The worse experience ever! Staff is rude. 10/28/21 around 12pm in the afternoon I called to get refund on item that was not packed in my online order. All the staff decided to pass me around on hold, I had to speak with 3 different ppl each time repeating my issue. They hung up on me back to back and even threatened me to come up to the store! They wouldn’t provide me with managers name, corporate number or any other staff member’s name. They had me on hold 23 mins for a $4 candle. I couldn’t get my issue resolved within the store so I had to go to corporate. They are unprofessional and lack manners as well as customer service. Will never shop here again or patronize this business! Get better staff members or people who will do their job! I can do without the attitudes. If you don’t like your job quit! Stop spreading ignorance and hatred around

Love the customer service! Super efficient at getting everyone checked out as fast as possible. Really nice! Told me about teachers discount, which I love! I got reindeer antlers for my preschoolers. Mushu loves party too because she fell asleep in the antler bag. 😂😍

Lots of balloons, they were able to fill them up right away for me. They also make appointments to pick up balloons - Saturdays are very busy so I would recommend ordering ahead for Saturday parties

Just stopped in for a return. Very fast service, friendly employees. Huge store! Lots of clearance fall items right now. Lots of every kind of different character items for kids birthdays, shower items, tons of balloon options. Didnt realize they make banners too, looks like starting at 19.99.

I went into party city today to find some gender reveal or baby shower decorations. There was only a small area dedicated to gender reveal and baby showers. I was very disappointed. I managed to put together some decorations from the other aisles.

Service here is great. I just got balloons there and the order was ready and prepared correctly. I like this Party City because they have advertised items in stock and keep up with the seasons. I wish they had parties right in the store!

Found Harry Potter decor for party

I was very disappointed with our experience at this location yesterday. In the past this location has been wonderful. Today my husband and I came in to purchase items for our son’s Star Wars birthday. We found almost everything we needed except they were out of almost all of the Star Wars balloons that they had. We found a musical Star Wars balloon and it was the last one. We purchased it and the young girl behind the counter was very apologetic about being out of all the other balloons. We knew the musical balloon worked because it was playing music when the young woman was inflating it. We get to our car and suddenly it’s not working. For five minutes we tried to get it to work to no avail. My husband took it back in the store to see if maybe they had another in the back. He quickly comes back out with the same balloon that no longer plays music. They didn’t give us our money back, even part of it. No coupon, nothing. All the manager had to say was oh well! We don’t have any more! So now I am out $10 with a balloon that doesn’t work. Clearly at this location they only care about money.

Nice to still be able to buy party supplies in person. Good store.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I was very disappointed to find that they had raised the price of the One costume for little black girls above the price of almost all the other costumes for Halloween. With black females being grossly under represented in the world of heroes and people to look up to it was nice to finally have someone for my daughter to look up to. Party City used this to capitalize on African Americans and raised the price on the Shuri costume from Black Panther. This price increase almost exclusively affects black people. Party City should be ashamed!!!

1st time visiting this place and I was amazed at how big and organized it is. Party supplies all organized by color/character/theme making what youre looking for easy to find. Definitely will be making a future visit(s) for our party needs

Party city is making big money. Whenever I go, its busy. What do you expect though because what is a party without balloons!!! Balloons arent only for childrens parties either, adults love them too. Here, they dont cease to impress. The balloons are beautiful, in many different colors, shapes and sizes. The lines move pretty quick with the volume of guests. I love the balloons and decorations that party city offers for all kind of events. They also have costumes. Thumbs up to this establishment. I need to follow suit and get into this type of business. We all love Party City

Looked a little empty during covid... I found a couple of things but shelves were bare.

Not enough inventory on birthday candles, cant get numbers in same colors or no numbers at all. Employees were nice and friendly though.

Although their prices are higher than most they do have all your party needs. Very clean and organized store. The employees were very helpful when I needed assistance. For Halloween customers they have a wall of costumes you choose from, give the associate the corresponding number and they fetch your costume. This process seems better for consumers and employees. This store is inside a shopping plaza so you have to be paying attention or you will miss it. The store is a pretty decent size. I have been shopping here for a couple years and their professionalism is consistent.

Great for any kind of party. Went to buy small items to stick in Easter eggs rather than using rot your teeth candy and I got a good selection of items. Staff is always nice.

We normally get any helium balloons from this amazing place. It has tons of choices of a variety of themes. I swear the balloons last way longer than guaranteed. Our grandson is now 4 and we STILL gave an inflated stick balloon from his 2 ND birthday! Well never buy balloons anywhere else!

Its only a matter of time before they go out of business. No balloons under $10 except the $3 ones that are the same ones they sell at the Dollar Tree for $1. They no longer include inflation when you buy balloons in the package, they charge PER balloon. Its laughable really when you think about it. Its almost as if they havent heard of Five Below, Dollar Tree, Walmart or Amazon.

If you come in 2 minutes before closing just to buy balloon ribbon, the staff doesnt even complain! Pretty nice.

Friendly and courteous staff

Out of helium on a Saturday price to fill up a balloon is 1.49 per balloon and is included on the foil balloon packs. So a 20 dollar pack of 5 balloons that they cant fill up you get 15% off when it would cost you. So they refund you $3 for $7.50 worth of helium. Then you have to buy a $44 tank of helium and fill them up your self. Manager says thats Corporate orders and are not aloud to understand 1st grade math and make customers Happy. So 50 dollars worth of nothing and latex becomes 77 dollars worth of unhappiness. Tell corporate to have themselves a case of jergins on me.

Their prices have come down. I enjoy shopping there now. Huge variety of supplies

I was very disappointed about the recent experience from this store. The manager at the time Dede was extremely rude. On top of being rude to my mother and I while making a return she was extremely short and belittled the store associate that was actually helping us and was new so she didn’t know everything. We were making a return but couldn’t find a receipt but was told there was a way for her to look it up using a card in a snarky tone. On top of being rude she walked away mid conversation. If this is the type of managers that this company is hiring then no wonder they are doing so poorly and closing stores.

Everyone else was friendly except one guy who was sticking looked dead at me and not one word and didnt want to really answer my question so I found someone else. Store was cleaned, well stocked and rest of staff I came in contact with were friendly and helpful.

Great service my daughters birthday balloons flew away and they replaced them right away and didnt make us feel bad about it...awesome job by the staff. Thank you again!
