Supercenter with the speedy self checkout is the best thing that they got going. Why does it seem like when I have to check myself out I feel like I work their now so when I get done with my order Im ready to check the next person out.. is it me or do youll fell that way too, not to mention I feel like I get myself out faster than their regular cashiers.. oh wait youll dont know what that is, youll thunder cats too dang young. Its Walmart. Be honest theres not much to say about it, that you wouldnt already know. Was a good place to get most of what you need. Good people work there. Biggest issue is like always not enough people working registers.

I am disabled and need an electric cart while I shop. They no longer have them at the entrances. They are in the middle of the front of store. I cannot walk more than 50 to 75 feet and no one offered to go get one for me. My mother had to help me get one. It showed that it had a full charge. I didnt get even halfway across the store and it quit. Asked an associate if she could get me another one and she brought one that had 30% battery. I made it to the back of the store when that one quit. Another associate got me another one and that one died also. After another associate brought another one that said it had 100% charge, I made it halfway across the store when it suddenly went to 15% charge. I gave up trying to shop, went to self checkout to pay for the two items I DID manage to pick up and one would not ring up.. Finally got an associate to help and it literally took 15 minutes to ring up two items. I went to the truck to wait on my family to finish their shopping. All in all a bad shopping experience.

I drove over 60 miles with a inverter that when I opened it it was used and not working. I purchase that one in Memphis and drove all the way to our camp. When I found out it wasn’t working I called the store manager and was told that this location has the inverter in stock so I drive 30 miles to switch the inverter so the kids can play games and they tell me that they cannot do any exchanges or returns after 9 PM because the manager goes home. So I decided to just buy the same model new from their location then I’m told that someone went home with the keys. Whatever Walmart I am done with you. I am only giving 2 stars because a lady did give me good customer service.

That Wal-Mart doesnt have half the stuff most do..terrible..everytime you find something you like the next trip they dont carry it anymore..terrible

Not enough cashiers. The pharmacy side takes cards only. I had to walk to the other side of the store to checkout. It is very ridiculous for this huge inconvenience. The self checkout manager from today must be on her own time. It took her 4-5 minutes to help one person at the self checkout. I just walked away and let the people behind me in line deal with waiting on her to cancel out the screen.

Got to love having to play mazerunner in the middle of a Saturday because most of the isles are blocked off with restock carts and even then half the shelves are empty. Month #3 of the great paper plate shortage of 2021.....

Well organized. Better than what Im used to. Set up a little different than Im used to but once I learned where everything is it was really nice.

Their pickup service is probably the best way to shop here. It has certainly spoiled me. This review is for shopping in the store . Most people were wearing masks when I was there around noon time. And most people were practicing social distancing. The only downside is that the only checkout Lanes open were next to the grocery section. Which is fine if you were shopping for groceries. But if not it means you basically have to walk to the other end of the store to check out. There are self checkout lanes available but they were very busy and Im not a big fan of them anyway. As it turns out one of the items I purchased ring up with the wrong price. If I had been using a self-checkout that would have been difficult to resolve. So just minor gripes in the scope of things. Im very impressed with how the pharmacy offers curbside service for prescription pick up. That works out very well. Ive also used the grocery pick-up service at this location. It is incredibly nice. Its nice to have safe options for shopping.

Walmart is Walmart no matter where you go. Its cattle call a checkout time. Im not sure if they expect us to stock their shelves for them next or not.. but they sure want you to check yourself out by not providing enough cashier operated registers.

Cool Walmart had a different sent up compared to back home. They had multiple Pops that were exclusive hard to find at most Walmarts wish I lived closer🤣

NOT very good today. Wanted a watch battery wait 1hr to get it done. Not to happy with Wal Marts plus had to check my own self out, where were the checker. Not happy with this at all.

Definitely not my go-to store. Too many items are out-of-stock or they dont carry them at all. Selection is limited. A good portion of my grocery items are purchased elsewhere or online because they are out or dont carry them.

One time me and my daughter did some shopping and as we finished up, a worker came and checked our receipt and items. Then here come another one to do the same thing the other one just food and your not gonna believe this but, after that, here come number 3. Did it again. I was so offended. We did nothing wrong wow!

The manager of the west plains Walmart store doesnt care about disabled and elderly. You can not take a cart outside for your disabled family members to be able to shop. Im paraplegic and was told that I could use the cart inside only. I will drive to mountain home where not only can you take their carts out, they will assist you if you ask. West plains Walmart is the worst Walmart store I have ever seen. I have seen at least 50 different Walmart stores in my life.

I have not ever been a fan of wal-mart, but being profiled while in the store will certainly keep me away from this outrageous monopoly. I will happily pay more and feel safer and accepted at target, Costco, etc.

Walmart is my go-to place for most stuff however most Walmart stores Ive been in need more bigger bathrooms theres usually two bathrooms for public and somebodys usually cleaning one of them so you have one small bathroom no matter how busy the store is that day and Im pretty sure I could accidentally design a better bathroom than most of them have whats up Walmart dont we deserve more places to wash up

We really should have a walmart super center out here. Especially sense its a small town! The food options just dont seem like enough. Most of the store feels like its for hunting and car matinence....give us a bigger wallmart 😫

Their floors are always super slippery, I can hardly walk around in there. They never have the peanut butter I like and why does the milk have to be so expensive?

