I don’t usually post reviews but I thought I’d make an exception here. These guys are AMAZING. My family has always gone to Roush. They always rave about Roush’s knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly sales team and my experience was no different. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Ward through the process of leasing a new Civic. He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision about what trim level to pick and what to expect in leasing a vehicle. He really knew his stuff and he made the experience so easy, even fun for me. I will definitely be buying my vehicles from these guys in the future!

Truly an amazing customer service experience in general! Can’t say enough great things about Roush and all of their employees! I wasn’t looking forward to the car buying process but everyone at Roush made it amazing smooth, efficient and definitely friendly! My salespersons were David and Ben and they were so incredibly great do work with! I could have just hung out and chatted! Everyone that I passed was friendly and thanked me for my business. This was the best experience Ive ever had buying a car and I have had great experiences with other dealerships in the past. They are very honest and straight forward. Steve Tarbutton was my sales associate. He was not pushy at all. He was very quick to respond and worked quickly to find exactly what I wanted and it had an incredible price to boot! I had been search for a van for about three months so I was aware of the pricing of the kind that I wanted. I was more than happy with the price of my Odyssey with all the bells and whistles. Tim in finance was also an incredible pleasure to work with. Again, he was not pushy when it came to extra warranty packages and did an excellent job explaining everything. As a woman, it can sometimes be very intimidating to enter a car dealership alone. I have had experiences in other places where I felt that they thought they could take advantage of me but these men were very honest, humble, and down to earth. Tim did an excellent job of explaining all the paperwork and warranty packages. The paperwork was also very simple to complete. My husband will be getting a car in the next few months and we will definitely be returning to Roush Honda.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I lucked out and ended up with Ken Richardson as my salesman. Ken was super personable and made everything so easy. He explained what he could do, what he would do, and what he couldn’t do. I appreciated how nice and candid he was. This was the best car buying/trading experience I ever had. I was so shocked by the experience that it was hard to believe. I am 42 years old and have bought several vehicles over the years. I usually hate going through the process. Ken saved the day. I live three hours from this dealership but will continue to go back when I need another vehicle. I will request Ken Richardson and will send all my friends to see him and the great staff at Roush Honda. I had my Honda Accord serviced last week for an oil change, brake inspection-B1 and recalls. My brakes were squeaking and I do not recall the last time I had them brakes serviced. The service department was top notch! My service advisor Jayson was great, he answered all of my questions. Jayson also kept me informed throughout the process. There was a very long line Friday morning and I was greeted by a very happy gentleman. He said I would be checked in as soon as possible. I waited a few minutes then checked in. The process was simple and easy. I have had service done at Dublin and Lindsay in the past and Roush Honda by far has always been the best! I do not like to leave my email info due to the spam/junk mail that I have received in the past. And I typically do not leave reviews for anything, but in this situation I want to give kudos where it’s due. Thank you Roush and Jayson, no more noisy brakes and recalls complete!

In this car-buying period of very low inventory, I would like to thank Roush Hondas sales consultant Brandon Blair for being the best of the best in listening to my requirements, staying in touch, but never being high pressure, and keeping me informed every step of the way on what was in stock and what vehicles were on the way. Most dealerships I contacted are probably no more or less busy than Roush, but most of the other dealers either barely responded to inquiries or sent me what seemed like automated emails. Each time I texted Brandon with further questions, he responded extremely quickly and with just the information I required. Although I ended up finding a vehicle closer to where I live, Im very grateful to him for his efforts on my behalf in what is a very strenuous time to find the right vehicle!

Had a Fit before and I came in and left with a Civic Sport in Platinum White Pearl. The way the paint hits the sun is indescribable in pics or words, you just have to see it for the sparkle. It is definitely a head turner. Otis helped me and I got a great deal on a car that I will own for years to come.

Buying cars from Roush has always been a wonderful experience. We are on our third car from there. However, the service center is not the same experience. We wait sometimes up to 45 minutes in line just to drop the car off for an oil change. We are due for another car soon, and the poor service experience might chase us off.Edit. Roush called after seeing my review and offered a workaround. I really appreciate that.

After a bad experience at another dealership in the area, I researched some more and came across a vehicle at Roush. I sent an inquiry into the website, and Angel Milanov reached out the same day. He not only sent me all the pertinent information and images about the vehicle but also a personalized video greeting inviting me to come check it out. He was not pushy whatsoever and went over all the features I was interested in. I highly recommend not only Roush Honda, but also Angel. Go see him, you won’t regret it!

