Horrible experience buying a truck here. In hindsight I would have done things alot differently but vehicle shopping with your 2 year old is pretty difficult. Anyways, they lied as well as having us pay way too much for a truck that has more problems than its worth (that they covered up). Ok, so everyone needs to ask for Tony when they come here! If you’re hesitant because of some of the negative reviews...just stop by the lot for yourself, as I did. I had a very unique situation, and there was a slim chance of me getting into a car with this situation, but Tony promised me he’d get me in a car, and he delivered! Not only did he get me in a car, he got me in the one car that I wanted! I wanted to drive it for a few days before I left a review, and after driving over 300 miles in less than a week, I can say I got myself a quality car with the help of Tony of course! I got a 2013 White Chevy Malibu, and that was exactly what I had been looking for. Couldn’t be more happy. I want everyone to bare in mind that the negative reviews of this place were purchased for cars that were 10 plus years old. They have a disclaimer on their vehicles that says cars are sold as is! They also make you sign a waiver that you understand the cars are sold as is! Don’t let the negative reviews stop you from driving off the lot with a good car! I was looking everywhere for a nice used car for my mom. I found a couple of nice vehicles here at Royal Five Auto Sales. Yazun was very honest about one vehicle I was looking at which allowed me to make a decision to not purchase that vehicle. He did not have to provide that information, but he did therefore that led me to believe he was honest. I did locate another vehicle there, it was nice, he was also informative about this vehicle well, they were very minor issues, my mom liked it and therefore we made the purchase. It was an very easy transaction and he and the other staff were very helpful, I would very much recommend buying your next used car here.

I purchased a 2009 BMW X5 June 22, 2017 on June 25, 2017 i experienced the truck shaking and losing power i contacted Royal Five and was reminded I purchased the car AS IS. i took the car to BMW to find out i needed a Throttle Body, since then i have had a major repair every month since i had this automobile. today is October 11, 2017 i have spent $2066.00 in repairs to date and as we speak the car is in the shop yet again needing a $1900.00 repair for failed lock system and a new alternator. If you think of purchasing an automobile from Royal Five DONT GO WITHOUT A MECHANIC. They perform no service at all on their cars before selling. they only invest in a car wash upon purchase the car was as clean as can be. Since my initial phone call to Royal Five I call them back two times and left a message with John and Tony who both stated they would have a manager call me back but no one has contacted me

Really deserve negative stars. These guys have found away to commit theft without being arrested. Bought a truck from them awhile back and have put twice what I paid them into it fixing it. It was dangerous and never should have been driven. Rotors and brakes were rusted off the axels and broken control arms. There are way to many problems to list and now that I’ve dumped thousands into making it safe and still driveable the electrical is going bad. So here’s there scam. You’ll notice the pics are much nicer than the actual vehicle when you get there. Then they have to be with you on the test drive. At which time they focus on the radio and sound system and really want your attention on that so you don’t hear all the problems. They hide all the problems and won’t disclose them to you. They won’t let you have it checked out first before buying. They tell you they have a mechanic (not certified of course probably just some hillbilly that works on cars from time to time) and they can get you cheap parts if you need them. Turns out the parts they can get cheap are the same price as autozone so just another lie. Also no matter how many times you call or try you’ll never actually get to meet this mechanic. The only reason they have any positive reviews is because after they trick you into your new death trap they have you write a review for them while they “get the car ready”. As if they haven’t pressured you enough they pressure you once again into giving them a positive review. Save your money and possibly your life and go buy a safe vehicle from a place not ran by criminals.

This place is very trashy. The office is disgusting, the cars are junk and the prices are horrible. Be careful when buying something from here. I was looking for a used car and found one here. I took to a mechanic and it need 2500 in repairs before it was safe to drive around. The price was $5500 and they said they would not lower the price at all even though the car was not suitable to be driven around daily. Of course the guy working their said he could have his friend do it for less (non certified repair man). Sounds legit.GET THE CAR CHECKED OUT. THEY SELL BROKEN VEHICLES.

I saw a truck for sale on the internet, so I called them to ask if it was still there and what condition it was in, the pictures looked good on the internet, but I wanted to make sure before driving 2 hours just to get there. I asked if it had any rust, the salesman said that it did not have any rust, and that he drove it and it was really nice, so I went to see it. It had lots of rust. The Air conditioner did not work, both side mirrors did not work, I thought that my foot was going to hit the floor when I went to hit the brakes. The truck shook and at only 35 miles per hour. I turned around and went back before driving it on the interstate. I was very disappointed with the truck and the salesman. I will never go back!

No greeter, was there 15 minutes and could hear someone cleaning a car. Guy finally popped his head up as I was looking at the last 2 cars that interested me.

I purchased a 2005 Chevy Impala on Saturday, April 29th for a little over $3,000 after tax, tags, and title. The salesman, John, was very nice, personable and professional during the whole ordeal. The car drove fine for the test drive. The problems started as soon as I got in the car to drive home. The radio face plate that he put in after I purchased the vehicle had a half burnt out display and the usb port on it that he bragged about did not work. Not really a big deal, I thought. Then the next day check engine light suddenly came on. I was a little irritated but still not a problem, probably just needs a tune up, I thought. Then the battery light started coming on at random times. I was starting to get a bothered but still figured it was an easy fix. I get in the car today, two days after the purchase, and now there is suddenly a loud semi rapid knocking noise coming from under the car whenever I am in motion but not accellerating. None of these were issues when I test drove the car or even the ride home except for the faceplate display. I know the purchase was for as is condition and dealer is not responsible, but I am feeling like I got hustled. Not happy at all that I have had the car for less than 48 hours and I had to spend over $800 on repairs (new wheel bearing and new sway bar) for problems that werent apparent/disclosed when I purchased the vehicle. Had I known this was the case, I wouldnt have bought it. Not a pleasant experience. Update 05/21/17: I have to drop another $600 to replace the body control module after all electrical systems went dead while I was driving with my 5 year old daughter. So far, in less than a month since I bought the car, I have had to drop $1400 in repairs that were not apparent/disclosed when I bought it. Thats almost half of what I paid for the car. I am not a big believer in coincidence to begin with. But now after having to make two major repairs in less than a month, I fully believe they knew the condition of the vehicle and did what they could to make it run smooth long enough for them to sell it. Not only will I never buy a car there again, I will do my best to discourage anyone who even considers going there. After seeing a response from the owner to another person who gave a one star review, I would suggest hanging on to any paperwork for the car if you make a purchase from them. I not only still have all the paperwork from the sale, I have also been hanging on to the dated paperwork from the $1400 in repairs the vehicle has needed in the 3 weeks since purchase. After reading some of the other bad reviews and seeing how similar their situations are to mine with the vehicles purchased from these guys, I think I am going to contact both the Ohio Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to file complaints. Dont trust these guys, plain and simple. Theyre charmers and hustlers. Update 05/23/17 Now the mechanic is telling me there was a water leak that had flooded the housing compartment for the body control module which was also where the airbag module was housed. So that needs replaced as well now. Another $700 which now brings the repairs total to $2100. He said that with the amount of corrosion on the modules, the compartment had to have been flooded for a long time, which means they sold me a car without a working airbag. Since were now spending almost as much in repairs as we did for the car itself, its looking like well have to junk the car and start over again. I can tell you where we WONT be going. Watch these people. They are rip off artists!!!
