Arline was very helpful with setting up my new account. She has great customer service skills. I like that is was very patient with me, I will definitely come back to this store for all my future business with Boost. She is Awesome!

I just came back from the boost Mobile store in West Springfield and thanks so much to Arlene for all of her patients and her help as I am a 70-year-old Luddite and Im not techno savvy like at all she took care of everything and the one thing she couldnt do was because I use an unusual email provider for the address only but was not something she would know. Keep on smiling Arlene it is a nice one.

Great experience yesterday with Anthony! Transferred 4 lines to the new network, upgraded 1 phone and added a new line/phone. Anthony handled everything patiently and professionally.

I went in having reoccurring issues with my new Samsung galaxy s10 that I am still a year out in to paying off. Joselin absolutely took care of the situation. She was kind, polite and courteous. She had no issue explaining what the issue was in a manner that was easy to understand and felt like she truly wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Unfortunately Ive gone to other branches around the area and have been led in circles with representatives that dont seem to be fully trained or that dont fully care. Absolutely recommend this branch to anyone who wants the job done right the first time around.

I went here in the store closed 1 hour earlier than its own closing time on Google map and on the store door itself very disappointing that the store is going to close 1 hour before its official closing time I would have wasted gas driving there for nothing because they close 1 hour early I know that for a fact because The door was locked but we seen employee walking around inside and they still had one hour left till closing time so I rate this place a two out of 5 star Thats just straight bad business

This place is horrible! The girl over charged me when I said to give me back my money it was a problem! I stated to give me back my money or I was going to call the authorities! They overcharged me and they couldn’t give me an explanation on why they were charging me $30 over the amount it was suppose to be. Never again!! Beware of these thieves!!!
