I was very impressed with the service I received at Professional Eye Care. I felt 100% safe in their handling of the pandemic. I saw the staff always cleaning equipment and there were signs stating machines had been disinfected. Dr. Kelly was amazing and she took care of all my vision needs. Their contact prices are actually better than online stores so it’s a one stop shop.

I have always received wonderful care here and my last visit was no exception. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the providers (Dr. Kelly & Dr. Olding) are wonderful! I appreciate how quickly I was able to get in and their help with my eye issue.

Dr. Caitlin Kelly was incredible and personable. Not only did she help me see clearly with a prescription adjustment to a lower strength, she sent a follow up letter to my house that was personalized. So sweet! =)

However, some folks tend to think that with the word ”professional” comes, “stuffy” “not customer friendly etc...” Not here! From the ease of check in, to the friendly and customer focused staff, to the Optometrist! I didn’t feel “sold” I felt genuinely cared for and taken care of at the highest standards possible. The facility itself is updated with a modern yet classy look. Lots of beautiful natural light and welcoming clean feel. From being greeted immediately to confirm my arrival, receiving my testing from the technicians, and assistance choosing frames, I have received excellent care and attention at every appointment.I am a multifocal contact wearer who also depends on eyeglasses. The explanation of my vision issues and the course of correction best suited for me have been comprehensive and have changed the way I look at the world :)

We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Our son (7) gets flustered during eye exams and Dr. Caitlyn Kelly was very patient and helpful with him. We picked out a pair of glasses he loved and he was so excited to get them.

Professional and friendly staff. This office was clean and even has quite the selection of great frames. More notably, doctor really went the extra mile to make sure my vision was 20/20. Great job! When I first arrived, i was unsure of additional fees for getting contact lenses. Feeling confused I first felt like I was getting the ring around. The doctor however ended up reaching out to me and waiving this. I commend this place for their effort and work. Also, their ability to reach out to an unhappy customer is another reason I gave such a rating and review. My only advice would be to make sure customers know upfront any fees, especially if it is not covered by insurance before proceeding with anything. Thank you very much.

Im new to the area and had eye concern and the same day I was able to be seen. The office is clean and the staff professional, sweet, and kind as well as fast service. The doctor is very knowledgeable and personable and cares about your eye issues. I didnt have insurance at the time and the prices are affordable which helped me out.

The team at this office is fantastic. I had to bring my two and a half year old son with me to the appointment and they were so kind, gracious and understanding even though he was being quite a nightmare. They worked around him and didnt get upset or impatient when he interfered. They explained everything, answered my questions and gave me time to think about the answers without pushing. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone and everyone!!

I had just switched eye doctors to Professional Eye Care. Attending their open house at their new building in Westerville. Was immediately welcomed in and all the staff was so friendly and helpful. Immediately scheduled an eye exam the following week with Dr. Kelly. She is absolutely perfect and amazing at her job. So personable and truly cares about her patients. Made me feel very comfortable with my current condition with my eyes and immediately wanted to do some extra pictures/scans of my eyes to look closer and to make sure everything looks okay. Highly recommend her and their practice.

I had one of the most thorough eye exams ever. All my questions were answered satisfactorily; everyone was well trained, very friendly and on time! Dr. Olding was so nice and took the time to explain some differences in contact lens brands. My follow up determined that I needed a different brand and I was given a new set immediately. Such a pleasure to do business with this eye group!

Dr. Jacob Olding is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and always available to answer your questions and provide options. After last eye check I had to order new glasses. Lori helped me out to quickly match the new prescription with my glasses cosmetics needs and placed the order. Ive worn glasses for my entire life, Im a 36 year old woman. My experience at Westar was probably the best Ive ever had in all that time. Virtually no wait for my appointment, and no wait for doctor (Olding). Dr. Olding was patient and attentive in his listening of my eye history and concerns and was very thorough in his exam. The staff was welcoming and helpful without being overbearing which is important while I pick my frames. Speaking of, they have a nice selection of styles to suit probably anyones tastes.

I went for an eye exam last week and loved it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I received prompt yet thorough care, and felt like the staff actually treated me like a person and not just another patient. Dr. Olding was wonderful and spent plenty of time answering my questions. I had to bring 5 kids with me, and they had plenty of things to do to entertain them there.....bonus!!! I highly recommend going there and will continue receiving eye care through them.

We have been going to Professional Eye Care at Westar for many years. Dr. Olding and his staff are wonderful, they have a great selection of frames, and go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Dr. Olding even came in on a holiday to make sure my husband didnt have a detached retina (my husband was supposed to travel via air for work a few days later which would have been a problem if the retina was detached). We cant imagine going anywhere else for our vision needs.

His care is so thorough, he found a dangerous condition in my son that wouldve been deadly had we not seen Dr. Olding. We came in for a routine eye exam and Dr. Olding spotted my sons optic nerve swelling, which he compassionately explained was serious and urgent. He made sure we got to Nationwide Childrens Hosp downtown for an MRI and a day later, doctors told us my son had a blood clot in his head. My son is going to make a full recovery, thankfully. I am deeply grateful that Dr. Olding is our familys optometrist. Youre in the BEST hands at his Professional Eye Care in Westerville.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Olding for years, and we are always very pleased with the service and care that we receive.

Dr. Olding is VERY nice and competent. They run all the usual tests before you see the doctor -- to test for glaucoma, etc. They offer extra tests for macular degeneration and to take a picture of the back of your eye. They are not required. Dr. Olding caught changes going on with my eyes several years ago warranting me to see an another doctor to have my cataracts taken care of. I had very little change this year and opted to go with rx sunglasses. Lori is great at helping to find the best glasses. Ive always been very pleased with my selections! This is a great office.
