A fantastic place! Open and honest communication about my cars issues and they were even kind enough to drop me off at my home and to pick me up when the repairs were over. Excellent service, an immaculate shop, and the friendliest people!

They just did an oil change on my WRX in about 20 minutes for a great price. Checked my tires, tire pressure and air filters for free. The guys in there were great.First time customer and I would definitely recommend them.

Even though my car failed inspection, I found these people to be very responsive and respectful. I came back with a different perspective. They’re doing their job and doing it right.

They have had my car for 2 months to change my motor and its still not done after paying them $3,000. Not a good place to go...

I have been dealing with Brookside for about 25 years, have gone to others but always return here, they are good, knowledgable, and I never second guess their work.

*** update*** by John McCaugheyHad to have that new axle & pinons front & rear rebuilt, after it took 2 technicians with a crowbar & sledgehammer to unwedge the front driveshaft. The front driveshaft was left 1 3/4 too long during installation of the axle.I wouldnt recommend these guys to work on your bicycle, much less an automobile.I would not recommend this shop. 03 wrangler with dog legging issue. Rob told me he raced jeeps on the weekends so I figured I was in good hands. After charging me for inspecting & servicing my rear diff, said I should chalk it up as a jeep thing & get a new ride. Took my jeep to another place in town & explained the same situation. They found that my rear diff gears are off center to the left by a .5 inch. Hopefully they improve their quality is all I will say.

DONT EVER GO HERE i went there to pay 100$ on a thermastat next thing you inow my coolant jug is bubbling with barely any coolant in it (nothing else) was wrong so i went there to confront the situation politely and this bigger buy reddish hair with a beard very rude to me tried to have me pay more money when all i wanted to know what was going on i just will never go there and plus their prices are higher u can find other places like greggs to goto way better!

They will fix whatever problems that you bring attention to but they will not warn you if there is another problem within your same vehicle in order to have you come back to them after you discover it days or weeks later.Also, compare prices with other shops before settling for one.
