What a nightmare. I scheduled my first delivery with Vickers and they spilled oil due to using improper fitting. Instead of taking ownership they keep blaming our system stating that there was a clog. (The driver admitted to me that they used incorrect fitting due to not having the right one on hand). They promised to clean up and stated they would send someone else out which never happened until I called MASS DEP. sadly they were not done placing blame on me and our system after MASS DEP called a new manager called me. They still haven’t cleaned up and I don’t have oil I have already paid for. Not only is this bad service but there now is oil in the ground.

After going with the trendy company that shall remain nameless due to popularity and being left in the cold for days waiting for a delivery, I found myself reaching out to Vickers. Not only was their customer service polite and understanding but they took care of us immediately with a prompt delivery.While the other company advertises to have the lowest prices I found that Vickers’ price were actually about the same. Even if they are a few cents more I’d pay the extra just for the sake of reliability and certainty that I won’t have to wait days before oil gets delivered.I highly recommend them and I will definitely will be using them for future deliveries. I was forced to use another oil company because the company I had for years was bought up. Three years with the new company and had my first problem. I told them that I had NO heat and the temp in the house was 50 degrees. They told me that I would have to wait(2 days ) until monday for them to come out and see what the problem is. I hung up the phone.I called Vickers and was heard out of my dilemma. Jennifer arranged everything and I had heat in the house within an hour. A big Thank You to all the Vickers employees that made this possible. This is taking customer service to the Ultimate. A+

I have never had any issues with them. I have received courteous and prompt service. You call and delivery is scheduled for the next day, they even deliver during a very cold and heavy snow storm. Keep up the good work!!

Theybover charge You for your order and fillup more oil than you ask for. If you order online and ask for X amount of gallons and dont click fill they cant deliver the full amount but if you click on it then they will fill it up regardless of what you asked for. Also the custummer representatives are rude and dont show customers respect. I will be taking my business elsewhere regardless of pricing. I do not recommend this company. Wish I could give them negative stars.

They are actually the cheapest around right now and price match which is amazing! they never deliver more oil than you ask for, and they generally deliver the same day or next day of!
