Great service and great prices! Had them a few years back, but switched to gas. We moved and now are using them again for oil. Great company and great people. Definitely would recommend them.

Beyond disappointed.My brother and I called today for rates/information and had to deal with an incredibly rude interaction. Not only did the man scoff and was curt he wasn’t helpful and couldn’t answer any inquiries. Not a great way to run a business/costumer service. Safe to say we will be going somewhere else.

Dave Frasco is a good man. Yet you would honestly be floored by the way some people speak to him. So, if he seems gruff and impatient on the phone, he most likely just had somebody literally yelling at him about the price of oil – as if he personally drills it from the ground and determines global pricing. I understand that Frasco Fuel Oil is just another name on your list of bills, but it’s a very small business in enormous demand.He likes NASCAR, horses, old Ford pickups, has a hippie musician son in Nashville [me,] and truly cares whether or not you have heat and hot water. Throughout my life, I’ve watched him put his customers needs above himself, his health, profit, and even family. I know it’s much easier to leave a negative review, but after tirelessly serving the area for 35 years, he deserves the benefit of the doubt. I relocated to the area, and I didn’t fully understand what it took to keep my home warm and functioning. Initially, I was the punk who assumed that fuel oil was akin to cellular service. Thankfully, I learned that it’s a different service where patience and quality are most important. Dave is a class act and I am thankful for his professionalism. My cold heart was warmed by his great service!

This is a really great company and they have gone above and beyond for me and they helped my grandmother out for many years as well. They have come to me for emergency service multiple times and were here right away. Their pricing is always great too. I trust these guys!

I have used FRASCO for 4years. Im a believer to support small and FAMILY owned business 1984. I CALLED 8WEEKS AGO FOR PELLETS. EVERY TIME I CALLED IN THE PASS FEW WEEKS. I GET THE RUN AROUND FROM THE OWNER THIS SATURDAY. THE STAFF IS VERY NICE NASTY LIKE YOU ARE BUGGING THEM. THEY CANT TAKE TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND RUSH YOU OFF THE PHONE. LEAD BY EXAMPLE THE OWNER NEEDS TO GO TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. JUST STAND BY YOUR WORD IF YOUR GOING TO DELIVER OIL OR PELLETS. A SIMPLE PHONE CALL TO THE CUSTOMER TO TELL THEM DELIVERY WILL BE BEHIND. STOP THE EXCUSES AND CLOSED THE BUSINESS OF 35 YEARS RETIRED SINCE YOUR RUDE AND UNHAPPY WITH YOUR JOB.IF YOU WANT TO BE STRESS FREE DONT USE THE BUSINESS.

I used their service for the first time when I ran out of oil. When I called the owner and explained my situation on a very cold day, the owner sent the truck right away. The technician primed the furnace and I had heat again in a short time. I definitely recommend this company.

Ive been using them for 10+ years. Always competitive pricing so I use their auto fill option. They have helped a few times with emergency after hours calls when my heat went out. Fair prices on service. Owner is always easy to reach and helpful. If you call for a fill they come within a day or two. They offer desil for cold weather freeze prevention and have helped me over the phone for free

Customer service sucks. Wont deliver unless your driveway is perfectly clear. Slow to deliver. Told them were out of oil and it took them a week to deliver. Told me to go get some diesel. Dont know how they stay in business when they cant deliver when its most important. Wish there was a negative star!!!!

Have used them for a couple years. When I needed oil all I had to do was call and I had it within a couple days. Price was always fare too. The service on the heating unit was always neat and clean when completed and the tech always brough me down to go over what was done.

This is the last time I will ever use Frasco Fuel. The man who answers the phone, who is the owner is extremely rude! The customer service is awful. I dont know how this man still has any business left. I wont be using this establishment again & come to find out Im definitely not the only person who feels this way!
