I love shopping here a lot, it has so many different fragrances of candles, lotions, shower gels, plug ins room fresheners, just a huge variety of items to choose from... Their always adding new fragrances around holidays too! Some items a bit pricey, but worth it.. I love the mini body lotion so great for traveling! I just recently made a purchase of a couple of fall candles and a crystal candle stand absolutely beautiful, lights up and rotates little shiny crystals inside, runs on 3 double AA batteries. A great store to shop at!

We are here very often for the great sales they have!! Today, we got 4 body washes and a wall plug in refill all for less than the price of 1 body wash! We LOVE their semiannual sale! The employees are also very kind and helpful always! This location has a good stock and is always bringing in new items!

The best lotions your wife can find. She hasnt brought home a bad one yet. Always have great deals. From hand sanitizer that smells like the ocean to perfumes .

Love their products. I tried ordering online using a gift card and it wouldnt process, so that was super annoying and I wasnt able to use my 20% off coupon as it expired that day.... That was annoying. But I really like theyre exchange and satisfaction guaranteed policy

Its a nice store, they just dont have everything there since the location is smaller. I went about 2 months ago to get a White Pumpkin wallflower fragrance but they didnt have any. They told me they would call me when they had more, but I never received a call, and now they have moved on to their Christmas scents. Hopefully I can get some white pumpkin next year! 🙏

Literally the only place I get my lotions from(not this location in particular). I suffer from bad dry skin and Ive tried lots of different lotions and Bath & Body Works is the only place that I found lotion that works for me. They have amazing scents and you can try before you buy to see what scents you like. The staff here was super friendly and although they were very busy, they still made sure you found what you were looking for. Definitely will return to this location when Im in the area. I absolutely love Bath & Body Works!!!

Ashley the manager is great! I was there when the store was about to open and as soon as she opened the store front she invited me in. Made me feel welcome. There was a scent that I love that I didn’t see on the floor and she was kind enough to go to the back looking for it and found it! Also there was an elderly man that seems to be a regular that she was patient and kind to, helping him find the items he needed. Ashley is great! She treats everyone like a person rather than a number or a sale. Great job Ashley! I will continue to visit this location.

Not generally my cup of tea, but the store had good hygiene habits, even during covid. A decent experience but 2 minor complaints. TLDR: Its a store. Nothing worth writing home about. Cant think of an alternative specialty store, so if you dont like fancy soap, high quality lotion, or funky candles, just go to Target.1. Store LayoutWhile the displays were visually appealing and generally well spread, it was highly counterintuitive to getting a look at the whole selection. This results in not feeling as though youre making an informed decision as to what fragrences are available. If you just know what you like and are the type to grab and go, this is fine, but I dont go out that often, so I like to get a thorough look at my options.By the end of the trip I thought I had seen all the fragrences, but I found, as I was checking out, that there was a whole wall *just* to the right of the register that had an alternate selection of hand soaps that had preferable scents to what I had gotten. And getting a nice stock of hand soaps for my bathroom was the entire point of the trip. :/ Especially considering there was a sale for *those specific soaps* this was majorly poor planning.This could be reminded by having a sort of *menu?* for the selection, for example, there is a wide variety of 3 wick candles made by different brands, perhaps a list of all the fragrences with the brand name beside? On top of that the displays are quite dense, it seems like they have their entire store inventory on display. Considering my next point this seems like a missed opportunity for utilizing space.2. Too many employees.There were at least three employees walking around the store either cleaning or restocking, a greeter, and 2 cashiers. And this is not a large store. I know of some grocery stores with fewer on shift employees.This results in the store having a lot of people in it (for the allotted space) if more than 3-4 groups if customers are there. During covid? Hmm.You dont need 3 different employees stocking and cleaning at the same time. MAYBE 2. Though if the greeter helped, only 1 would be required. And considering the displays were under no circumstances hurting for a restock, even for visual purposes, that would still only require 1 floating employee to stock and sanitize. This was only made glaringly obvious by that fact that each of the floating employees each told us different and conflicting information about the sales... Minor but infuriating.Summed up. Its a soap store, could be better could be worse, but considering I go there less than once a year, not exactly anything worth making a fuss over.

Whats not to love. Just do not go when specials are going on or during holidays, the lines are too long. Fashion place has extra cashiers set up throughout the store on these certain days that helps relieve congestion which is a plus.

LOVE LOVE LOVE B&BW! I have to admit I only shop there for their semi-annual sales but thats because I buy tons and tons of lotions when I go, infact, I have literally years with of lotion. I keep telling myself I went buy anymore and until Ive used up my stock but I cant help myself! Best place to buy a Christmas gift card so the receiver can go redeem it for their 75% off sale in January but you can NEVER go wrong with B&BW gift cards. The sales associates will also show you how to save more money and get more product with everything youve already picked out, its all about how you group items. Great CS!

Winter is coming and so are my favorite winter scents at Bath & Body Works! Stocked up tonight on gentle hand soaps that smell so good.

I love their foaming hand soap. It removes grease and dirt exceptionally well and does not dry out your hands. Although it doesnt moisturize your hands either.

I came in this time to purchase a couple of birthday gifts. I did exactly that and as long as I was there I bought myself a couple tubes of A Thousand Wishes lotion/cream. Gosh this place is certainly one of my Happy Places! 😊

Everybody was nice. They greeted you when you walked in service was fast even though there was a big line of people. I got a sample sized lotion that feels and smells amazing.

The staff have always been very friendly and helpful when I visit . The store is clean and laid out well so I dont have a problem finding something . The only complaint is I wish they had an entrance within the mall. Recommend this place.
