LOVE THIS PLACE. I find staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Rented washer, returned washer because I bought a used washer that only lasted 3 months. Called to get a washer that was delivered and setup within hours. And was able to pick up payments as if Id never done the return. I love you folks...defintely a life saver. Thank you

Good place to do business

I wanted to buy a $1580 dining room set. After finishing paperwork, I was standing at the counter and witnessed a baby cockroach run across some paperwork. Within 3 mins of witnessing the baby I saw a full grown cockroach run across the wall in broad daylight. At this point I was very sceptical to allow delivery of table, but decided it was just a table and took delivery. On delivery two of the chairs were broken and one was put together wrong. I called to address this and was told Jessica would return my call. I waited all day and recieved 0 calls. I finally called the office at 10 till closing. I spoke with Jessica and she admitted that she just failed to plan her day accordingly to allow a 3 min phone call to me. At this point I requested the set be returned. When the crew came to pick up the table it was explained to me by them that they purposely put it together wrong because the screws wouldnt stay in. This is a $1500 table that was ruined by the staff at this location. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Music is always too loud and makes me go to Aarons instead. Absolutely hate that place.

Just walked in to look around. Immediately descended on by a sales person. Explained I was in to just look around, and I started getting a sales pitch. Turned around and left. Aggressive sales people will immediately make me leave.

Overpriced, workers will harass you until you return furniture if you are late even 1 day. They will call over and over even if you got something here before and showed them you paid it off within 90 days making 300 to 400 dollar payments a week sometimes. Not worth it. Try Rent One if need be!
