They say they care but they dont. Begged me to come back and still dropped the ball. Why would I ever again? Dont buy, and dont get maintenance done by these clown babies.

I love Lee Credit Express, got my last 2 vehicles through them, and theyve always done right by me.Sadly this wasnt a great experience. I was originally told the repair would take a bit more than a hour but when I got the call for scheduling they said 2 and a half hours... so an extra hour isnt bad, id still have plenty of time to get my other stuff done.The morning of my appointment I was scheduled for 8am....i was on time and I gave them my vehicle and I went and sat down to wait.Around 11:15 i went to ask about my vehicle and apparently they had broken some stuff while fixing it....it would be a bit longer til it was fixed. SmhFinally I got my vehicle back at 130pm. They said everything was fine and I shouldnt have any problems now lolNeedless to say im unimpressed. What began as 1.5 hours turned into 5.5 hours and 1 of the things they were supposed to be doing was recharging my ac because it was barely pushing out any cold air and I use my ac ALOT during the summer months....tried it out today 5/15 and it still barely pushes out cold air....im better off with all the windows downSadly id rather go without it than sit in there waiting area again waiting for however long itll take them to fix it againGreat place to buy a vehicle from but not exactly where you want it fixed from

I have to say I’m quite disappointed in the Westbrook location. I went in on Saturday night to inquire about a car and to get information to bring home to my father. I was paired with a dealer and he was very helpful while I was there. The car I was interested in was at the credit now location in Bangor and he told me that he could have it brought down to Westbrook if it was something I wanted to follow through on. I needed to talk to my father about getting help with a down payment so he gave me his cell phone number so I could let him know my decision, I let him know I did in fact want to purchase the vehicle Sunday evening and he said he would have his manager call Bangor Monday morning to see when it could be brought to Westbrook. I got a call from the dealer Monday morning/afternoon stating that “Because they’ve only had it six days, they won’t let us bring it down here.” So I took the liberty of driving 2 hours one way with my mother to the Bangor location to purchase the car and was asked why I didn’t have it transferred to Westbrook and that NO ONE called them to even ask... I finalized the purchase with Michelle in Bangor, she and Skylar were very kind and helpful and went above and beyond. I will NEVER go to the Westbrook location again. This whole situation has shown me that the Westbrook location is extremely unreliable and untrustworthy. Westbrook lost a large sale with a large deposit for reasons unknown to me. I’m glad the sale went to the Bangor location.

I will say, I always dread going to the dealer for service, but the staff at Lee do a pretty good job.

I felt compelled to get on and give a shout out to one of Lee Auto Malls Salesmen, Brenden Marshall. I have been strongly considering trading in my Jeep for something a little bigger. Brenden has been working with me to come up with the plan that works best for me and my family and I just want to say thanks! Its a very stressful time and I couldnt be more grateful for his patience and kindness throughout this process.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my wrangler here to get new brakes and transmission lines done- the work needed is extensive as the car is old. They told me the amount of work needed exceeded what the car was worth (8k work needed). The continued to tell me the trade in value of the car is 100 dollars. There are 1,000 dollars worth of new tires on the vehicle alone. These people are predators and scam artists. Do not under any circumstances trust them with your vehicle.

Ive leased a Ford for the past 6 years but Ive always wanted a Jeep Wrangler...since I started driving so many years ago. I went to Lee in Westbrook and met with Mike Marsh. He had me test drive a couple of models which I liked but at the time the deals werent all that great. So I held off on the purchase. Mike was persistent which, as a salesperson myself, I can appreciate. 3 days ago I was perusing the listings on their site and found the Jeep I wanted. I messaged Mike to see if he could get it from their Auburn lot which he did in only a couple of hours. I really hammered him on the pricing and wanted to get as good a deal as possible and Mike came through. Drove down to lee Westbrook from Augusta yesterday with intent to pick up a used TDI. Over all experience was awesome was greeted by a fellow veteran, Will Mann and instantly felt like my business was in good hands. They had me in and out within an hour and a half and even helped to accommodate with moving my vehicle. Would highly suggest anyone doing business with these guys or any of there branches throughout. Everyone was socially distant not even a handshake and masks were worn for everyone’s safety

Best auto mechanic experience ever! Very friendly and knowledgeable, great prices, and excellent service. Chris did a great job on my brakes. He also took the time to explain the state safety check and showed me some things about my truck that I need to fix to pass (I just moved here from the west coast -- had no idea about that stuff!). These guys are very honest and took good care of me. Ill definitely be back for future work.

Special kudos to WILL at the service desk, who was very friendly, helpful, and did a great job of making me feel like a valued client (even though I was just there for a free recall service!). Im only giving a 4 and not a 5 start because of my initial interaction with Lees auto. My final purchase experience went very smoothly once I was working with Fred Pickering at the Westbrook location. I inquired about a specific vehicle listed online at the Auburn dealership location. Everything seemed to be going fine until I mentioned wanting to do a lease from another state. After checking with a manager I was told they couldnt help me because they did not do leases anymore with my state of residence. I pushed back in a follow-up email for further consideration by a manager. A few days later I was contacted by Fred Pickering at the Westbrook dealership location. From that point on the process was surprisingly smooth even from handling everything long distance from another state. Fred was accommodating and made sure he was available when I arrived to take delivery of my new car. I was a bit apprehensive after my initial interaction and reading some previous reviews but my final experience was probably the most hassle free and pleasant car purchasing Ive had in over 10 years.

Every member of the Lee Auto team went above and beyond the service I came in for - I cant recommend their expertise and care enough. Not only did they quickly replace the recalled part on my car, but they took the time to answer my general questions/concerns, verify my tire pressure, and top off coolant fluids for no charge. Needed a good used car. Came to Lee and test drove three different cars. It took some time but the Sales Associate was very patient and faithfully lined up each car for us. In the end it was the third car that was the charm! The price was great and they gave me a great price on my trade. Overall Im very happy!

Bought a truck here a couple of weeks ago with Corey and we really enjoyed working with him. We had been to many dealerships that day, and this was the first one where there were several people waiting outside to meet you (even though it was freezing out). Just this simple gesture made me want to stay and look around. Although the person who met us did not have anything in the used section that we were looking for, he pointed us in the direction of the new vehicles and working with Corey. We found Corey to be pleasant and knowledgeable. Though we were pretty specific with what we were looking for, he was able to find us 2 matches on the lot. He brought us out the cheaper truck 1st, which was nice because he was actually trying to be mindful of our budget and not trying to upsell. He only brought us out the other truck (and the one we ended up buying) because we asked to see it. We honestly had no intention of going home with a truck that day, but we liked the truck and how they worked with us on a reasonable monthly payment. We also really wanted to give Corey the sale. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend starting here if you are looking for a new Dodge.

Do research before stopping by, it could save you a lot of issues and dont go in alone if you dont want to get taken advantage of especially in the service center. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone because of the treatment I received from the beginning to the end. They lie, do shady things to your vehicle, harass you, ignore you, place blame by assumptions if they feel you dont have a backbone and dont understand your consumer rights. Before stopping by be sure to research consumer rights through the attorney general office.