Just signed my third Lease deal with Roush Honda this past Saturday and, as I expected, it was a fantastic experience all around! We have had a extremely tough summer with the loss of our son. We did not start searching for a car for our daughter until 2 1/2 weeks before she is off to college. Spyros Tabone at Roush was up for the task. We knew the market was extremely limited and our daughter really wanted a specific blue. We were determined to get it for her after all we have been through. He knew this and knew we would be on a search that might take us elsewhere if he couldnt find the car, he didnt shy away. We spoke twice, going in the second time to test drive the CR-V & HR-V. He searched the inventory and there was something coming 2 weeks after she would off to college. He kept up the search and just as we were about to get up and walk away the car popped up in the screen and was coming in 2 days! Spyross determination and possibly a little help from her big brother... it was the exact car she wanted. From start to his concern and caring and the end of the sale clinched the deal. He showed her all about the car, how to videos, and more. We had actually bought her brothers Civic from Roush Honda too! You really cannot go wrong with Roush, they are invested in getting you want you want even in these trying times.

What a great experience!! We went to several dealerships looking for a SUV with third row seat for our family. Every dealership we went to wouldnt deal with us on the price. I never pay full price for a car, furniture, etc. We got a deal done on a really nice vehicle. I already had my financing approved before I went, but this proved problematic in that their e-sign software doesnt communicate well with my credit union. Regardless, Mike did an amazing job. The girl who cleaned our Pilot was amazing. I think her name was Kenzie, she did a great job.

Dustin was fantastic. He was able to get us into a car that we wanted and worked with us through all the financial options. We took a few weeks to make a decision due to a move we had going on and never once did he pressure us into making a decision. He allowed us time to work though it and once a decision to move forward was made he was one quick call away. I would highly recommend purchasing from Roush and working with Dustin specifically.

Its hard for me to have a positive review on Roush. I used to work in the service department many years ago, so I was obviously biased at the time. Probably three years ago, my car shut down, and I couldnt get it back up and running. It struggled to turn-over and had a pretty bad electrical burn smell. I had it towed to Roush. A few days later, they told me they needed to begin with a new starter, $600+. At the time of the repair, I worked at Germain Honda, and I wanted to get a second opinion before approving any repairs. The technician at Germain told me that a new starter didnt sound like the proper repair for the issue I was having. Go back a month or so, my A/C went out, and when I started it the next day, there was an awful metal grinding sound. He looked at the car himself and when he called me, he told me he was clueless to why Roush quoted me a new starter.............it had absolutely nothing to do with the starter. He said the A/C Compressor had locked up. He replaced it, and it started right up, and saved me hundreds of dollars. Ive had the car for 5.5 years, and still havent had a single issue with the starter. Oh, and the car is an 07 Fit with over 200k miles on it now.

Well, after changing oil transmission for my pilot 2020, they missed the fasteners splash shield underbody. I noticed that after washing my car from underneath. I am really upset as this is what I could see!! Never come back to Roush.*Edit*I got a call from the General manager of Roush, and he apologized for that and explained what could be happened. And it could be happened after i changed the engine oil from the other dealer as normally they took the shield off before replacing engine oil not transmission oil.He offered a free voucher for the oil change next time. Thanks for following up.

This was my first time at this dealership but it won’t be my last. Save yourself time and energy and ask for Otis Tate. He sold me my car with professionalism, honesty, and took time to answer all of my questions. We never felt rushed at any step of the process. It felt like I was buying a car from a friend or a family member who was looking out for me, that’s a quality you rarely find at many dealerships.

This was the worst oil change visit I have ever had. When I called for the appointment the day prior, for just an oil change and new wiper blades, the woman stated they had had many cancellations for the next day and scheduled me for 2:00. While on the phone with her, I asked if they could please correct their records, as they have my car under my husbands name (I have asked for this on other occasions and it never gets done). She stated it would need manager approval, but would put a note in the system. So, I took my car in a little before 2:00 and asked the Service Advisor, Jayson, again if he could see that the correction was made so the info was all in my name. He stated he would see if he could get this taken care of for future visits. So I go to the waiting room. Of course, all of the e-mails re: when the car would be finished, the estimate, etc. went to my husband, not me. He forwarded them to me and the estimated time to be completed was 3:30. I thought this was a little long, but whatever. 3:30 came and went - nothing. At 4:00 I went back out to the bay to inquire about my car. I was told that they really got slammed today but that my car was up on the rack and would be done shortly. Jayson apologized for the delay. Back to the waiting room. Next, another individual came in to tell me my car was all done. I followed him out to the bay, where he handed my bill that had someone elses name on it, and keys that were not mine. Again, apology. Back to the waiting room. Finally, Jayson comes to get me at about 4:20. He starts to ring up the charges when he notices that I was double charged for the oil. Thank you for that Jayson. Again, apology and another delay to get the bill redone. I finally get out of there around 4:30. So, 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and new wiper blades. I do not usually write reviews like this, but I feel that this whole debacle was unacceptable. I will NOT go back. I still dont know if they corrected the records...

