Went in to do my warranty checkup and cleaning. At the same time I asked the lady to clean my other ring as Ive done in the past (this one isnt from Morgan) It was no problem to clean it the same time years past. The lady took my ring to the back and said she would clean it to I just got into my car was looking at my ring and realized the lady never even cleaned it. Only cleaned the one band that Morgan Jewelers sold me. Well Ill definitely never buy another piece of jewelry again from here. Her Associate number is LC821

Horrible Customer Service experience at this store. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. My wife got me a watch as a wedding present and I needed to remove a link so that it fits just right. This seems like a fairly simple customer service that could be provided. They refused because they couldn’t verify that I purchased the watch there and I didn’t want to be charged $30 plus tax. The representative was rude and unfriendly. Buy your jewelry elsewhere

I have never been to Morgan Jewelers before yesterday, and I didnt know what to expect. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, even though there were no free employees. I didnt have to wait long for the ring cleaning, and I could tell that the man helping me (I wish I remembered his name!) was passionate about his job and he was very careful handling my ring, which has extreme sentimental value (as well as being gorgeous:)). The staff was really energetic and funny! They were super helpful and patient and helped me pull off the perfect wedding! My husband LOVES his ring! I highly recommend them. They stayed in the price range I asked for up front and didn’t attempt to update me, which I really appreciated.

A couple years back I got a ring on credit from these people and paid it off. Unfortunately I had one late payment back then in 2017.It’s 2020 now.Everything has been paid off for years and I was only late once or twice and paid it off the minute I knew. I called today to have the negative remark removed from my credit and they tried saying that it’s required by law to report it to the credit bureaus. That’s FALSE and is a LIE.By law nothing needs to be reported and it CAN be removed if they want to. Even with my debt being PAID already years ago I requested to have the remark moved and they wouldn’t. This place is an abusive creditor even if you’ve paid them.Trash people and company.Stay far far away from this company.

Orded a ring and they said it would be 2 to three weeks. Hadent heard nothing by three weeks so went to check said another week

Went into the west valley city location in despair thinking I could not afford anything for my wife. The sales associates were very nice and helpful. I showed the associate what my wife wanted exactly for Christmas. She gave me a price and I was even in more despair. She then with confidence reassured me I would be walking out of the store with the set my wife wanted. They ran my credit and I had semi great credit. The manager stepped up and stepped in and made what the associate said come true!! I walked out of the store with a great payment plan and the jewelry set my wife wanted. They were so nice and so helpful!! When I got home I wanted to go into tears because with my bad luck these people made my wife’s Christmas dreams come true! I will be buying from this location again in the future!! Thank you so much for everything!!

Miss Cassandra was an amazing sales associate! She smiled the entire time and stuck by me for the 2 hours I was in the store! She had very good communication skills and product knowledgement! I didnt purchase my wedding ring here but I was at the mall and went in to see if they could clean it for me and they happily took it back to professionally clean it and even gave me a bottle of water while I waited. On Friday, my husband and I went to Morgan Jewelers to redeem a free ring cleaning. I decided to bring my mom’s old ring and wedding band to get cleaned, since my husband bought mine from there and I can get it cleaned anytime.We walked in and Danny was the employee there who would be helping us. I explained that I was there for a free ring cleaning and I showed him my mom’s ring set. He asked why not the ring on me and I told him how my ring is from there and I can get it cleaned anytime. 😁Danny asked, “Why not clean them both at the same time?”I replied, “I love the way you think!” 😃Towards the end of our visit there, I showed Danny a necklace of mine that I have had since I was 12 that had gotten oxidized. It’s been been that way for 8+ years and I’ve been hanging on to it, in hopes that it could somehow become silver once again.I asked if it was possible to get it back to the silver color it used to be. I knew that if any jewelry place could help restore my necklace to the silver color it once was, it was Morgan Jewelers.Danny cleaned part of it and it worked! I honestly thought I’d never see my necklace the beautiful silver color it once was. I’m grateful for the excellent customer service I was provided with. I recommend shopping at Morgan Jewelers. 💍

This location deserves no star. The product and ring is beautiful. Costumer service is awful. If you only want Kendra (Sales person) to call and leave voicemails (multiple a week) to your husband and also to your phone to remind your husband to make a payment. Then have her manager not listen to you or call you back, this is the place.If you want better customer service, please go to the location in Fashion Place Mall in Murray, UT.

I love this place you can’t get me out of there! I got my engagement ring and both my husbands and my wedding ring, and a lot of other fun stuff. The staff is always really nice and welcoming and I love how they don’t pressure me into buying. They are always willing to let me see anything I like to try! I would go no place else!

I had a fabulous first experience here. The selection is a little bit smaller than some of the other locations, but what they lack in product they make up for in customer service. I was promptly greeted and they answered all of my questions, and even offered to order in the item I wanted since they didn’t carry it. The prices are very reasonable and the jewelry is very high quality.

I had to go get a stone replaced after loosing my center diamond. My ring was custom made and we were worried the new stone wouldnt fit,but after a week, we were really impressed with the beautiful job they did. My ring looked better than new! Was worth the wait and money!!!

The day thats supposed to be a perfect day, will not be after all. I went to Morgan Jewelers and found the perfect ring for my fiance. The woman who helped me was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. However, upon picking up my ring was another story. A different woman was at the store when I went to pick up my ring. The woman who was there handed the ring and receipt to me without any box. I asked the woman for a box and she gave me a cheap box with the Morgan Jewelers brand name on it. Did she expect me to propose without the ring in the box? I asked the woman If I could have a wooden box or a different box and the woman said no. Its hard to believe a jewelery store wouldnt have any other choices in ring boxes. Also, when I got home, I notice the outer box had some sticky yellow crusty substance on it. Not impressed and I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this store.

This is the last chance I will give them to make it right by allowing them to refund my money.I had the ring sized for my wife. Like others, it took far longer for their Master Jeweler to size the ring. The workmanship was and is inferior and shows a serious lack of attention to detail. The mount for the diamond was some ungodly monstrosity that looked so out of place it was almost comical had it not been so emotional devastating to see the hack job they did on the ring.Now its in the hands of the Master Jeweler again. It was in need of a minor repair to stop the prong on the mount from catching on my wifes clothing. The mount for the diamond was again replaced. My wife refused to take possession of the ring due to shoddy workmanship, again.I want my money refunded and Ill go elsewhere to purchase a ring.

Took my ring in to get cleaned. I have lots of filigree on my ring and it is very difficult to keep clean. The employee checked to make sure my diamonds were tight on my band, and then cleaned it for me. It made a world of difference!

I wish I could send pictures of all the receipts and money we have put into one ring we actually have paid for at least 2 now it’s weird we put half down the ring was only 1700 but weird where did the half go and why are we still paying 100 a month since aug 18 we have been ripped off and have never got an answer where all of the money that we put down on the ring went the lady probably pocket it cause they have no record of it even though we have a receipt this place will drain you and call you numerous times a day even if you paid your payment asking for more money threatening collections where’s get gebhart or BBB they need to be fully investigated for fraud theft and fake service FRAUDS
