Driver From This FedEx Office refused to look at my ID for a package that needed an adult signature. I’m 21, I had my Drivers License but the driver refused to give me my package or look at my ID. He was completely disrespectful and rude. My Ring Doorbell Captured it all, this dude will be on YouTube and I hope he looses his job.
Worst place ever. Spend half hour to mail out a simple package! First, this lady who helped us acts weirdly and extremely rude to us. She was yelling at us… Second, she was ridiculously unprofessional at her work as she made THREE times wrong for tying the address. When my husband told her that the address is not correct, her attitude seems like it was our fault…. I don’t know why Fedex hired her, I even think a elementary student would do better job than her. Anyway, I am Super Super disappointed about the place, they don’t deserve any stars.
I stopped by this FedEx Kinkos simply to drop off a prepaid package to return to the shipper.The line was super long, and they only had one person working the counter. She was a short young lady who came across as smug and entitled. She spoke very loudly and rough towards the customers.The store manager Amanda, who seems like she was in training, was very friendly and courteous.Im on the fence with my recommendation of this particular FedEx Kinkos. 3 stars!
Racquel is rude and abrupt. I don’t need or want her poor attitude but it’s my closest FedEx office. Thankfully I don’t have to go there too often.
Vincent (team member since 2021) is the worst out of everyone there. I’ve been coming here for years, but this dude is the laziest worker I’ve seen in my life.
Ive been going to this FedEx for years and have always been very grateful that they are here and ready to serve. Like Panera bread, their employees receive special training on how to be polite. Im very grateful for that and I wish that when I was in business I could have trained my employees in that way. however, its no longer open 24 hours. I miss being able to go and get some work done at 3 AM. So I hope this virus is over soon.

Negative stars if possible. If its not oh it sounds kindda lose inside cant ship charge you for packaging, to oh we need to tape it more to some excuse other excuse. I ship all the time with FedEx and the couple of times i had to come to the store its always a problem with my packaging.
Can be a difficult parking lot to get in and out of during high traffic times. The customer service experience also feels slow.
I had an architectural document I needed printing on a Sunday and the Fedex upload doc system said I had to wait 24 hrs. I called the store and Leo asked me to come into the store and he would take care of it. He managed to print it off for me whilst I was waiting. Thank you Leo for the extra special customer service!

Horrible customer service. They just sit behind the counter looking at you and don’t even take the initiative to come and see if you need help. Then when you ask for their help there’s a charge just for them to assist you. They don’t deserve any stars.🤬

Terrible clerks working! Walked in, store is empty and it took the clerks several minutes to acknowledge my presence. When I was attended to it was rude and like i was inconveniencing them with my presence. After I was done laminating my items I waited for 5 minutes to pay as two employees seemed to be having a personal conversation and literally forgot I was there waiting in line to pay. This place is the worst!!!!!

There are just no words as to how bad this fed ex operates and the management of this location. Fed ex should be embarrassed especially since this place has been receiving awful reviews for a year. Long wait times, unprofessional staff, and at times a lack of employees. They are at least consistent, consistently bad.