My previous car was very recently totaled and when I was dealing with the insurance company I was given 1 week with a rental. After searching high and low I found a car I was very interested in here, about 4 days in, I called them up for the car and they were working on fixing the ac before putting it up on the lot, as part of their 117 point inspection on any car they get. I worked with Parker who made sure the car was test drive ready by the next day. (2 days left) Again due to my extenuating circumstances I was dealing with insurance but he helped me through the entire process, I didnt feel pressured to rush the process and by the end of everything walked out with what is now probably the nicest car Ive ever owned.I was able to leave my rental with them, called enterprise up, and left in my new car and I couldnt be happier and more importantly, I feel a good portion of my stress has been lifted because of how hassle free everything was.

I have NEVER been able to get my car in for non routine service in under 5 weeks. Thats problematic when an urgent issue comes up that needs an immediate repair. They seem to have absolutely no sympathy. So if you have an older Honda, thats eventually going to have issues come up requiring urgent attention, youre basically screwed by this dealers service department. Unacceptable.

We worked with Lee Cohen on our purchase of our 2021 CR-V Touring. We needed to see a specific interior on two different exteriors so that we could eliminate one of the options. Lee took us to the off site lot to see first hand the differences. Once our decision was made it was clear sailing. Lee had the car prepped and detailed earlier than expected. We took delivery and we are very pleased with our purchase and how we were treated. Wed recommend Roush and Lee Cohen if youre considering a Honda. BTW, we also purchase our 2018 CR-V Touring from Lee. They look very good, side by side, in our garage.

I was dreading the thought of having to deal with smarmy salesmen, but my gosh what a pleasant surprise it was to work with Tim! I want to go back just to hang out with him again. He was knowledgeable, no pressure whatsoever, and let us test drive a bunch of cars because we were super indecisive. We bought two cars in one day from him and will go back to him for as long as he is in the business. Ray Moore did our financing and we enjoyed our time with him as well. I had heard great things about this dealership and I can now be one of those who speak highly of this company.It was a very enjoyable experience. From the time I walked in the door until the time I drove off in my brand new Honda CR-V. 😄.. I have bought more than 8 cars from Roush Honda and wouldnt go anywhere else. Other dealerships just cant compare with Roush. The customer is always #1 and they continue to treat me that way each and every time I buy a car from them. When my original sales guy retired Steven picked up where he left off. Steven has bent over backwards to help me make my decision as to which Pilot was right for us. He provided info, test drives, different options, side by side vehicle comparisons and much more that I needed to help me make my final decision. Worst dealership in this world. They don’t give any respect to their customers and discriminate based on how they look. Seen staffs yelling at customers and not answering questions. They have lot of time to chat with each other and have fun but not to service customers and doing their job for what they are paid for. Some of their staffs don’t have any clue why they are there and screwed up the service which caused so much chaos. Don’t get misled by their own fake positive reviews. Stay away if you want to save your time, money and to have peace of mind.

Have never really had a lot of issues with this dealership until yesterday. I went in for a B1 service appointment at 3pm. My service advisor said I would be done by 5:30. 5:30 came around and no one came and got me so I figured they were running behind because it was pretty busy. They closed at 6pm and 6pm came around and no one still came and got me or even talked to me. I walked out to the service drop off and no one is there except for the cashier and 1 service man. I asked about my car and they looked up my file and it had been done for a while when I got no text, call, NOTHING. I had no idea how long my car had even been done for but no one came and got me or talked to me, i had to go ask. Will not be going back.

