I can only give 1 star bc numerous times Ive tried and tried to schedule an appointment but their website seems to always be down. When I go to the store and ask about scheduling, they say to schedule online, and thats it. They dont help you or let you know what website to go to.

My husband had an appointment this morning and as usual, I accompanied him but was refused entrance into the center because of Covid. Ok, I understand so I walked around the Wallmart store for almost an hour before coming back to the vision center to wait outside for my husbandWhile waiting, they allowed a Somali woman to accompany a lady into the center. In all fairness, the lady (customer) was in one of those motorized carts for people who have difficulty walking. What galls me us the attendant didnt even scan for temperature on the Somali lady.

This location has horrible costumer service. I have had positive experiences with Walmart vision centers in the past, but this one is incredibly slow and unhelpful, then makes it out to seem like you are at fault. Don’t waste your time here!

Got my glasses and when I pick it up I notice a big scratch on lens, they tried to make me just take it as it is and I said NO. I paid for new glasses and I want one with good lens. They had to replace it because scratch was on line of view. When I went to pick up the replacement I found different scratch on edge. They said its out of view so I have to wear it. So I just took it home. 3 months later one of ear liner fall off so I took it back to fix it and they glued it on leaving glue mark and dent on the frame and today I had to go back in because both lens fall out and they put them back in with few more extra scratches and told me its out of veiw so I have to wear it just like that. I know its Wal-Mart but for real?Terrible. Just terrible. Its still under 1 year warranty and they refuse to replace the lens.

My son and I went in for new glasses and contact lenses. It was his first time getting contacts. The staff was very excited for him and made it a super fun experience. The doctor was very nice. She made sure he was comfortable and talked him through his nervousness. She is really great with kids. I am beyond thrilled with our experience. We will absolutely be returning and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you Dr. Maria Fragoulis and staff.

Staff is nice and friendly. Doctors are great with kids. My 7 year old has very high anxiety when it comes to doctors of any kind. The staff here were able to calm her and get her to complete an eye exam for the first time. Go figure, after years of trying to get her to complete an appointment she needed glasses. She had blast trying on and picking out her frames and was able to find a set she absolutely loved.

Will never go back to this location. Made an appointment 2 months in advance. Still had to wait 2 hrs before being seen. I paid $45 for contact exam, they didn’t have my trail pairs had to wait 1 whole month before being contacted about my trail pair of contacts. Tried them out for about 2 weeks, and just couldn’t see what so ever. Was told to let them adjust to my eyes. Made a follow up appointment was given mixed info. She looked at my eyes and was given the same prescription just a different brand, felt rushed. Then was told I had to pay another $45 for the follow up appointment. Advised thought contact exams last for 1 year, I was not and did not pay another $45. Dr. Maria “waived” the fee. Never going back!

I saw Dr. Fragoulis for a basic annual eye exam. Im really not a Walmart person, but the location is convenient and scheduling was easy. The office is nothing fancy, but definitely clean, orderly and well managed. The staff was quite courteous and professional and the Doctor was very nice. I didnt need to order any glasses during my visit, but from what I saw, the opticians seem to know their stuff. Id confidently recommend this office to anyone.

I have been coming to this location for years to get my eye exams because of how nice Dr. Maria J. Fragoulis is. Recently, I made an appointment to get my contact lens eye exam and did not expect to be seen by her daughter Evangelia Fragoluis. She was very impatient with me and I did not appreciate her attitude at all. The appointment overall felt rushed and did not like my experience with her. She gave me the same current prescription i have now for contacts even though i told her i felt like i needed something stronger. Waste of my time and waste of my $45. i will not be coming back to this location.

I called and was told my insurance was accepted.After the exam, I was told that lenses would be covered but not frames. When I was checking out, I was charged $60 for lenses although I was told I wouldnt be.When I called the store to cancel my order, I was told the glasses are made within an hour and might not be able to cancel it. The employee assured me they would call me back, but I showed up minutes later and they were singing a different tune. I went to another optical business where my frames and lenses were both covered through my federal employee insurance.They will blatantly lie to you to get you in the door and continue lying in hopes you dont pursue other options. Call your insurance before you call Walmart vision so you dont get scammed by them too. These people are predators and will prey on you!

Holi canoli! The older gentleman with all white hair, beard and glasses does not want anyone getting corrective eye help! I wanted info on switching my active contacts prescription to dailies instead of no weeklys and he practically argued with me that it wasn’t a good idea (my choice) and then said the sr would t even be in until Sept 9 to make that change YET was scheduling my daughter for a contact eye exam WITH THE DR this Saturday (August 24) Gave him my daughters new insurance card which is through my ex-husband’s current wife and because I didn’t have her social security number he said I’d have to pay out of pocket. Even though every detail other than her SSN is on the card and they can easily contact the insurance company since they have plan, member ID etc etc. I ended up just saying forget and left. It’s as if he was trying with all of his might to NOT ACCEPT my business 🤣 so weird!

I paid for the full $105 contact exam as required because I have no insurance. One week later Im still waiting for my prescription for contacts. I went back and there is no record of anything, according to a worker Mark. Maria Jeanette Fragoulis was nice. She failed to give me my prescription. So caution to anyone using Walmart Vision Center. There records are not correct.

Went in to this vision center on December 29th. Had a exam and ordered my glasses. Ok, so Im ordering new glasses because I need them right? So, they tell me 7-10 business days. I allow for the new year holiday and after 4 calls to them, I still have no glasses. Now they have been reordered. Are you kidding me????? Sent by UPS to this location, but there is no tracking number....whats up with that. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS WALMART VISION CENTER AGAIN. Giving them until January 31st to have my glasses and if I dont have them, that will be two pair that they are going to be stuck with, because Im going to cancel this order. Btw, they of course already have my money.

When I received my glasses it was in bad dimensions they tried to fix it two times and it is still very bad situation ....I will go tomorrow to change it or refund my money back