This is the worst FedEx facility I have ever stepped foot in solely due to the management running the place. The manager is one of the most miserable, wretched humans I have ever interacted with. If you hate your job that much, please find something else to do as no one is forcing you to work at FedEx. FedEx, this woman is ruining the face of your operation here in West Palm Beach. I will never visit this facility again. I will be using UPS solely moving forward. After a quick look at other reviews, it looks like I’m not the only one who feels this way about this individual. To the low-spirited manager - I hope a heavy box falls on you foot and puts you in your place and that one day, you will learn to be happy just to be above ground.
Well Im definitely not shocked at this 2.7 avg. rating! Every time I go into this location I feel like its asking too much to ask for help with anything! They seem to care more about print jobs behind the counter at night. Ive never had such poor customer service from employees & managers than when I went in to mail out my tax forms a few wks ago. I was denied because I did not have a mask on. I have asma so I cant breath w a mask on!! They let me stand there for 20 mins before saying you cant ship your tax forms out! I went to my car & made a quick mask & was still denied! I will never be back to this location. I happily went to your competition UPS & was not turned away! I also had a driver to lazy to use the elevator to deliver my packages in Treasure Island. I had a package stolen becuz he would leave my packages in the middle of the parking lot! Imagine having to lift several food packages every week to the 4th floor! It took months before he stopped doing that! He wasnt even fired! Your website has errors when changing location of delivery. No one ever could fix my online acct. I think its time to switch over to your competition! Fed ex has some employees that dont seem to care about there customers! Start writing people up & training them better or lose more customers! Remember customers can make or break your business. Your never to big the fall!
Nothing bad so far. Clean helpful environment lots of Do it yourself opportunity if youd rather just email files to the printer, open them, print, and go. Quick clean easy. Helpful kind faced associates in the store and never an issue
Your hours should be longer your company closes way too early for people that need to do documents
Worst service EVER!! I cant believe how lazy is the girl named Ayat (or something like that). I spend more than 25min just to print 2 pictures with an empty store (she was too busy to even pick up the phone), the computer system was down and her answer was oh its down come back in another time, she said they dont have envelops and I had to even ask for my own paper bag (it was raining) NEVER BE BACK AGAIN
Please, please Fedex do something about this place. Worse service ever. Honestly it’s the only Fedex near the area so you have the business so at least appreciate your customers enough to make it a fast and simple service. Only 1 person ever working it seems.
Horrible Customer service stood outside for 10 minutes while all the employees and the manager stood inside and watched us and then came outside 10 minutes later to tell us that theyre closed well when you wait inside until youre closed and dont let customers in. dont understand how this can happen. Maybe they shouldnt form people when they decide to close early
O.M.G. I hav been going here for years .. (since this was a Kinkos ..) the people here even the past few years (it was operating as fedEx) were so impatient, so rude and abusive .. and this was from management .. ! some kids that worked there initially were actually kinda cool nd helpful but that was the exception .. fast fwd to 2 days ago I went in to print a DS-82 form (for my passport renewal) and get new passport pics .. well, the passport picture machine was broken ! (and Im still leaving 5 stars !) The girls there were great .. helpful and I printed out my form and then left to go get the passport pics at Walgreens.. but the way the employees interacted was a complete turn around .. ! Thank you for getting new mgmt or whatever happened to make this change .. I am definitely not going to avoid this location anymore and now I can go back and not be afraid of someone yelling at me .. ! the customer service and just the general Competence on knowledge about product and services (without a hard time like before ..!) is just refreshing .. 5 stars in 2020 .. !
Went in on a Thursday night & I needed to print a few things but needed some assistance because I wasnt familiar with printing on anything other than normal paper and Siah was more than happy to help me out, he showed me step by step what to do & said hell be right here if I have any other questions. Great customer service!

Fabulous staff for design and print on the spot while you wait putting them under pressure. They are terrific. They even have calmed me down on two occasions when I was late and they handled everything. Nice.
This place is clean,but the staff are not organized. I was told by Vanessa to come back in an hour to pick up a book that I dropped for bookbinding and when I went back She didn’t even started with. I have an schedule like everybody else and I managed mine based on I was told and have to change my plans, because I have to wait another 30min inside the store, cause she was taking care of other client between.
I always have a great customer experience here. I’m usually here at night getting work done. They are very helpful. I wish there was a 24hr on in Lake Worth as well. 😊
Terrible customer service for this FedEx location. I called in first and staff could not explain how you get to their location. Then most of the staff seemed to be in the back chatting. Two finally came to the counter - they appeared to me abrupt and callus . Really a terrible and unhelpful level of service.Next time either another FedEx location or possibly expedited US mail which seems to be a lot better.This location I feel tarnishes the typically high quality of service exhibited by the vast majority of FedEx locations. You would think FedEx regional management would be able to do something - perhaps some customer service training.

Worst fedex office i have ever been to. And i ship there once a week 7 to 10 packages next day express. This store needs trained how to process prepaid fedex office labels. Almost missed my flight because they told me to go to another fedex office to print my labels. Then to find out that they were then expired because they scanned the barcode to print the labels. I had to have my company create new labels. What a mess
Computer is not hooked up to the printer correctly and will not print!!! Each time while the computer is charging almost a dollar per minute I had to get a hold of an employee fast since it was charging every minute it was online and after the employee got it ready and working, I told him that this has happened last time I was in here also. What should have take 5 minutes had taken 15-20 to print one page out. I said that who ever is in charge should fix it and he said that that is the way the system is setup and we have no control over it. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO LINK & SETUP A COMPUTER WITH A PRINTER EACH TIME WHILE BEING CHARGED $1 PER UNIT FOR EACH MACHINE! WHO EVER OWNS THIS STORE MAKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EASIER, WE ARE NOT PAYING TO SET UP ROUTERS LATE AT NIGHT AND HAVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE TELL US THE FAXES WENT THROUGH WHEN THEY DIDNT!!!