Shady business practices, steer clear of this place. Brought a car in to be repaired, car has been having issues with the battery dying after the car is shut off. it will turn on once jumped. Sales rep knew he had to jump it to bring it out, acted like it was fixed. Between him and the sales manager I ended up getting a better deal than I anticipated. The lot seems kinda small but they have a variety on and off site. Went in for a service on my CRV and was greeted with a service rep who did not like people without cell phones. Well I guess Ill try to find you in the waiting area was his response when I said I didnt have one. It makes his job of actually walking 25 feet to update you on your cars status unbearable for him.And when we moved to a different seats after the first update (and the pitch for more stuff to add to our bill) he was visually frustrated. Then when I said we were paying cash that was the icing on his bad attitude cake.Listen, I have a cell phone that I dont give out the number to and had it with me. And when I move seats because I was surrounded by unmasked customers, I have that right. And if I chose to pay with cash saving the dealership a percentage by not using credit (youre welcome!) I dont need to be made to feel I am troubling a service rep. Guess a thank you for your patronage was too much to ask from him also.This is not the Roush I had experience with in the past.

I can’t recommend this dealership enough. I scheduled a meeting with Ben Maclam, as I walked in someone was signing for the car I came to look at. Ben was very quick to sit me down and attempt to find another vehicle. He took the time to go look at the fresh trade in’s and found me such a better dealer on the same van I was wanting. Ben was very personable and beyond helpful. When it came to test drive he suggested a route so I was able to drive on the freeway and get a better feel for it, he wanted me to get the best feel for the vehicle. He never pushed the vehicle on me, and he would reiterate to me if I didn’t like it to let him know. Financing took a little longer than normal, due to me. But of course he was there to come check on me and keep me updated. He even took a step further and made sure I had lunch, and sent me off to grab lunch while he waited for financing. Ben worked out the best possible deal for me, and got me the car I was wanting at a way better price and less mileage. When it came to signing for the vehicle he made sure to over look the deal and made sure all things were correct for when I signed. The dealership was great, I spoke to a manager Rod in passing. He was fantastic as well, he was clearly busy but stopped to talk about the car. I’ll gladly continue buying cars from this dealership, Ben made the experience so easy and a great experience. My wife and I spent three weeks searching for a new vehicle. After several test drives of several different brands at several local dealers, we decided on a Hybrid CRV. Kevin at Roush gave us a great price and made the negotiation process so easy via emails and a few phone calls, we decided to drop negotiations with our local Honda dealers and make the 3 hour drive north. Upon arrival, they had the car ready to go and we were in and out in 30 minutes! My experience with this dealership is not pleasant at all. I’m not sure about the other sales people here but please stay away from Dustin Boucher(Salesperson) with all due respect. He is very much rude and with his attitude he represents as such he doesn’t want to sell the car. With this attitude I don’t think either him or the dealership would see more customers buying car from them. The only reason I stepped into this dealership is because of my neighbors recommendation and they were shocked to hear my experience from this dealership. My rating is for Dustin Boucher not for the dealership but ultimately the management should look into these kind of issue(s) to have poor rating. Now word of mouth and Google reviews with 5star rating went into gutter.

First, our sales people Hayley and Steve were excellent! My intention was to go to Roush and test drive some cars. I was planning on buying a car, but not that day. Hayley and Steve made the process so easy. They tried no cliché sales tactics. I had no pressure to buy. They let me test drive several cars. I found one I really liked and decided to buy. Mostly because I appreciated the professionalism of Hayley and Steve. The gentleman in the finance office was great too. We had some problems moving money around for our down payment. He was very patient and worked with us as we maneuvered through that process. Overall, the prices at Roush were competitive with other dealerships. The inventory to choose from was great. However, what I’m most impressed with is their employees! The employees were all very knowledgeable. However, If they didn’t know the answer they don’t just make up an answer. They take the time to get the right answer. They are very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roush!

TL:DR:- Everyone is very nice until you commit to buy the vehicle. As soon as they know they have your business, they no longer feel the need to be accommodating and will rush you through the process so they can focus on new sales- if you are considering this dealer because of their extended 7yr/120L mile warranty. It only covers the powertrain and is essentially pointless.This was my second experience purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership. The first time went off without a hitch. The second time was significantly different. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming up until we committed to purchasing the vehicle. Immediately after signing the credit document for financing their attitude completely changed. Everyone from the sales person to the finance guy were dismissive and seemed annoyed by all of our questions. They both tried to rush through numbers and seemed frustrated when we wanted to look thought the numbers in detail. I was accompanied by 3 other family members and every single one of them noticed to sudden shift in attitude.Also, dont be fooled by the additional 7yr/120k mile warranty that they are so proud of. It only applies to the power train and doesnt cover anything else. To quote the finance guy: Honda has an excellent powertrain so this additional warranty essentially means nothing.
