Really nice people work here at night. Really laid back, peaceful atmosphere. Things cost a bit more in places, but the selection is more diverse than a lot of the other stores Ive been to.

Most extensive beer selection in West Plains. If you cant find obscure brewers at the formidable WalMart (and possibly the price gouging Mulligans), this store goes the extra beer mile. Of course, prices for craft beers are nosebleed. Happy-go-lucky crew manning the store. Take a star off for an aging 1970s store patina, a little rough around the edges. I like their music playlist.

Great group of People. Best place to get your meds filled. Been going there since they opened the pharmacy.

People are wearing masks, all the workers are friendly, and you could walk through the aisles without someone bumping into you. I was also able to find things I could not find in Walmart grocery section. I was there on a Thursday afternoon. So if you are interested, I would recommend going in the afternoon.

They have the most amazing cakes and dessert in town! I hope they stop selling expired food. This would be my go-to store if they did not sell expired food.

I use the curbside pickup for the first time. It worked out okay other than they were out of a couple of items. But I knew that before I arrived. All in all it was a very good experience. I use their app to do the shopping and made payment before my arrival so it was basically contactless curbside pickup.

Its clean,they carry a lot employees helpful upon request its always been just a touch pricey. But have better everything compared to Town/Country

This is the best grocery store in town. The customer service is outstanding! The manager, Bobby, is the most helpful, hard working, kind manager that I have ever dealt with at a retail store.

Went to the pharmacy they were were very polite. Their price was nice too on all my prescriptions.

Very clean and a great place to shop for Oddities. They have things in this store is that arent at most stores. A little pricey, but I dont mind considering it is far cleaner than most places and I get items that I would have to search for online.

The groceries are overprized but the pharmacy and meat department are excellent.

Store is dirty there is mold around the milk along with dried rotten milk. The meat is not fresh and has mold. The deli pizzas have mold the bread is always hard and tiffany the assistant manager is as useless as the manager

Love this store

Nice selection of items for Asian and Mexican dishes. Their produce is usually very good. They have a very nice wine & liquor section. Just not a fan of their meats. Prices are generally a bit higher than other places, but often worth it for convenience and finding items that the other stores dont have. Employees are always very friendly!

Little high on some things. But at least they dont donate to abortion and anti trump funds. Like walmart does

I enjoy shopping and buying my prescriptions at this store. The sales people are respectful and aim to please. I have been shopping at this store for many years.

Items have better availability. Store is trying to obey social distancing guidelines.

Wonderful staff at Rameys both in the pharmacy & the grocery store itself. Fair prices & at times some utterly fantastic deals like their buy one get one free dealson things like Chocolate Chips Ahoy cookies not to long ago. Thank you! GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!!

Plenty of parking, good lighting, clean environment, but yes the prices are about 5-10 percent higher than other local stores.The deli is full service and has a pretty good selection.The downfall of this store is the employee turn-over... management thru entry level. Youll need to be patient if you want help.

Just right size to shop in comfort. You will begin to recognize the staff an be recognized also. Enough variety and well stocked shelves.

I love doing grocery shopping here. They have a variety of things. If they dont have it, they are willing to order it. They also have grocery services for people who are not able to shop for themselves. Very friendly and nice staff.

Decent selection of fresh veggies and meat. Limited selection on many items, not a lot to choose from. Prices tend to be quite a bit higher than other grocery stores in the area. Surprisingly large wine selection for such a small store.

I went to Ramey because I needed to mail something and I had an amazing experience. The kind lady at the customer service desk was so helpful. I did walk around and check out the store, Ill definitely be back.

Basically, the only reason to go to Rameys over other nearby stores is the staff, and convenience of location. If you dont feel like going down Preacher Roe Blvd., the next closest store with variety is Rameys. The staff are usually very diligent and courteous. Ironically, its those in charge I usually get irritated with here. The higher on the totem pole, the least friendly they seem to be. The prices are often higher than most other places. Its just sometimes convenient.

I hardly ever go to this store but honestly the selection is good and the price isnt bad but it is out of the way for me.

I enjoy shopping here because its close to my house and they tend to their customers well. Theres a pharmacy located here as well as a movie rental machine. And if theres nobody to help you at the movie check out the cashiers at the normal registers are pretty prompt about calling someone to the front so that you can be helped quickly.

I love this store! The prices are reasonable and they have a good selection. Their extra features are video rental and a pharmacy. It is the holidays and I just found out they have USPS flat rate boxes which will save me a trip to the post office.

Worst experience ever, customer service manager needs a new job. Period. My Mother has dimentia, I pick up her medicine and groceries twice a month at Rameys. I will never step foot in there again. Nor should you, apparently signing for and using your own valid ID is not enough. You should expose people of vulnerable health to randoms at the grocery store. I did not nothing wrong and I will tell everyone I know about this trifling experience. I live 500 miles away and caretaking is exhausting. Id rather take my chances at the Walmart

Good prices on most things

Clean, staff is excellent, has a pharmacy, and a good organic section. A little more expensive than Wal-mart, but much less busy. They have a bakery and have salads/sandwiches, etc...

Have good sales, but... if you dont check you receipt right away, youll get home and find you got charged retail for the item you thought you buying on sale. The cash register computer and the listed sales prices dont all match up.

Convenient location and good hours. Nice not to have to go to Wal-Mart for groceries. I am a frequent customer and have always had plesant visits here.

This is an absolutely horrible store and company. I went into this store and sat down on one of the electric scooters to do some shopping. The cord, which was plugged in, was all chewed up so I was electrocuted! The company never did anything at all to help me in any way.

It is a nice clean store. There is a good Deli and bakery area.

Very nice place to shop

The reason why I am writing this review is because this is the third bad experience within 2 months that I have had at Rameys. Today I went to get a few items. All of there Roma tomatoes and bell peppers with bad just like they were a few weeks ago. The broccoli heads said they were on sale for 1.39 a pound but all the packages said 1.99 a pound. So I had to stop and get someone to change it. Once I got to the counter I realized the bagels I grabbed were out of date by 1 day, so I stopped, went back to grab different ones and the other bags were out of date by a whole week. I finally found one in the back with a proper date. I really would expect more from a upscale grocery store especially when it comes to produce, however Rameys produce is always bad and its very obvious so it just seems like they dont even care. I would rather go to Walmart at this point. Why should I pay more for bad food?

Prices are On the high end. Probably most expensive store in town. I lived out of town and stopped it to grab frozen corndogs. When i cooked them the hotdogs were grey. I bought 2 boxes and they were all grey. So gross!!! I couldnt eat them waste of $$$!!

Every since Walmart fired Frank Swanson (and I have never been back since), this has been my main shopping place. They were nice enough to hire Frank so I give them 95% of my business. I dont miss the long lines and the crowded isles of WP Walmart at all. Rameys has a great selection and a clean store. All the employees are friendly. Even the manager will come up and talk to you. Overall a 5 star shopping experience!