The worst fedex store I’ve ever been to! I’ve been in here 30 minutes now with a sick fiancé and my 5 month old in the car waiting for me. And all I need to do is send a package that I already have the label. I’m actually standing here now writing the review waiting for assistance. And the manager, Kim, is trying to get onto the associate named Matthew who seems to be new, but she walked out the store with her purse in the middle of what seems to be a rush! He obviously hasn’t been trained on what he is trying to help the customer with. Shut it down!

Employees have terrible attitudes and act inconvenienced that you actually need to ship something and might need them to package your item. This has been my experience several times at this location. If another customer has a printing order, be prepared to wait if you are there for shipping as often times the same employee is doing both services. Place is so bad that I actually reported it to corporate after my most recent visit.
Lack of concern for customer satisfaction. An International package sent by this location was documented wrong on shipping invoice thus delaying package in customs at import authority. When contacting FedEx by various forms (email, phone calls, etc) there was no urgency or concern regarding the timeliness of completing this delivery and seeing it through to the intended recipient. Wow! We chose FedEx over the USPS, UPS, DHL and maybe we should research our options a little better next time when choosing a shipping company... one that is concerned with customer satisfaction. FedEx should take notes from American Express in Customer Service.
Wish I could give this no stars. The lady KIMBERLY. I believe she is the manager. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. She even tried making me look stupid in front of other customers! Someone needs to fire this woman before FedEx loses more business.
Picked up my order and was shocked by the cost . The manager, who happened to be helping me at the time, could have informed me that I could have saved 70 percent on the order if I would have done one simple pre-prep. I guess so much for empowering in your customer. An informed customer is a good customer.
They are trying hard, but still cant tell me why my expensive piece of art is sitting in the West Palm Beach facility. Its been there 4 days! What is going on with my package that I should have received 4 days ago!!!
TOURIST TRAP! They charge an excessive handling fee for the convenience of being inside of a hotel above and beyond the normal fedex fees. So if you have a $30 package, there’s a $15 handling fee On top. They give you a price on the screen and you think that’s it and hit the “ship” button once you’ve confirmed it. Then... they scan a barcode and tell you about the other fee. That’s once you already have the package on the scale and ready to go, so you basically acquiesce and pay it. If I knew I would have walked to a different location and shipped it for normal fedex rates. It’s only an good option for those expensing their shipment to their business credit card. The 1 star is because they don’t have this posted or tell you up front, which makes it a trap.
This is worst customer service experience I have ever had. They just wanted to sell their wrapping service for $11.99, and if you are not agree with this, they cannot take your package.Also, employees need to be trained to schedule pick-ups!!
Wow just wow..Walked in at about 10am and place was empty. Employee seemed to be talking on his personal phone and had to wait until he was done, when he comes up to the counter he asks “what do you need” I was speechless and didn’t know what to say, just wasnt expecting that response. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE! I am not one to write bad reviews and am a pretty understanding guy But this was store is outrageous! Had them ship and package something for me. I stood in line for an hour to be seen, then took them 30 minutes to attempt to pack by box. They told me that because they were busy they need to finish packing later and would call me to get me credit card info. Which I was understanding about. They never called me. Two days I called them back. The first person hung up on me. Called back again, the next the personnal told me that it was about double of how much they originally told me it was going to cost- I felt scammed. They took 20 minutes to take simple info from me address, phone under, credit card info- I had to repeat all those things several times because they kept getting them wrong. At the end of the phone call they told me they would email me the receipt. I waited a day- never heard back.. Called back again and they took my email down wrong- I was completely frustrated SAVE YOURSELF TO TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I had a final poster due to graduate, and I had to have it printed at 4 am in the morning after working through out the night. Got it printed easy, and the man behind the counter helped me with a lot. Bad responsibility on my side, but I was save because of him. Thank you!
Worst fedex office location I ever used. Needed 37 pictures printed B/W in regular paper 4 photos per page for a building department inspection, sent the emails with the pictures several times thru several email servers but they never received the emails, we waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes and asked the only attendant if he could print it directly from our phone or by other mean instead of having us waiting all that time for nothing, he wasn’t really willing to help, we ended up missing the inspector and failing the inspection for no-show because we relied on the professionalism of Fedex, it’s collaborators and technology which failed us big time.It was the first and last time they failed us like this, we learned the lesson, it won’t happen again.
I visited this location late on a Thursday evening under horrible circumstances, to print a program for my mother in laws funeral the following morning. I was exhausted and just wanted to get the programs printed and go home. There were 2 individuals working, Vanessa and RJ. Vanessa was amazing, she was so sweet, helped me print the programs, size them, cut them and to do all this - she stayed 30-45 minutes past her scheduled time to leave. The other individual RJ was very rude and did not seem very knowledgable or willing to help figure out the printing, sizing and did not give an empathy. I will 100% recommend Vanessa but not RJ. Thank you so much for being open late and your fantastic employee, Vanessa. The programs were beautiful.
If you have an urgent order-don’t bother. They seem to print it fast but only have 1 person helping customers. So you will wait and wait and wait and wait. Horrible place.
Horrible customer service, worst fed ex place I only go to the boynton location because they go above and beyond for you. Everytime I come here there Is always a mistake in my order. Unless your just using their printing machines I wouldnt come here
Must have knowledge of the systems in place. Took almost 40 minutes to simply print out an email. Very little assistance from employees. Go the extra mile to staples. Printed pages came out wrong size and charged my card extra money. I was not instructed to adjust size. Even though, i did request instructions prior to using printer. Its like a big process to print a simple email. At staples. You just send attatchments to their email. Then they print it and hand it to you. Wouldnt recomend unless you want to drive someone batty.
Blonde haired older lady has no respect for diablilites. Half their machines don’t work and their shipping is a joke. They can deliver a box that is destroyed and over a month delayed but they can’t return it or fix it when they are at fault and require the customer to pay. Poor service overall