I went to buy a phone and was actually offered help to figure out what I needed.. Normally I would have to search for help. I cant remember what the girls name is but she was super friendly and I could tell she was genuinely wanting to help. Thats awesome!

This walmart has gone out of there way to exclude anyone needing a scooter. They put poles on them that not only obstruct your vision but also dont allow for you to take it outside. My husband is now not able to go inside this walmart. The so called greeters at this door are rude.

Internet was down so couldnt use cards...things happen, however, cashiers attitude was terrible..and it isnt their business why I purchase the items I purchase.

Love the grocery pick up service! Its wonderful being able to shop and not have to go into the store. Its Walmart, what else can you say. It was crowded. Shelves though in the pharmacy were curiously devoid of merchandise. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but ultimately unable to provide any useful information.

Automotive side needs to update the hours.After calling and trying to get in touch with anyone, tried 4 different departments and called multiple times with no answer just to verify the hours on Sunday. Online says 7am-7pm. Showed up at 6pm and the employee inside the Auto side says theyre closed at 6.Youre telling me a big corporation like Walmart cant even update their stuff online? Figure yourself out!

This is the best Walmart Ive ever been to. Its got a barber shop and liquor store inside. Ive never seen this before. The staff is super friendly and the store itself is clean. I only gave 4 stars because its Walmart and I typically dont care to go to them.

Would give 5 stars but the workers never wanna help and when they do they seem mad or angry. The parents choice diapers are always at the very top and i use to go get a big step stool and get them down myself but i didnt have time and NO ONE came to help as I stood there in the isle. One guy looked at me and i said hey can you please grab me something he KEPT WALKING. He looked right at me. Guess he was on break? But yet he couldnt call someone to help me. So a tall customer helped me. He was shopping and didnt care at all. Even showed me where the gloves were I was looking for. Sad when customers have to help each other.

The rows wasnt marked with items on it. They had very little hand lotion that I could only find one brand of. The workers were nice. It was fine in the grocery rows.

It wasnt the worst experience Ive ever had in a Walmart but it was a mess. Associates didnt seem to know where anything I was looking for was and I ended up finding what I needed after about 45 minutes of looking myself and multiple associates telling me they didnt have what I was looking for. Counts and locations of products I was looking for in the store that day were not correct in the app which sent me on a very frustrating scavenger hunt. While on this scavenger hunt I had to make my way around the countless pallets of freight lining action alley with no associates in sight working them. Im trying to be as understanding as possible because I spent a few years working for Walmart but what I seen was just a disaster.*Update*Since writing this review, Ive had more bad experiences and dropped my rating even lower.

Aside from a few things they just dont have, we have been very happy with the service there, with respect to curbside pickup, at least. The employees have all been friendly and kept thier masks firmly affixed to thier faces throughout. Walmart pickup is a game changer for those of us who live way out and only come into town to get provisions. Very grateful to be able to get the things we need to survive out in the sticks, while at the same time being able to stay safe!! 👍

I hate this Walmart. Most common items and especially the cheapest food items are never in stock here. This place has more bare shelves every time I go there than any other Walmart in surrounding towns. Its really odd how often large areas of the food section shelves are completely empty. The place is always insanely busy. Barely a place to park and can barely move in the store. Also the parking lot is terrible. Every time Im there there is random druggy looking people hanging around and bothering everyone for money. Im uncomfortable bringing my kids here and when possible travel further to another town to do my shopping.

Always moving things and cant seem to keep shelf stocked.

They fixed a tire issue for free. I would have given them five stars, but it seems no one ever pays attention to their electric scooters needing charged. I found one for my daughter that was mostly dead. She got around for a little bit

Besides the fact that no employee is ever available to help you, have had them legit run from me when ove went to ask for help, and then tonight they tried to not let me buy one bottle of wine because I had my kids with me and they were helping me unload my cart! If I could give them zero stars I would. This walmart is the worst for customer service! I have had TWO experiences in my WHOLE life of living here where I had good customer service and those 2 ladies went above and beyond trying to help me. I commend them and them alone. What can be said about walmart that hasnt already been said? I went there about a week ago and had tires put on my truck. The staff was friendly and professional and had me on my way very quickly.

Spectacular Walmart! Super clean, extremely friendly staff and not only that it had a beautiful exterior with trees and a patio. Pretty amazing for what I thought would be just a regular old Walmart. If youre driving through this area of the United States and need anything stop here.

Horrible service, either they receive returns from the distribution center and sell them or they restock returns. Too many items that are very obviously not new in box. On top of that the employee attitude is as if theyre held against their will. If you dont like or enjoy where or what you do find another job there is at least 100 different options in the area.

The electric carts are in the middle/front but at least there are wheel chairs at the front door to use for getting to electric carts easier.

The curbside service is a great help to us elderly and handicapped
