Had a broken spring on my husbands garage door. Called Chris (after checking his great online reviews) at 10:06am, and the door is fixed and he is gone at 11:20am - on a Saturday. He even installed a new garage door opener button for the other garage, as mine had gotten old and the plastic was slowly crumbling.Gave me advice to lubricate the wheels and hinges on the doors quarterly to keep them running smoothly.Excellent service. After the bitter cold temperatures the other week, I heard a loud bang after shutting the garage and thought my gutters fell off. They were still in tact, but my garage door wouldnt open more than four feet. I googled garage door repair Westerville and found several options. I called a few and they were not able to come check out the door right away and one that did come were trying to convince me that I needed a new motor & garage door. Chris with CD Doors picked up right away when I called and came out the next morning. He did not try to over sell me and showed me that the motor was fine and gave me options to either repair the old door or replace with a cost effective insulated door, while re-mounting the motor where it was supposed to be. I appreciated the honesty and knowledge about his craft. We decided not to put any money in the old door. Chris was out to install the new door within a week only took a few hours. I’ve dealt with other companies around Dublin that are shady and literally tried to sell me a new door at one point when all it needed was some track lube. Well, a cable broke this time and my car was stuck. Chris understood this odd type of emergency and was responsive, he fit me in his day. He discussed options without upselling and guided me on how to better care for my current system in addition to fixing the problem and doing an all around tune up. Solid service. Would use again, but hopefully I won’t need to any time soon.

After a power outage and having to manually closing my garage door, I was unable to get it locked back on the cable. I called Chris at CD Doors and he came out the next day. Chris is the owner and was very friendly over the phone. In about 10 minutes, he not only fixed my door, but oiled the hinges and secured a loose metal piece on the door. He also found that the motor was barely secured to the ceiling and close to falling (!!) and secured it as well. He only charged me an $80 service fee, which I would have paid anyways just to have him come out and assess my door; he didnt charge extra for any of the other work he did. I highly recommend him!
