One of my favorite places to shop. I like going into their store to see what new items they have in. I see that theyve added clothing to their store, which is great! Youll always find something new here.

Well stocked and organized store. The store was very busy but the checkout line moved quickly regardless. Associates on the floor didnt really talk to customers but overall I got what I needed during my visit.

This is a very busy location. The last time I was there they seemed to have a slight difficulty with the crowd that was in the store. They got it in hand and started a line outside the store. It still was a little frenetic.They have lots of things in this store. They are arranged in a rather haphazard fashion. When I was there most of the workers were on the register so the floor was being handled by a small team that was hard pressed to keep up. Their book selection was limited. Lots of fun board games at reasonable prices. Some questionable sayings on the t-shirts - not appropriate for little ones and even middle school children.

Very crazy, for some reason customers dont like to put things back atleast close to its place, but the ladies worked it out. I bought a charger for a Samsung Galaxy A20, make sure for the newer Galaxys that you get the C-Model reversible

I can always find something neat at 5 Below! As a Halo collector, I love being able to find Halo goodies for cheap! Lots of good cheap stuff for the kids, since my son breaks stuff too often. Haha Makeup, cute and fuzzy winter items, home decor.....can always find something I like at this store!

A very nice woman assisted me at checkout, however Abby was pretty rude to her co-worker in front of us guest. I can only imagine what she says when no one is around. Not cool at all.

Five Below will surprise you with the merchandise they have to offer, if you want to get workout accessories, shop here, household fines and more. Great customer service and the store is clean and well stocked.

If youre looking for android accessories dont bother coming here. The only variety they have is for iphones.

The store was very well kept and the staff was very courteous. Everyone wore masks and kept socially distant as well as had a customer limit to keep risks as low as possible. I was very impressed.

Nice store. Always clean and well stocked. Definitely recommend if you are in the Westland area. Located by many other stores and restaurants.

The shirts here are so nice.

You can get very well made products for only 5 dollars.

During covid they are open. There is a sign encouraging to wear a mask. The lines were not long and you DONT have to wait outside to get in. Prices are always fair. They have a sale on some items its easy to spend $50-$100 workout noticing. I would recommend this location to anyone. You can find things for the entire family.

The gentleman working the register greeted me as soon as in walked in the door. He asked if i needed help finding something, which i did. He came from the register and walked with me to show me where the itemwas. He also helped me pick out the right item. Plus the price was great!

This store is always clean and the stuff is always friendly.

Some of the stuff here is overpriced, for ex: the nail dryer spray cost $5 at five below, but at sally’s beauty supply, a place that carries professional tools and products, it only costs $2 and some change. i love picking out some big t-shirts, room decorations, socks, and pajamas, and mostly their do it yourself books

This store is the best Five Below I have been to around the area. It is very organized and has a lot more items here. I always find what I am looking for. A lot of the other five below stores are always out of what I need but this store always has a lot of items. Very nice inside and clean.

These stores are a hilarious combo of cheap trinkets and crazy finds. Lots of books, cool toys, snacks and candy, shirts, sandals, and other seasonal stuff. The staff is always friendly. The Westland location does a good job of keeping the chaos organized!

Thought this was a store for girls for the longest time, like Clairs or something. One of my favorite places now. For how cheap some of the things are, theyre better quality than youd expect.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I asked the girl at the register that wasn’t doing anything if she knew if they carried the fit bit bracelets. She looked at me like I was interrupting something important, talked to me like I was stupid and told me that she has no clue what I’m talking about as if I was speaking in a foreign language. I explained and showed her the actual item that I was looking for and she acted like I was wasting her time and was pretty rude like I was asking her to go out of her way for something. All I wanted to know is if they had the Fitbit rubber bracelet. Didn’t think it was that difficult of a task for anyone. The other girl behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me or try to help the situation. Pretty disgusted because I run in there a lot since I work down the street, to grab cute little things for myself and nieces all the time and end up spending a lot of money in there more than what I plan to every time. I guess I’ll find a new five below to shop at that has more pleasant, and helpful employees. Customer service is not the business you should be in sweetheart.

Good location, great place for the cheap n east things. Have to say though, dont bother with buying any of their head phones. Went through several of them with my daughters. Thought they would be easy cheap replacements. But wayyyyyyy to cheap, broke in less then a day, went through 3 replacements/exchanges before we did the senseable thing and bought decent ones online.
