I was replacing my garage door opener myself, but noticed I had a broken spring. Frustrated and now being stuck in the middle of a project I expected to have to wait a week for someone to come out and replace it. Not true at all. I called Apex and Brian came out the same day. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He educated me on why my existing springs (that had been previously replaced by a different company) were the wrong size combination and how the springs Apex uses were better quality. We had an amazing experience with Apex. We drove home 10 hours from out of state, getting home in the evening on a Saturday, and we were welcomed with a garage door that wouldn’t open. I was going to call the last garage door company we had worked with but saw their reviews which were very poor. In one review it said after repeatedly trying to get someone out to fix their door they gave up and called Apex. After reading Apex’s reviews that’s exactly what I did too. They told us they would be able to get someone out within 2 hours but Brian made it to our house within 40 minutes. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He examined and explained everything in a way I could understand. From the time I called until the work was complete and I paid (which was reasonable) was less than 2 hours. I know that was part luck because Brian was available but he made this travel weary couple very happy.

Customer service representative was very pleasant and explained I was outside the area however they were still able to assist. I called on a Friday they set up an appointment on Saturday. Apex has been great. Our spring broke and weve been considering getting a new door so we called Apex and a few other companies. Apex was very responsive. Tony came out and dropped off samples and took measurements. We were able to see large samples which really helped us decide. They are veteran owned and provided a generous veterans discount. Tony came back out once we confirmed we wanted to order and installed a temporary spring. The next day the OTHER spring broke and Tony came back out to put another temporary spring on so we could access our garage. He was a true lifesaver. I reached out to Apex with the hopes of having them out over the next week to fix/replace my broken torsion rod. I was given a same day 2 hour window, which was far quicker than I expected. Anthony managed to arrive an hour early, once again exceeding my expectation. He immediately identified the problem and offered to replace it then and there. I was given and 1-1.5 hour expectation for replacement, which once again was exceeded. Anthony also took the time to recalibrate my garage door opener, adjust my sensors to the proper height and then teach me how and why to service various parts of the system. I never enjoying spending money to fix something, but i truly feel like Apex was worth every dollar spent. I am a customer for life, thank you Apex!

Great service. David was quick and efficient. He showed up almost an hour after I called and fixed it in about 30 minutes or so. The price was a little high I think (about $300 to fox a garage that got backed I to) bit I really didnt have anything to compare it to so I am not complaining.

Apex has done a great job for me. My garage door had issues where the motor was off its program and the chain was falling down. They came out within 24 hours both times I had this issue. The second time was free because of their warranty! Great customer service and responsiveness. They had to come out a second time because of a faulty part which they replaced, it was not replaced the first time.

I needed a new garage door on my house to replace my garage door that was installed improperly and was very old. My old garage door has not been manufactured for over 15 years. Anthony M. showed up at my house and give me a quote along with the extra work to install the garage door properly. The quote was fair and reasonable for the amount of work and type of garage door for my house. Anthony fixed some framing issues with the garage, and Anthony moved the single man door to the garage to swing outward because of clearance issues with the new garage door track. Now the new garage door works better and is quieter on operation. Overall, Anthony and his assist Chris did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend them for your garage door repair or replacement needs.