Completely unreal! I shipped 6 packages Hold for items here I urgently needed for a trip to Bahamas and they hit return to sender on all. Did bother to notify me via the number clearly on the label. Im enraged !

Stay away from that FedEx at all cost ...They have the worst customer service and they try to over charge you for everything even a box, despite having your own box; theyd tell that they cant guarantee that box, so you have to buy theirs, and if you dont they wouldnt even want to ship your item nor try to send you to another fexdex where they can help you better and/or be willing to ship your item. I wish I could give them a Zero or negative rating... They just plain suck!

Were Tier 1 FedEx clients and this location has consistent bad service with staff who either refuse to ship items with pre printed labels or call you after last pick up to tell you that they have to repackage your perfectly packed packages for an astronomical price. Totally a rotten apple in the otherwise customer friendly FedEx family.
Printing procedures are a joke, and the wifi is ATT so you do the math. No one offered to help me during the course of my 25 minutes there.
Go to Office Depot on Okeechobee instead.When trying to scan/email a document, they require you to PAY to logon to their computers to send your file to their computers!?! Why??? When you should be able to insert your flash drive into the printer to scan or email a document. Go to Office Depot on Okeechobee instead. Great customer service from knowledgeable people. Sorry Fedex Kinkos :( The invisible hand of the American capitalistic market says that you are in for trouble in your self service/printer/computer business as I dont see any positive remarks. Sad :(

This place is literally a joke. The computer printer wasnt working when I came in and once that finally got fixed, I had to wait over 45 minutes in line with only THREE people in front of me. There was only 1 employee in training working the shipping station while the rest of the employees were just chatting in the back. Extremely unprofessional. I will be using UPS from now on.

Spoke to a service staff member by the name of Steven over the phone in hopes of obtaining information about the print and go service and he was extremely brash and hurried me off the phone.This company is either overworking their employees or they need to hire the right ones for this field. Liars and also poorly trained employees I did some paperwork and left my mothers passport a week or two ago and every time I came in to get it I’ve been given the runaround called in before I came and the present person tell me the previous person I talk to gave false information was even told there is a higher manager who is a mail which is in fact a lie And also given the hope that someone can override the system which was in fact a lie now I wasted two weeks of time without my mother’s passport in my hand to give back to her
