DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner that built the company passed away about two years ago. Shawn took over and has ruined this company. My wife and I had known Jim Heineman most of our lives so we decided to give Shawn our business. He asked us for half of the money up front and we complied. Thats the last we saw of Shawn. He has stolen our money and made every excuse possible to avoid doing the work. We are left now to file theft charges against him and hoping the police take care of him. Shawn is a thief and a liar and you risk him stealing your money if you give it to him. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS OR YOUR MONEY!!!

I called with an issue programming my remote. Shawn took the time to walk me through step by step until it was working. Nicest guy ever. I didn’t buy it from him but called him since I had used their services in the past. Highly recommend! Went out of his way just to a helpful person.

Garage door replaced completely changed the look. Great price also!

Back in early January I had an issue with my garage door where one of the tension wires came off the reel and wrapped around the spring bar. I had Suburban Door install the door and opener the previous October, so I called them and whomever answered said they would be out at noon the next day to take care of it.No call and no show at noon, so I called and left a voicemail around 1, called again about an hour later asking for an update, but ended up calling another service who had guys out to me the next hour, from across town even, who fixed my door.I understand theres a bit of a struggle for current ownership at the moment, but to tell someone youll be out the next day, then you dont show, dont call, and dont return voice mails asking for updates, theres no excuse for that. Whomever I talked to never called back.

Amazing fast service. Nice gentleman, Jim! Called at 8:50 on a Saturday morning, called me back at 9:25 and the job was done by 10:15!!! Even told him it wasnt a huge rush and could wait till Monday so I didnt have to ruin his Saturday and pay weekend prices. Was done for less then $200!!!

MY CRAFTSMAN GARAGE DOOR OPENER QUITE WORKING AND NEEDED REPLACED SO I CALLED JIM(THE OWNER) AND EXPLAINED MY SITUATION AND JIM SHOWED UP AND GAVE ME SOME OPTIONS SO I BOUGHT A LIFT MASTER WI-FI MY Q OPENER AND JIM WAS IN AND OUT AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND NOW I NEED A GARAGE DOOR AND WONT BUY FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT JIMS.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUBURBAN DOORS FOR ALL YOUR GARAGE DOOR NEEDS.

My husband called the company at 8am the door was repaired prior to 11:15 am. The gentleman that repaired the door is the owner and was very clean, quick and thorough. If you need and honest job at an honest price this is your company.
