They did not not have any sleepper sofa-beds and could not get one fast. Its do to China! But still I was a no purchase trip.

It was just okay. There was a nice selection of furniture. However getting help from anyone was what my favorite author would have called a recreational impossibility. As we were leaving someone finally asked if there was anything they could help us with. We went to a different store and made our purchase there.

Just moved, had to get a bed. Quick decision. Well-made purchase. Fair price. They even helped me load it in and on my SUV and cut me some extra twine to tie it down to the roof. Good experience. 👍

Used to be a great place to shop. Wonderful customer service and caring. Not anymore. We purchased an Ashley Loveseat in July of this year. It was stiff when we got it home and figured it would settle in. Nope! It is the most uncomfortable thing ever. About 6 weeks after we purchased, we asked to return it, not for money back, but for a store credit to select something else. It was a no. Said they would ask the owners and get back to us. Never heard a word regarding that. They have also had to replace a motor and a wiring harness. So, we are stuck with $1000+ loveseat until we can do something else. Also to mention 8 years ago when we bought our house we furnished almost everything there, so a hefty amount, and we have purchased since. It seems customer loyalty doesnt mean anything these days.

Good staff. Low inventory because new shipments literally fly off the floor with high demand for furniture and appliances.

Walked in, found a recliner we loved, bought it and it was delivered the following Friday. Easy peasy.

Cant believe the appliance department salesman turned down a huge sale (house full of appliances) just because of his limited personal opinion. I wanted to spend my money in West Plains but he said he would not order Samsung or LG products no matter what. His attitude also told me to take my furniture purchases for a new house elsewhere too. I can go to the big box store where they sell thousands of appliances and have experience with all brands and actually appreciate your business.

I bought a Recliner here for my Husbands Birthday.Within a yr 1/2 the Material was shot,Browns Furniture wanted to charge me $300 for repairs.Save your Money& go elsewhere!Since when is it Professional anyways to text back& forth to Customers? The whole experience Was Not Professional!!!
