked it up it splashed on my hand. Come on Starbucks, these are basics.
The experience was awful! The drive thru was very slow, and when I did finally get to the drive thru all I got was thank-you for patience. I should have got my drinks free or at a discount ! Ridiculous!
Love the drive through. I use the Mobile app most days and my order is always ready and correct. However, the inside seating area is small and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I am a regular and they always wish me a good day.

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve visited. Not only has my drink been made wrong both times, to which I’ve gone to a different Starbucks and have it fixed both times. The first time, the woman inside actually yelled at me and asked “what do you want?!” Today I thought I’d try the drive thru. Boy, she was so rude, maybe she’d get more tips if she’d just be a pleasant person. My god what a joke of a Starbucks.
Worst starbucks I have ever been to. I have had multiple bad experiences with not only baristas but even management being rude and unhelpful. My latest experience: I just waited in line for over 15 minutes to be rudely told they could not break $100 bill. I will not be going back.
The employees are very nice, especially Marquis. I love him and so does my family. The place is cozy and they have outstanding quality. I definitely recommend this Starbucks.

This isn’t a good location. They are the only location that can’t seem to make an iced tea and will argue with you about it. Every other location has no problems. Staff is either poorly trained or not willing to help anyone
Friendly staff and fast service, my two complaints are1; I always order my coffee at 140° and I make sure to stress that when I order but for some reason it does not get passed down to the barista and I end up with really hot coffee that I need to let sit to cool off, this has happened the last 5 times.2. Its 9am and the condiment station is filthy and the trash receptacle is full,, they only been open for 3.5 hrs and I see no reason for it to be in this condition considering that the place was not busy and employees had plenty of time to stand around and chat.

I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could. My car was 4thin line. I’m pretty sure they got started on my drink right away. By the time I got to it, it was pretty melted. The whipped cream on it looked pathetic too. All melted and droopy looking vanilla bean frapp. This is the worst ever location I’ve been to.

Everyday I start my morning at Starbucks with my usual refresher and bakery item. I normally go to the Starbucks thats closest to the direction Im heading and this one happened to be it. Starbucks generally has well mannered staff but I cant say the same for this particular location. A few days ago I decided to go through the drive thru since I was feeling sick and the lady was extremely rude towards me. I could barley speak to her due to having a sore throat yet she still gave me attitude. She acted rude towards me with her face expressions as well as tone of voice. I dont understand the need for such behavior. Her name was Karen by the way.

I would rather go to another Starbucks if I have a choice. The wannabe-hipster looking dude LITERALLY scoffed at me when I asked for my iced coffee unsweetened with room. Um, PLEASE, I asked for it like that so I could put my skim milk in the coffee and not your sweetener that would make it taste like you dumped a carton of sugar in it.Ive never felt truly welcomed any of the times I came here.
We sat in the drive thru 5 minutes before opening until 2 minutes. At 6:02, we rolled up to the drive thru window and the woman working the drive thru told us to go back around and wait behind the person ordering behind us then shut the window in our face when we explained that we had been there waiting. We left and wont be returning.
