I’m treated well and they are even kind enough to give a discount for being a regular. I really enjoy shopping here. Best quality hair extensions for a great price.

Not bad store. Like the variety of products. Wished there were more variety for bundles. A little over priced for the thickness of the bundles. Will come back to shop for other items.

Google and sign on store says 8 P.M. closing. Arrived 15 min before closing and store was completely closed no one even inside. Now I have to start my new job with green freaking hair because they were closed before closing time. Thanks Diva I will stick to Sallys from here out.

I went to this shop at 10:15 am on a Tuesday, their hours said that they opened at 10:00. 10:30 came and so I called the phone number on the store, I asked if they were pen and she said she would be there later on and hung up the phone? Lack of management for sure.

Isabelle use to do do a great job. But recently her qaulity in work has become rather poor. Although she can braid fast. The lasting quality of the hair style is over all 1%. The last 3 times Ive gone to her. She has caused my hair to break off. I have thick beautiful mixed hair, that grows very healthy. Breakage isnt a part of my DNA. The last time I went to her on August 8 2020 she did a real cute style i designed. The next day all the braids had unravelled and slipped down. Giving me the look of dirty messy not twisted dreads. Isabelle had promised to redo it but would never schedule a time with me. She even sent me a rude text message regarding the situation. I guess after going to her for over 4 yrs and her getting more clients I didnt matter anymore. She had just invited me to her wedding at this hair appointment. I was going to Isabelle when she was working out of her home. Before she had a shop.I thought we had a professional and non professional relationship. I have always paid her and tipped her. A protective hair style should not cost me my hair. I couldnt get her on the phone so I called the bank and disputed her. Got my money back. I will buy hair from Diva hair salon until I find a place to buy hair. But I will never let Isabelle do my hair again. She doesnt take pride in her work anymore. shes stealing by not giving people what they pay for. I considered her a sister. I would never have thought she would do me this way. Its been a month and still she has not returned my call or messages. She knows she did me wrong and all she needed to do was fix it. Instead she chose to lose a great client/friend. Money isnt everything!! its the relationships with people that you build, that holds true value in each persons life. Thats how you run a business especially one thats so personable. I own my own business and I would never insult a client as she has done to me. In short. Diva Hair Salon has gone down in quality of service.

It’s 745pm. Store hours on google and the door states 1030-8pm and the door is lock. I drove 30 mins to get here.

My wife goes there quiet a bit. Unfortunately they are close Sundays but she takes our girls there for most of there hair supplies. They are reasonably priced and have good selections of products. The need more color needs tho for little girl hair. Even the little black rubber bands I think my wife said she has a hard time finding

Said they were open til 8, but were closed by 6. When I called and asked if they were open, the lady said yes. I said well I’m standing outside your door and it’s locked. Her response was, oh sorry we closed early today.Perhaps next time leave a sign?

Elizabeth is a very nice young lady. I loved talking with her .. I go to her shop if she dont have what you want she will get it for you.. she also do hair. And a beautiful job that she does..... some people need to stop judging the store .. just follow your heart to a beautiful African young woman trying to have a business....

The synthetic hair they sell is great quality. They have a HUGE selection. The prices are comparable to what you might order off Alibaba or Ebay.Staff is extremely helpful and knowlegable.Plenty of parking out front.

Love this place! So many products and great pricing. This will definitely be my new go-to for anything hair related.

A bunch of horrible synthetic hair. It is a such thing as good synthetic hair. Who wants doll hair on their head lol its literally plastic hair. Items are over priced too We need a real black hair beauty supply store.

I give this business 1 star, because we at least were able park our 18 wheeler truck in the parking lot. Im a trucker driver, who was looking for a beauty supply store . I googled this one, I was happy to know this place didnt close until 8pm. WELL THATS WHAT IT SAID ONLINE. BUT THAT WAS NOT TRUE. I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO COME TO THIS STORE. I MADE IT THERE BY 7:30PM AND THEY WERE CLOSED. I GUESS THEY MAKE THEIR OWN HOURS. WE CALLED AND A GUY SAID HE WAS OUT OF TOWN, FOR US TO CALL ANOTHER Person, who we assumed was supposed to have the store open. NO THANKS SIR.

Says there open on sundays till 5:00 pm. Came at 2:30 NOONE WAS THERE. Theres even a sign that says open on sunday and sat. So i called the store line, a lady answers amd tells me shell be there and 10 minutes. Well here it is 45 mins later and still no sign of her. If it wasent an emergency, i wouldnt have waited soo long. I really do hope more beauty supply stores become available in the near future. As these guys are obviously very unprofessional and seem not too care too run thier business properly!!!

Drove all the way to this place and they werent open. Its the middle of the day in a Tuesday! All the lights are on and the OPEN sign is blinking...But the doors are locked. Absolutely no business hours posted any where.

I had a really bad experience and the work I got done came out super bad I really wouldn’t recommend at all. It was just horrible.

Very horrible unreliable and unprofessional business! The website said they are open on Sundays I came here and the doors are locked called the number provided and the lady said she would be there at 1:30 I came back out 1:40 p.m. doors are locked and I called the number again no answer and no way to leave a voicemail! Other people as well were showing up trying to open the door ridiculous! As a shop owner myself I will never refer clients or anybody I know to this place for anything!

The time say opening at 11am, I was there ten minutes before 11am went to the door and pulled, it had not opened yet. Waited for 15min more just incase they were running late. Im sad to say that they still was not open. 🤔😪
