Bob is just a great person very down to earth. His installer was very professional and even brought he own hand soap to keep his hands clean due to everything going on right now with this super bug . The price was hundreds below other bids I had and the carpet was very good quality . Thank you you and your staff made it easy Bob and thank you as well Hessian for giving me such a great deal. I love them for carpet- best prices around and I have no complaints about the installation they did. I love that they dont have to come out to measure- saves me the time of having to be home. You should know how much carpet you need if you are looking for carpet anyway!Its a family owned business and I think they are very sweet people. Yes, they probably get busy at times and if they were to hire more help prices would go up so I dont mind when I have to wait a day to hear back from them (than again, i have never had to wait more than a day).I had laminate installed from them and I would not have that done again but that is because I realize how easy it is to install by yourself. I dont think they did a bad job (although i do have 2 small areas with gaps which the owner said he could come fix but we fixed it).My little girl loves the birds in the place and I love this place. Ive worked with them at least 3 times and keep going back.best quality you can get? probably not, especially when it comes to hardwood. Best price? I figured i could have carpet installed and replace it 2 times from him to make it the same amount of money from home depots original installation.

Very reasonable and best quality carpets. Installation guys were experienced and professional. Did a very good job on my whole house carpet installation. I would recommend to talk to Hassan as he will work as per your needs and bring out best carpets from his stock.

I am being really generous with 3 stars. We went to Avita on a referral, and first we made an appointment and no one showed for the estimate. I told them never mind, not interested once I finally got in touch with them. We went into the store and my husband decided they had exactly what we wanted. So I agreed. Long story short, it took 3 tries to get the flooring in properly and looking somewhat decent. Because the installers were smart alecks that wanted to talk smack in Arabic, I was furious- told them to gather there things and get out. We were already mostly installed and just wanted to be done with this process so I agreed to have them back to fix the issues. They came back and resolved everything, plus reimbursed some of the cost of the installation, but I will never go back. Bob and Hassan did rectify our concerns. Floor looks good, but not worth the hassle of dealing with them again.

Thanks again!2018: Avita Carpet is highly recommended for carpet. We shopped multiple places (big box to mom/pops), and they not only had a wide selection of flooring options, but hands down the best prices (negotiated). Working with Hasan (owner) and Bob was pleasurable- both were informative and ensured our install timeline was met. The only thing that prevented us from giving 5 stars was due to minimal follow up towards order/scheduling updates, and the install crew came 45min late, but worked all day/night (install was good, but they worked late to finish around midnight). We would not hesitate purchasing again from Avita, and will be referring family and friends.

Can i give it zero stars? no, seriously...can i?i just dont know how this guy stays in business. Lets recap my experience. i am still amazed that in 2011, there are places like this.so, i call this guy (hassan) about 3 weeks ago. it was a saturday. asked him if he can match the current carpet i have and he says let me call you back on monday 10am, since we are closing. i said, ok.I had to ask him if he wanted my name and number. he would have never asked for that info otherwise.i call back on tuesday afternoon and ask her whats up. he says, oh, sorry, i was busy. Then he says “just come in the store and bring me a piece of carpet, I will match it. But it will be around $600. I go on friday and he has a few canaries cages and 2 customers. I had the piece of carpet, he cuts out a piece and says “i will have to contact my suppliers, will give you a call monday, I cant talk to you today”. He proceeds to write my number on a piece of paper, but never asks for my name, which is so weird.He accidentally calls me on tuesday morning thinking that he is calling someone else (of course since he never takes names AND numbers together)he messes names and numbers all the time), so he says “oh, I was looking for someone else”, and hangs up.I call him on Wednesday and ask him about the carpet. He says his mom is in the hospital and he could not do any business, blah, blah. But says he could not find the carpet, but has one more supplier.Come saturday, I call him, leave a message. He calls back and says, “whos this”? By now, one would think that he remembered my name. He said he will call me in 1 hr since he is busy to let me know what the second supplier said. Never called back. I tried to call him and went straight to voicemail.On Tuesday (today), I left a message and said, “i am trying to give you business and you dont want to take it.” he calls back in 4 mins and says “who are you again”? He proceeds to tell me that his wife passed away and he cant do business, but then starts to tell me about the carpet sizes.....and I just hung up.............I cant deal with that idiot. He is something else. Some people just dont get it.
